Rosae laevigatae Fructus extract (RLF) was tested for the effects on the urethral nitric oxide synthase (NOS) activity and Antioxidation in streptozotocin (STZ) induced diabetic rats. RLF was treated firstly into samples, and then STZ induced diabetic rats were set with them. In vitro, the urethral NOS activity was not noted but the type O activity and type conversion ratio of xanthine oxidase and the level of urethral lipid peroxide were decreased in the level of Dose of extract prepared from RLF. In vivo, after the extract was administered to the animal model for fifteen days, the urethral NOS activity increased in STZ induced diabetic rats to the level of normal rats. The content of urethral nitrite and glutathione followed by RLF pre-medicating administration, increased as highly as normal group in compare with the group treated with STZ. The type O activity and type conversion ratio of xanthine oxidase and the level of urethral lipid peroxide followed by RLF pre-medicating administration, decreased as lowly as normal group in compare with the group treated with STZ. In conclusion, the extract of RLF will be able to restore erectile dysfunction of STZ induced diabetic rats.

국내는 수년전부터 저탄소 녹색성장 산업화에 부응하기 위하여 기존의 자동차, 가전 전자관련 산업뿐만 아니라 IT부품 및 반도체, 의료, 항공, 조선 등 첨단 및 주력산업의 고부가가치 부품생산에 있어서 에너지 절약과 효율향상을 위한 경량화 요구가 증대되면서 보다 진보된 기구방식의 초정밀 소성가공 성형 시스템인 서보모터 구동형 프레스 개발이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 서보모터 구동형 프레스 관련 에코 인증 규격 설정을 위하여 일본, 독일 등 선도국들의 에코인증제도 운용 현황 및 국제 표준화 동향 등을 살펴보고 소개하고자 한다.

Formation of TiO₂ film by chemical aerosol deposition(CAD) has been investigated experimentally and theoretically. The carrier gas flow rate, the nozzle-to-substrate distance and the substrate temperature were chosen as major process variables and the experimental work has been carried out to find their effects on the deposition efficiency, the film thickness and its distribution. Both the deposition efficiency and the film thickness increased with the carrier gas flow rate and the substrate temperature but decreased with the nozzle-to-substrate distance. Especially at higher rate of the film deposition, the central part of the film had a concave surface like a valley. The flow and the temperature fields of the fluid phase in the region between the nozzle and the substrate were calculated numerically. Then the particle trajectories and their evaporation were also simulated numerically from the equations of both particle motion and evaporation. As a result, the evaporation of the liquid particles was to occur abruptly so that the liquid-phase region had a clear boundary. The extent of the region was found to be a determining factor in the film deposition, which characterizes the chemical aerosol deposition.
