In this study, vitamers of vitamins B6 (pyridoxine; PN, pyridoxal; PL, pyridoxamine; PM) and B12 (cobalamins) in cooked or processed chicken (n=21) were analyzed and the analytical performance parameters were evaluated. The levels of B6 and B12 vitamers were significantly different in terms of the breeds, cooking method, and the parts of the chicken (p<0.05). Ogolgye (boiled) (61.48 μg/100 g) and roasted chicken wings (131.94 μg/100 g) showed the highest levels of total vitamin B6 (PN+PL+PM) among the four breeds of chiken and the cooked or processed chiken, respectively. For cyanocobalamin, Korean native chicken (0.40 μg/100 g) and chicken skewers (0.68 μg/100 g) showed the highest levels among the four breeds of chicken and the cooked or processed chiken, respectively. Analysis of B6 vitamers using high performance liquid chromatography-florescence detector (HPLC-FLD) showed a coefficient of variation (CV) of 0.4-4.6% for repeatability and 4.2-5.9% for reproducibility, showing good precision. Likewise, vitamin B12 analysis using immunoaffinity-HPLC-photodiode array detector (PDA) showed a CV of 5.7% for repeatability and 5.9% for reproducibility. Recoveries of B6 and B12 vitamers were 94.3-100.2%, showing good accuracy. Unlike many previous studies that evaluated PN only, this study provides a more accurate estimation of the total B6 content of cooked or processed chiken, including the contents of PN, PL, and PM, which can be used to revise the Korean food composition table.

The Chungnam basin is a crucial area for studying the Mesozoic crustal evolutionary history of the Korean Peninsula. This study reports the revised geology and new isotopic ages from the northeastern Chungnam Basin based on detailed geological mapping and LA-ICP-MS zircon U-Pb analysis. Our renewed geologic map defines intra-basin, basin-bounding, and basement fault systems closely related to hydrothermal gold-bearing quartz vein injections. Here, we propose the directions of (micro)structural and geochronological future work to address issues on the relationship between the tectonic process, basin evolution, and hydrothermal fluid migration in the southwestern Korean Peninsula.
A Brief Review on Limestone Deposits in Korea, Vietnam and Applications of Limestone

The land area of the South Korea peninsula is small. Certainly, natural mineral resources are limited. There are several significant mineral reserves such as zinc, anthracite coal, gold, iron ore, silver, graphite, tungsten, and lead, etc., occupies two-thirds of the total volume of mineral reserves in South Korea. Limestone is an abundant natural mineral and 9,970 Mt limestone reserves are presented in Korea. During the year 2019, the value of limestone commodities exports nearly $ 1.51 million in South Korea. In general, calcareous stone, and limestone can be used as raw materials for the manufacturing of lime or cement. Vietnam has a considerable amount of 120 billion limestone reserves and is presented with high good quality to meet the demands of cement and construction industries. This natural limestone reserves play a significant role in the Vietnam country's economic growth. In Vietnam, there are four large limestone deposit centers are located such as Hai Phong province, Ninh Binh province, Nghe An province, and Kien Giang province. In this paper, we discussed briefly the origin of limestone deposits in Korea and, Vietnam. Limestone has a wide variety of applications. From the limestone, precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) synthesis is possible by a simple, economic and eco-friendly carbonation process. Precipitated calcium carbonate has different polymorphs and the major calcite form could be used as filler, coating agent for plastics, and papers.
다문화 배경 초등학생 대상 『표준 한국어』교재 분석 연구-`학습 한국어`의 계열성과 범위를 중심으로-

The purpose of this study is to analyze the `sequence` and `scope` reflected in 『standard Korean』based on `Korean language for learning` and present the problems and solutions. To address it, this author has come up with the subareas of `the sequence` as `the sequence for each step` and `the sequence for each grade` and those of `the scope` as `the scope of the Korean curriculum` and `the scope of the elementary school curriculum` in order to build up `a frame of analyzing Korean language for learning`. According to the analysis results, in terms of the level of achieving Korean language for learning and the system of organization, it is equipped with `the sequence for each step`. About `the sequence for each grade`, however, the scope of each grade is so vast, and the grades distinguishing elementary from intermediate levels are ambiguous, and within the unit or subject, the sequence fails to be considered. Therefore, primarily, within the subject, in accordance with the levels of grades, it is needed to rearrange the learning contents, and secondarily, it is necessary to consider the amount of learning and adjust the number and order of units. Regarding `the scope` of Korean language for learning, the number of `vocabulary` in `the Korean curriculum` dealt with in each session is three to four averagely, and `the scope of the elementary school curriculum` seems to be imbalanced in each subject. Accordingly, this researcher suggests that it is necessary to increase the scope of vocabulary in the Korean curriculum and make the curriculum balanced in consideration of the organization of the elementary school curriculum as well as learners` levels.
사건중심성이 외상 후 성장에 미치는 영향: 의도적 반추와 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과

