In this paper, a VHF band conformal antenna for UAV mounting was developed. The proposed antenna was designed as an shape-adaptive structure by minimizing the antenna height to be advantageous in RCS reduction performance. As for the antenna radiator, the outer radiator was arranged around the inner radiator to apply the CRLH zeroth-order resonance structure. With this structure, the height of the antenna was minimized, and it was reduced by about 70 % compared to the existing blade antenna. In addition, for impedance matching, the intermediate frequency bandwidth of the VHF band was improved through the sleeve pin of the inner radiator, and the low frequency bandwidth of the VHF band was improved by applying an EMI shielding gasket to the shorting pin of the outer radiator. The proposed antenna was manufactured and measured to verify the performance of the device and the performance after UAV mounting. As a result, the standard was satisfied for the operating frequency.

This paper presents a state feedback $H^{\infty}$ controller design method for linear systems with delayed states and inputs. We derive a sufficient condition that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable for all time-delays and that the $H^{\infty}$-norm of the closed-loop transfer function is less than or equal to some prescribed level $\gamma$. And we propose a sufficient condition for the existence of a state feedback $H^{\infty}$ controller using a form of linear matrix inequality(LMI). Furthermore, we show that the state feedback $H^{\infty}$ controllers can be obtained from solutions satisfying LMI.

In this paper, we present an output feedback $H^\infty$controller design method and derive the sufficient condition of the bounded real lemma for linear systems with multiple delays in states. For state delayed systems, sufficient conditions for the existence $\kappa$-th order $H^\infty$controllers are given in terms of three linear matrix inequalities(LMIs). Furthermore, we show how to construct such controllers from the positive definite solutions of their LMIs and given an example to illustrate the validitiy of the proosed design procedure.

This study deals with the problem of static output feedback control for discrete-time T-S fuzzy systems via a nonquadratic Lyapunov function and its -sample variation, i.e., . A sufficient condition for the existence of the static output feedback controller is presented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The proposed sufficient stabilizing condition does not require any transformation matrices and equality constraints. Finally, two numerical examples are illustrated to verify the relaxation achieved with the proposed method. .

This paper presents a design method of static output feedback control for continuous-time T-S fuzzy systems. Based on parallel distributed compensation (PDC), a static output feedback control is utilized. A new sufficient condition for the existence of static output feedback gains is represented in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The sufficient condition does not need any transformation matrices, equality constraints, and block diagonal assumption of positive definite matrices in order to convert a bilinear matrix inequality (BMI) problem to an LMI one.
