Recently, application number of the patent is increasing every year because of the patent application step which is easy and widely known to the public and the encouragement of government for industrial development. But the patent can be admitted its worth only when it is registered after application. For this reason, prediction of registration possibility can be important issue for company or individuals who want to monopolize the profit by using a patent right. Therefore, we propose a certain system in this paper which can predict the possibility of a patent registration. This system is using the text mining technique in order to measure a text frequency and a degree of novelty which is one of the condition for a patent registration.
플라이 애시-생석회-하수처리 슬러지 혼합물의 지반공학적 특성 연구

Although fly ash possesses viable engineering properties, an overwhelming majority of fly ash from coal combustion is still placed in storage or disposal sites. Similarly, sludges generated from various water treatment operations are predominantly subjected to the fate of land disposal. To prepare sludges fur land disposal typically requires time consuming dewatering schemes, which can become extremely difficult to execute depending upon the composition of the sludge and its affinity for water. This study was undertaken to reuse fly ash and sludge as construction materials. This paper includes geotechnical properties of fly ash and fly ash-lime-sludge mixture and results of compaction test, UU-test, falling head test, leaching test and CBR test. The effect on mixing fly ash with sludge and lime and the effect of curing period and the results are obtained from this test.
1998-2021년간의 유아다문화교육 국내 학술 연구동향

목적 본 연구의 목적은 지난 24년간의 유아다문화교육에 대한 연구동향을 분석하고 진단하여 앞으로의 예비유아교사의 교과교육과목인 유아다문화교육의 연구방향을 예측하기 위한 기초자료를 수집하기 위함이다. 방법 유아다문화교육의 연구동향을 살펴보기 위해 학술연구정보 서비스(RISS)에서 24년간(1998-2021년)까지의 ‘유아다문화교육’ 주제어를 검색하여 수집된 610편의 국내 학술지 게재논문들을 분석대상으로 선정하였다. 자료분석을 위해 유아다문화교육연구동향 분석을 위한 최빈도 기준인 연도/분기(4년씩), 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제, 연구자의 소속학문의 5가지 기준을 채택하였다. 결과 유아다문화교육 학술논문을 년도와 4년 분기별로 분석한 결과, 4분기(2010-2013), 5분기(2014-2017), 6분기(2018-2021), 3분기(2006-2009), 1분기(1998-2001), 2분기(2002-2005) 순으로 증가와 감소의 곡선을 보였으나 유아다문화연구에 대한 지속적인 연구가 실행되는 동향을 보였다. 연구대상으로는 유아다문화연구의 가장 큰 변수인 교원의 다문화 인식관련 연구가 최빈도로 많았고 유아, 부모, 물적자원, 교육자원, 교육종사자 순으로 많게 드러났다. 연구방법으로는 양적연구, 질적연구, 문헌연구, 혼합연구 순으로 많았다. 연구주제로는 다문화교육 요소/내용에 대한 연구가 가장 집중적으로 많았고 다문화가정, 다문화 교육목표, 다문화 교사, 다문화교과교육, 다문화환경구성, 다문화교육기관, 다문화 교수학습방법, 다문화정책. 다문화 교육과정 순으로 많이 실행되고 있는 연구동향을 보였다. 연구자의 학문소속으로는 교육학(사회과학)이 대부분을 차지하였고, 복합학, 인문학, 자연과학, 예술체육학, 공학 순으로 높은 연구동향을 보였다. 결론 본 연구는 지난 24년간의 유아다문화교육에 대한 연구동향이 3분기인 2006년도부터 계속적인 증가추세에 있다가 5분기인2014년도부터 감소추세에 있으나 2006년도 이후의 기본적인 유아다문화교육에 대한 연구가 지속적인 관심을 받고 있었다. 연구방법으로 양적연구를 보완할수 있는 질높은 질적연구가 필요하고 유아를 대상으로하는 연구에 대한 더 큰 관심이 필요할 뿐만 아니라 급변하는 다문화사회의 유아를 교육학이 주를 이루고 있는 현재의 연구동향을 넘어서 사회문화적, 인문학, 복합학 등의 주변학문과 국가정책적 지원과 관심의 필요성을 시사하고 있다. Objectives The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the current research trends of multicutural(MC) education(ED) for young children during 1998-2021, and to collect basic data to predict research directions for Early Childhood Education(ECE) in multicultural perspective in the future. Methods 610 final academic journal articles were selected and analyzed after 3 step filtering process were made for 909 original data collected by key words 'early childhood multicultural education' from RISS(Research Information Sharing Service). 299 data was excluded for its’ duplication, irrelevance, and no full texts provided. Most frequently used analytic criteria for searching research trends were adapted from preliminary studies in EC multicultural(MC) education(ED) research trends. Data analysis was made by research publication year & 4-year-term, research object, research method, research topic, and researcher's academic area. Results As a result of multicultural education research for young children in the 4th(2010-2013), 5th(2014-2017), 6th(2018-2021), 3rd(2006-2009), 1st(1998-2001), and 2nd term(2002-2005) in order. There was an increase from the 1st term(1998-2001) to the 4th term(2010-2013), and a decrease from the 5th term(2014-2017) with a steady trend of many studies since then. According to research objects, the most studies were conducted for in-service teachers for young children, infants, parents, materual resources, education resources, education related workers, According to research method, quantitative research showed the highest frequency, followed by qualitative research, literature reviews, and mixed research in research trend. The most popular reserch topics were contents of multicultural education, followed by multicultural families, multicultural teaching goals, multicultural educational programs, multicultural teachers, multicultural education environment, multicultural educaion institutions, multicultural policies, and curricula. As analytic results by researcher’ academic area, social sciences with education mostly occupy the result persentage, and followed by humanities, inter-disciplinary sciences, natural sciences, arts and physical education, and engineering. Conclusions This study show that the resarch trend on early childhood multicultural education over the past 24 years has been on a continuous increase since the third quarter of 2006, and has been on a downward trend since the fifth quarter of 2014. however, research on basic early childhood multicultural education since 2006 has been conducted. it was receiving continuous attention. Not only is there a need for high-quality qualitative research that can complement quantitative reserch as a research method, and greater interest in research targeting young children is needed, but it is also necessary to go beyond the current research trend that mainly focuses on pedagogy for children in a rapidly changing multicultural society. It suggests the need for national policy support and attention to peripheral disciplines such as socio-cultural, humanities, and complex studies.