본 연구는 사건중심성과 외상 후 성장의 관계를 살펴보고, 의도적 반추와 사회적 지지의 조절된 매개효과를 분석하였다. 이를 위해 만 18세 이상 성인 총 426명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료를 바탕으로 기술통계, 상관분석, 매개효과 검증, 조절효과 검증, 조절된 매개효과 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 외상 후 성장, 사건중심성, 의도적 반추, 사회적 지지는 서로 유의한 정적상관이 있었다. 둘째, 사건중심성과 외상 후 성장 간의 관계에서 의도적 반추가 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 의도적 반추와 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 사회적 지지가 유의하게 조절하였다. 넷째, 사건중심성과 외상 후 성장의 관계에서 사회적 지지를 통한 의도적 반추의 조절된 매개효과가 유의하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 의의와 후속 연구를 위한 제언을 하였다. This study examined the relationship between event-centrality and post-traumatic growth and analyzed the regulated mediating effects of intentional rumination and social support. To this end, an online survey was conducted on a total of 426 adults aged 18 or older. Based on the collected data, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, mediating effect verification, moderating effect verification, and moderated mediating effect verification were conducted. The results of this study are as follows. First, post-traumatic growth, event centricity, intentional rumination, and social support had significant static correlations with each other. Second, intentional rumination was found to be fully mediated in the relationship between event-centrality and post-traumatic growth. Third, social support was significantly controlled in the relationship between intentional rumination and post-traumatic growth. Fourth, the moderated mediating effect of intentional rumination through social support was significant in the relationship between event-centeredness and post-traumatic growth. Finally, the significance of this study and recommendations for subsequent research were made.
지각 내 열수 재분배와 금광상 형성의 구조적 제어 : 석션 펌프 및 단층 밸브 모델에 대한 리뷰

열수 금광상은 단층대 내에서 일어나는 열수 유체의 폭발적 흐름의 증거이며, 그로 인해 만들어지는 맥의 구조 및 조직은 열수 유체 재분배 기작을 반영한다. 본 리뷰 논문에서는 열수 금광상의 형성을 야기하는 지각 내 유체 순환의 기작으로서 석션 펌프와 단층 밸브 모델을 소개하고 단층역학적인 측면에서 검토한다. 석션 펌프와 단층 밸브 모델은 (1) 지구조 응력의 누적과 유체압의 증가, (2) 지진성 단층파열에 따른 지구조 응력의 해소와 유체압의 감소가 주기적으로 발생됨에 따라 단층을 통해 불균질하게 발생하는 유체의 이동 및 맥의 형성 기작이다. 두 기작들이 작동하는 지질학적 환경과 응력 조건은 서로 상이하며, 결과적으로 형성된 맥의 구조 및 조직적 특성은 서로 공통점과 차이점을 가진다. 석션 펌프와 단층 밸브 모델은 향후 한국의 열수 금광상의 구조적 성인을 정교하게 해석하고 추가적인 탐사의 효율성을 제고하는데 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. Hydrothermal gold deposits are evidence of intensive fluid flow through fault zones, and the resultant vein structures and textures reflect the fluid redistribution mechanism. This review introduces the suction pump and fault valve models as fluid circulation mechanisms causing hydrothermal gold deposits in the frameworks of the concepts of fault mechanics. The suction pump and fault valve models describe faulting-driven heterogeneous fluid flow and related vein formation mechanisms, accompanied by the cycles of (1) stress accumulation and fluid pressure build-up and (2) seismic rupture and stress/fluid pressure release. The models are available under different geological environments (stress conditions), and the vein structures and textures representing the mechanisms have similarities and differences. The suction pump and fault valve models must help better to interpret the origins of hydrothermal gold deposits in Korea and improve the efficiency of further exploration.
