        OpenWRT 기반 유무선 공유기와 Zigbee 통신을 이용한 홈 네트워크 서비스 구축

        최근 홈 CCTV, 가전기기의 원격제어, 가정용 보안 및 재난 예방 서비스와 같이 편리한 기능을 제공하는 스마트 홈 네트워크 서비스의 보급이 점차 증가됨에 따라, 기업체에서도 이를 위한 홈 게이트웨이, 스마트 스피커 등 제품들을 앞다투어 출시하고 있다. 이러한 서비스들은 제조사 별로 독자적인 플랫폼 상에서 개발된 제품을 통해 제공되고 있으므로, 타사 제품과 통신 방식 혹은 구조가 서로 달라 호환성이 낮은 단점이 있다. 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 오픈 소스 플랫폼을 활용하여 시스템 간 호환성을 보장하는 새로운 서비스 시스템을 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 OpenWRT기반의 유무선 공유기와 Zigbee 통신을 이용하여 전자기기들이 서로 통신하여 사물을 제어할 수 있는 홈 네트워크 서비스를 구축하였다. 유무선 공유기를 홈 네트워크의 게이트웨이로 이용하고, 전자기기들을 컨트롤하는 디바이스로 아두이노를 이용하여 기본적인 IoT 플랫폼과 이를 기반으로 몇 가지 시나리오의 스마트 홈네트워크 서비스를 오픈 플랫폼 상에서 구축하였다. As smart home network services such as home CCTV, outdoor control of home appliances, home security and disaster prevention services become popular, there appear various affiliated products including smart home gateway and smart speaker. Since those services are generally developed on the vendors' individual hardware and software platforms, it is not much expected for them to interwork well among different architecture and communication methods. In this paper, we propose a new home network service system running on an open source platform to address such issues. We implemented a home network system using OpenWRT-based wireless router(or access point) and Zigbee communication technology. In the proposed system, a wireless router replaces a commercial home gateway and small control units implemented with Arduino control electronic devices and sensors in home. Several service scenarios are also implemented to verify the operability of the proposed system.

        생육시기 및 부위별 고추의 항산화력 및 항암 Lunasin peptide의 동정

        부위간의 DPPH free radical scavenging 활성은 과육은 종자 보다 높았고 생육시기간에는 후기가 초기에 비하여 높았고, Xanthine oxidase 억제활성은 종자와 과육에 비하여 매우 높았고 동정된 항 산화물은 대부분이 지방산 및 페놀성 화합물로, 과육 및 종자가 성숙 될수록 1-eicosanol, palmitic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid 등의 지방산 및 benzonitrile의 함량이 증가되었다. 시료 채취 시기간의 POD활성은 과육은 성숙중기에 높았으나, 종자는 성숙이 경과될수록 낮았다. SOD 활성은 과육은 생육이 경과할수록 증가하였으나, 종자는 성숙할수록 낮아졌다. 고추종자 단백질은 western blot에 의하여 lunasin이 동정되었고, 개화 후 5주부터 lunasin 생합성 되었다. 고추 종자내의 100nM lunasin 펩타이드는 종양유발 유전자가 전이된 $2\~12$ 세포의 콜로니 형성을 억제시켰으며, 결과적으로 고추 종자내에는 암 예방적 특성을 갖는 lunasin peptide가 존재한다. The non-enzymatic anti-oxidants and lunasin peptide from the extracts of the pepper were examined in order to utilize the discovery in natural products as cancer chemopreventive agents. The DPPH (1,1-diphenyl-2-picryl-hydrazyl) free radical scavenging activity on the fruit parts of the pepper was higher than that of the seed, but the difference was low. The Inhibition activity of xanthine/ xanthine oxidase in extracts of the seed was higher than that of the fruit and that of the seed on 20 days after flowering was the highest at the growing period. These were identified as fatty acids and phenolic compounds such as 1-eicosanol, palmitic acid, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and benzonitrile. The contents of fatty acids and phenolic compounds increased according to the time passing at the growing period. Peroxidase (POD) activity of the fruit at middle stage was high than that of other growing stages and that of the seed was the highest at later growing period. Though superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities in fruit were hish by passage of Slowing stage, the activity in seed was low. Lunasin was searched from seeds of the peppers by coomassie blue staining and western blot among them and we just found lunasin peptide from extracted protein of the pepper by western blot. In addition, we observed the contents of lunasin after flowering and confirmed to appear the lunasin at 35 days after flowering. We confirmed that lunasin is complex protein of maturing seeds. 100nM lunasin peptide in pepper showed inhibition effect on colony formation in $2\~12$ cells.

