유인운전 시스템에서는 PSD(Platform Screen Door)의 닫힘&잠김 장애발생시 승인된 요원이 현장점검 및 승객통제를 하여 단기간에 복구가 어려운 중대 장애 발생시 관제실과 연동하여 BY-PASS 전환 후 열차진입 및 발차가 가능하지만, 무인운전 시스템과 PSD 연동에서는 장애발생시 전동차 도어와 연동하여 해당 문을 취급하지 않는 CUT-OUT 기능을 BY-PASS 기능대신 사용하여 기 설치된 PSD중 하나라도 닫힘&잠김이 되지 않는 경우에는 열차운행 정지라는 막대한 리스크가 발생하게 된다. 따라서, 무인운전 시스템과 PSD연동 및 BY-PASS 시험을 통해 무인운전 시스템에 BY-PASS 기능을 추가하여 PSD 장애발생시 승인된 요원이 BY-PASS기능을 사용함으로서 시스템의 가용성 및 유지보수성을 극대화하고 안전한 열차운행이 되도록 개선방안의 계기가 되길 바란다. Following public expectations from the emergence of an international agreement with greater legal force after the expiration of the 2012 Kyoto Protocol, Korea is also making efforts to effectively and systematically initiate the mitigation policy and enforce the terms of the international climate change agreement. The majority of domestic industries are candidates for greenhouse gas emission regulation, thereby requiring the proposal of a method that effectively reduces environmental contaminate substances released from railway facilities, following the prediction of an increase in railway usage as an environment-friendly transportation method in the future. Accordingly, this study has quantitatively calculated the amount of released environmental contaminates through the life cycle assessment (LCA) on railway facility constructions, and has evaluated the environmental load and the amount of greenhouse gas emissions through the resulting values. The results of the LCA analysis showed that the amount of environmental load was the highest at the early stages of material implementation and construction, and that the value of global warming was viewed as the highest among the effects. As officially announced by the World Meteorological Organization and the United Nations Environment Program that CO₂ is the main culprit of global warming, the analytical values confirmed that the amount of CO₂ emissions accounted for more than half of the released greenhouse gases at 2.90E+04tons. The environmental load and CO₂ emission rates analyzed in this study are judged to be used in the deduction of the optimum environment-friendly method and quantitative environmental effect of railway facility constructions in the future, as the values can be evaluated based on their degree of environment friendliness.
설계의 경제성 분석을 통한 최적노선 선정방안 연구 : OO경전철 민간투자사업 사례연구

Also the definite LCC analyzer law departments of existing together it applied the probabilistic LCC techniques which use Monte Carlo Simulation in about analytical prices and reliability height boil. The economical efficiency was excellent with VE/LCC analytical resultant route and facility size abridgment, the rivers most it will be able to minimize an environmental effect with short distance traverse, the selection this hit preparation LCC which separates from the land use side decreased, the value (V) above 22.0% with the fact that it improves. And, the reliability of the probabilistic LCC analytical resultant analytical results in compliance with Monte Carlo Simulation with 90.3% was very analyzed with the fact that it is a high level.

건설공사에 소요되는 공사비의 개략적인 산정은 건설프로젝트의 계획단계뿐만 아니라 기본설계단계에서 예산을 확정하기 위해서 필수적이다. 현재 국내의 개략공사비 산정모델은 단위길이당 단가 또는 단위면적당의 단가를 이용하여 계산하는 선형적인 단순 모델로써 오차율이 너무 큰 문제점이 있다. 본 연구에서는 과다한 오차율의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 RC라멘교의 특성을 고려하였으며 공사비의 변동특성에 따라 그룹핑(Grouping) 및 대표물량방식 그리고 합성단가를 사용한 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구의 결과 실제 설계공사비와의 오차를 상당히 줄일 수 있었으며 따라서 발주처나 용역업체에서 RC라멘교의 예산을 산정하는데 기여할 것으로 기대한다. The conceptual cost estimation used the construction project needs for confirm budget not only at the planning phase but also at the preliminary design phase of the construction project. Present, the conceptual cost estimation model have problems the rate of error is very large because the linear simple model calculate by use the cost of the unit meter or the unit square. This study development the model used grouping and the key quantity method, the mixed unit cost for solve problem of the very large rate of error. The result of this study reduced difference of between the real design construction cost therefor it expect that contribute to the client or the service company estimate budget of RC rahmen bridge.
건설사업의 환경성 및 CO<sub>2</sub> 배출 평가 프로그램 개발

One-third of total energy and 50% of $CO_2$ emissions arise from construction phase. Because of this global amount of energy consumption and $CO_2$ emission, we must do our best to solve this problem. But our existing ways of meeting this problem has focused on the energy consumption saving of the construction and dwelling stage. On the other hand, we has been treated too lightly for handling the $CO_2$ emissions problem during the maintenance management and the demolition process so far,. In this paper, we quantitatively predicted and evaluated the environmental load in each construction step during all life cycle. And, we developed the environmental load assessment program for each construction step. And we proposed the reliable decision support model for objective and reliable environmental load assessment and reduction. This result must help the development of construction technology and low carbon & green growth. 세계적인 에너지 및 온난화 문제로 이에 대한 개선은 필연적인 과제가 되었다. 그러나 기존의 대응은 건설단계와 운용단계의 에너지 소비절감에 집중되어 왔다. 상대적으로 유지관리 및 해체 폐기단계의 관리는 소홀하였다. 본 연구에서는 건설 전 생애주기에 걸쳐 각 건설단계 별로 발생하는 환경부하를 정량적으로 예측하여 평가하고, 각 공정별로 환경부하를 평가할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 또한 건설 전과정에서의 환경부하 평가 및 저감을 위한 객관적이고 신뢰성 있는 의사결정 모델을 제시하였다. 또한 프로그램의 현장 적용성을 검토하기 위해 실제 해체공사를 대상으로 시험평가를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 친환경 건설기술 개발에 일조하고 저탄소 녹색성장에 기여하고자 한다.
