중학생의 역기능적 가족구조, 사회적 지지, 진로사고가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중학생의 역기능적 가족구조, 사회적 지지, 진로사고가 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 하였으며, D시와 G시의 중학교 1학년과 3학년 총 254명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과에 의하면, 첫째, 중학생의 역기능적 가족구조, 사회적 지지, 진로사고, 학교생활적응 간의 상관관계를 분석한 결과 역기능적 가족구조의 부모자녀 간 과잉개입은 학교환경적응, 학교친구적응, 학교생활적응과 유의한 정적상관이 있으며, 역기능적 가족구조의 부부갈등은 학교환경적응, 학교교사적응, 학교수업적응, 학교친구적응, 학교생활적응 모든 하위변인에서 유의한 부적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 중학생의 학교생활적응에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 사회적 지지의 교사지지, 친구지지와 역기능적 가족구조의 부부갈등이 학교생활적응 전체에 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 중학생의 학교생활적응에 도움을 줄 수 있는 프로그램을 개발할 때 역기능적 가족구조, 사회적 지지, 진로사고 등을 높일 수 있는 방안을 마련하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 보여준다. This study present examined how the student's dysfunctional family structure, social support and career thoughts effect on their school life adjustment in middle school. A stuctured questionnaire was administered to a total of 254 students attending the middle schools in D and C cities in Korea. The results of this survey are as follews: first, such independent variavles as dysfunctional family structure and excessive parental intervention were found to have negative relationship with the independent variable of school life adjustment with friends and teacher sand study performance. Second, social support from teachers and friends and parental conflicts were found to have meaningful relationship with the students' school life adjustment. These results suggest that when we develop programs it is necessary to take into account the problems of dysfunctional family structure and to come up with the measures to improve social support and future career plan thought.

직장인의 애착수준과 직장생활만족 관계에서 대인관계능력과 자기효능감의 매개효과 분석

본 연구는 직장인을 대상으로 애착수준과 직장생활만족 관계에서 대인관계능력과 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두고 경북 구미시에 소재한 전자부품회사에 종사하고 있는 직장인 260명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2019년 3월 4일부터 8 일까지 한 주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 애착수준, 대인관계능력, 자기효능감은 직장인의 직장생활만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으 로 나타났다. 둘째, 직장인의 애착수준과 직장생활만족 관계에서 대인관계능력과 자기효능감 변인의 부분매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 직장인이 직장생활에 적응하고 이를 통해 사회구성원으로 성장하는데 성인애착, 대인관계능력과 자기효능 감은 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타나 직장인의 대인관계능력과 자기효능감을 강화할 수 있는 다양한 상담 및 대인관계역량 프로그램을 기업 차원에서 마련해 이를 적극적으로 추진해야 할 것이다. The objective of this study is to verify the mediating effects of interpersonal ability and self-efficacy on the relation between attachment level and work life satisfaction of office workers. This study performed a survey targeting 260 office workers working for an electronic component company located in Gumi-si, Gyeongbuk, for a week from March 4th to 8th 2019. The collected data was analyzed by using the SPSS Program, and the results of this study were drawn as follows. First, the attachment level, interpersonal ability, and self-efficacy had positive effects on the work life satisfaction of office workers. Second, the partial mediating effects of interpersonal ability and self-efficacy on the relation between attachment level and work life satisfaction of office workers were significant. In order for office workers to adapt themselves to work life and also to grow into a member of society, the adult attachment, interpersonal ability, and self-efficacy play essential roles. Thus, it would be necessary to establish/practice diverse counseling & interpersonal competency programs that could strengthen the interpersonal ability and self-efficacy of office workers in the corporate level.

직장 초년생이 인식한 대인관계능력, 자기효능감및 직장생활만족도의 구조적 관계 분석

본 연구는 직장 초년생을 대상으로 대인관계능력, 자기효능감 및 직장생활만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 분석하는데 목적을 두고 경북 K시에 소재한 기업에 취직해 처음으로 직장생활을 시작하는 직장인 245명을 연구대상으로 선정하여 2019년 4월 15 일부터 19일까지 한 주간에 걸쳐 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 및 AMOS 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였고, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 직장 초년생들이 인식한 대인관계능력, 자기효능감, 직장생활만족도 간의 구조적 관계 모형의 적합성은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대인관계능력과 직장생활 만족도 관계에서 일반적 및 사회적 자기효능감 변인의 부분매개효과는 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 직장생활을 처음 시작하는 직장인들이 직장생활에 적응하고 만족감을 높이는데 대인관계능력과 자기효능감은 매우 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 나타나 핵심역량으로서 대인관계능력과 자기효능감을 강화할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 기업 차원에서 개발 및 적용하는 방안을 적극적으로 검토해야 할 것이다. For the purpose of analyzing the structural relationships of interpersonal ability, self-efficacy, and work life satisfaction targeting novices at work, this study performed a survey from April 15th to 19th 2019 after selecting total 245 office workers who just started their work life in companies located in K city of Gyeongbuk as the research subjects. The collected survey data was analyzed by using the SPSS & AMOS Program, and the results of this study were drawn as follows. First, the goodness-of-fit of the structural relationship model of interpersonal ability, self-efficacy, and work life satisfaction perceived by novices at work was significant. Second, the partial-mediating effects of general/social self-efficacy on the relationship between interpersonal ability and work life satisfaction were significant. As the interpersonal ability and self-efficacy play very important roles in the adaptation to work life and the increase of satisfaction of novices at work, it would be necessary to actively review the measures for developing/applying diverse programs that could strengthen the interpersonal ability and self-efficacy as core competencies in the corporate level.