        『일어일문학』게재논문의 주제분석

        This study is a consideration and an analysis of each subject of 362 papers relating to Japanese language included in “The Journal of Japanese Language and Literature” from 1993 to 2013 after classifying as nine such as Language General, history of Japanese Language, phone and phonology, letter and notation, vocabulary and term, grammar, sentence · discourse and style, dialect, a comparative study.First of all, looking into trend of year change papers relating to Japanese language, 2~3 papers were published from 1993 to 1994. While rising in about 10~15 papers published from 1995 to 2001, less than 10 papers are being published temporarily 2002 to 2003. However it is dramatically increased starting from 2004 and about 25 papers are being published a year. And a sketchy trend for subject of each field with total 362 papers relating to Japanese language show grammar 142(39.2%), a comparative study 87(24.0%), vocabulary and term 51(14.1%), letter and notation 25(6.9%), phone and phonology 20(5.5%), sentence · discourse and style 19(5.3%), Language General 8(2.2%), history of Japanese Language 8(2.2%), dialect 2(0.6%). Grammar and a comparative study hold 229(63.2%)over than half among others.

        韓国語における養育動詞についての一考察

        This paper investigates of the Nurture verbs in Korean verbs [kiruda] and [kiuda]. In particular, the usage of meaning and substituion relation for the Nurture verbs are investigated. The contents are as follows. I think that It has signficance of research which is define clearly about similarities and Differences of Each verbs. First, [kiruda] has meaning which is 1. Simply grow human 2. It teaches and nurtures people well 3. Nurture to animal and etc 4. Helps to grow plants 5. Train the body 6. Do my best to grow my thoughts, mind and etc 7. Learn wont and habit 8. Grow long beard, hair, nails and claws. In this, When used in the meaning of 1,2,3,4,5,6, It can possible to replace [kiuda]. But When used in the meaning of 7,8, Substitution is impossible. Next, [kiuda] has 12 meaning which is 1. Simply grow human 2. It teaches and nurtures people well 3. Nurture to animal and etc 4. Helps to grow plants 5. Train the body 6. Do my best to grow my thoughts, mind and etc 7. Develop organizations and group 8. Expand than original form and volume 9. Make a part of body to big or sound louder 10. Increase and deepen internal and mental 11. It expands work much more 12. Exacerbate illness and wounds. In this, When used in the meaning of 1,2,3,4,5,6, It can possible to replace [kiruda]. But When used in the meaning of 7,8,9,10,11,12, Substitution is impossible.

        日本語における学習動詞の一考察

        In Japanese language, The verbs[narau] and [manabu], which has meaning of something to learn was considered about meaning usage of learning verb and exchange relationship. Each verbs appeared clearly about similarities and difference. If an easy to know it, It is as follows. First, [narau] has six types of meaning. That is 1. to learn for something, 2. to see, learn and experience, 3. to learn something which has abstraction, 4. to practice function and skill repeatedly for body into training, 5. to remember about to build experience, 6. to study. In these meaning, If you use meaning number 1, 2, 3, You can substitute [manabu]. But other meaning’s case, You can’t exchange it. And then, 〈Chart 1〉 helps easy to know about exchange relationship of each thing. Au contraire, [manabu] has nine types of meaning. That is 1. to learn for something, 2.to see, learn and experience, 3. to study, 4. to research deeply, 5. to make information and knowledge their own, 6. to find and learn about abstract something, 7. to understand something, 8.to go school, 9.to imitate. In these meaning, If you use meaning number 1, 2, 3, You can substitute [narau]. But other meaning’s case, You can’t exchange it. And then, 〈Chart 2〉 helps easy to know about exchange relationship of each thing. Finally, In this paper, We consider meaning usage and exchange relationship about Japanese language. But, This thesis just say possibility of exchange relationship. Any page doesn’t consider about “why can exchange?”, “why impossible?” and “if can substitute, Does it have same nuance?”.Moreover, I know that learning verb of Korean which correspond to learning verb of Japanese. In the next time, I research on two thing’s contrast.

