Due to its rapid growth, brand coffeehouse market has gained significant attention from scholars and practitioners. This research empirically investigated how customers become loyal to a particular brand coffeehouse. Based on a literature review, this study developed a structural model that links image congruence (social and ideal social image congruencies) and brand loyalty (cognitive, affective, and conative loyalty). Emotional responses and satisfaction were also applied in this model to explain customer decision-making process. 349 coffeehouse patrons were participated in this study. From the results, customer emotion and satisfaction were influenced by both social and ideal social image congruencies. The effect of ideal social image on satisfaction was greater with customers with face consciousness. Moreover, this study found direct relationships among emotional responses, satisfaction, and brand loyalty components. Based on the findings, theoretical/managerial implications were discussed.
Determinants of Internalized Problems of Child Abuse Victims in Multicultural Families

The purpose of the present study was to verify determinants that affect internalized problems (depression, anxiety, impotent feelings) of child abuse victims in multicultural families. The study subjects were 231 cases of child abuse victims in multicultural families from among the 2011 child abuse cases entered into the national child abuse computer system and the subjects were analyzed twice each. According to the results of the study, the factors that affected the depression and impotent feelings of child abuse victims in multicultural families were child factors, family factors, and age among the child abuse screening scales, while only child factors among the child abuse screening scales significantly affected anxiety. Given these results, when any child abuse victims in multicultural families have been reported to institutions dedicated to child protection, the institutions should consider the possibility of internalized problems so as to pay more attention to psychotherapy. Furthermore, the standardization of mental health programs for child abuse victims in multicultural families are considered necessary. In addition, interventions should be made not only for child abuse victims but also related abusers or families.

Contemporary art is characterized by reflection of the times, relativeness,complexity, and multi-layered expressions. The work of art is considered as a channel of communication in which the meaning is completed through a logotional discourse between the work and the viewer. Therefore, the viewer s′ active participation in the process of understanding art is essential and an educational intervention is needed. Researches about aesthetic development defining how the viewers perceive, value, and judge the arts can help us to set a practical educational goal based on the viewers' ability to understand arts. The approach to viewer's aesthetic development and cognition adopt constructivism as a philosophical foundation. In constructivism, learners lead their learning based on their own experiences, knowledge, and environment,as in contemporary art understanding, active participation of the viewers are emphasized. A contructivist approach to understanding art facilitates learners to construct their own interpretation through discourse with the artworks using their own knowledge and experience. In this context, this study defines a constructivist approach to understanding arts and by examining aesthetic development theory, I analyze the viewer's viewpoints and their levels of aesthetic development. Then, I argue how this constructivist approach can be utilized in art class,followed by possible lesson ideas. 현대미술은 시대성, 관계성, 복잡성, 그리고 표현의 다중성 등을 그 특징으로 하며,작품은 소통의 공간으로서 감상자와의 감성적 소통을 통해서 그 의미가 완성되어진다. 따라서 감상자의 적극적인 참여가 필연적이며, 이를 위해서는 교육적 개입이 수반되어야 한다. 미적 발달 이론에 관한 연구는 감상자의 미적 인식, 가치 평가 준거, 감상 관점 등에 대한 연구로서 감상자의 미술 감상 능력에 대한 현실적인 목표를 설정하는데도움을 준다. 이러한 감상자의 미적 발달 및 인지 과정에 대한 접근은 구성주의적 철학을 그 배경으로 하고 있다. 구성주의는 학습자의 관점에서 그들의 경험, 지식, 배경을 바탕으로 학습을 이끌어가는 학습이론으로 현대미술 감상에서 중요하게 강조되고있는 감상자의 능동적인 참여를 통한 작품과의 감성적 소통에 시사하는 바가 크다. 즉,구성주의적 미술 감상법은 감상자의 내적 지식과 경험을 바탕으로 작품과의 만남이 이루어지고, 작품에 대한 의미를 구성해 나가는 것이다. 이와 같은 맥락에서 본 연구에서는 구성주의적 관점에서 현대미술 감상교육의 방향을 제시하고, 이에 대한 한 방법으로 미적 발달 이론을 고찰함으로써 감상자의 미적 발달 수준 및 작품 이해의 관점을분석하였다. 이를 바탕으로 구성주의 기반의 현대미술감상지도 방안을 모색하고, 감상학습의 예를 제시하였다.