        전압제어 링 발진기를 이용한 LED구동회로 및 조명제어기설계

        LED구동회로및 제어회로를 개발하였다. 개발된 LED구동회로는 새로운 PWM회로를 가지고 있으며 LED열의 디밍, 전류 및 온도제어 및 통신 기능을 할 수 있다. 개발된 PWM회로는 기본적인 디지털 논리 소자를 사용하여 만들어 질 수 있는 두 개의 링 발진기와 한 개의 카운터로 구성되어 있다. 부가적으로 이회로는 온-오프 제어 모드, 비상모드, 전력절감모드를 가지고 있으며 직열통신을 이용해서 제어된다. 설계된 PWM 발생기와 제어회로는 마그나칩/하이닉스의 디지털 공정을 이용하여 제작되었다. 제작된 칩은 LED구동장치와 제어기 보드에 장착되어 테스트 되었으며 성공적으로 동작하였다. An LED driving and control circuit has been developed. The LED driver has a new PWM circuit for current control of LED columns with dimming, current and thermal control, and communication functions. The PWM circuit is composed of two ring oscillator and one counter which can be constructed using basic digital logic components. In addition, it has the functions of remote control mode such as ON, OFF, emergency and power saving modes by the serial communication. The PWM generator and control circuit have been designed and fabricated 0.35[㎛] Magnachip/Hynix digital IC fabrication process. The LED driving and control board using the developed chip is fabricated and tested successfully.

        중남미개발은행(CAF)의 부상 요인 분석

        본 논문은 마이클 포터의 차별적 집중화 전략의 관점에서 중남미개발은행(CAF)의 부상을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, CAF는 중남미 개도국들로만 구성된 구조적 특성 때문에 대출비용이 높을 수밖에 없는 한계에도 불구하고 차별적 집중화 전략을 통해 이러한 한계를 극복했다. 먼저 다소 높은 대출비용의 한계 극복을 위해 빠른 대출속도로 다른 MDB와 차별화하는 전략을 선택했다. 또한 이러한 차별화 전략을 토대로 자본과 인적 열세를 극복하기 위해 회원국들의 다양한 수요에 대응해 모든 분야의 사업을 지원하기보다는 선택과 집중을 통해 인프라 개발(세분시장)에 초점을 맞춘 집중화 전략을 추진했다. 더 나아가 CAF는 고비용 대출 구조의 열위를 극복하기 위해 행정비용을 최소화하고 이를 통한 수익을 가능한 한 많이 회원국에게 돌려주는 정책을 통해 회원국들의 충성도를 끌어냈다. 그 결과 CAF는 회원국 수면에서나 대출규모면에서 명실상부한 중남미지역의 개발은행으로 부상했다. 특히 대출규모에서는 IDB나 세계은행 등 다른 MDB를 능가하고 있다. 그러나 CAF가 다른 MDB와의 경쟁 속에서 지속적인 경쟁력을 유지해 나가기 위해서는 기존 경쟁자 및 신규 진입자와의 경쟁 심화에 대한 대응, CAF 본부의 리스크(headquarter risk) 해결, 대출 집중 완화 및 신용도 높은 신규 회원국 가입 추진, 새로운 틈새시장 개척 등의 과제 해결이 필요할 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this paper is to analyze and identify which factors have contributed to rise of Development Bank of Latin America(CAF), based on Michael Porter"s differentiation focus strategy. The findings show that in order to overcome limits to high loan cost compared to rival Multilateral Development Banks, CAF has took differentiation focus strategy featuring fast loan approval and focus strategy specializing in development of infrastructure. Furthermore, CAF has tried to return net income derived from reduction of administrative cost to member countries. As a result, CAF has emerged as a representative development bank in Latin America and the Caribbean in terms of the number of members and the size of loans. In particular, the lending scale surpasses major MDBs such as the IDB and the World Bank. However, in order for CAF to maintain its competitiveness in competition with other MDBs, various challenges such as countermeasures against intensifying competition with existing competitors(IDB and CABEI) and new entrants(NDB and AIIB ), solving the headquarter risk of CAF, and easing lending concentration need to be resolved.
