현재의 컴퓨팅 환경은 수많은 센서와 컴퓨팅 디바이스에서 사용자와 주위 환경에 대한 상황정보를 생성하고 있다. 이러한 상황정보는 무선 네트워크와의 결합을 통하여 정보가 필요한 서비스로 전달되어 사용자에게 더욱 지능화된 서비스를 제공하는 방향으로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 환경에서 서비스는 주변에 존재하는 상황정보 제공자를 검색하여 상황정보를 제공받을 수 있어야 한다. 수많은 상황정보 정보제공자가 무선 네트워크를 통하여 상황정보를 제공하는 환경에서 필요한 상황정보 제공자를 찾고 상황정보를 전송하는 효율적인 프로토콜이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 무선 네트워크에 적합한 상황정보 제공자의 검색과 상황정보 전송을 위한 상황정보 발견 프로토콜(Context Discovery Protocol)을 디자인하였다.

The purpose of this paper investigated the determinants of career commitment and the relationship between career commitment and career turnover intention in the case of hotel & resort culinarian. The data were collected for as sample of 286 culinarian worked in the hotel & resort using the convenience sampling. The results of this research are as follows: Firstly, perceived organizational supports affect positively on the career commitment. Secondly, organizational justices affect positively on the career commitment. Thirdly, career characteristics affect positively on the career commitment. Lastly, the career commitment affects negatively on the career turnover intention. The findings of this study reveal that it is very important to enhance career commitment to enforce the organizational competency and to drive the development of the individual culinarian staff-member.

The purpose of this paper investigated the impact of job characteristic on career prospect and turnover intention in the case of hotel & resort culinarian. The data were collected between June and July 2012 by convenience sampling. The analysis of the data was used frequency analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis. The results of this research are as follows: Firstly, job characteristic affects positively on the career prospect. Secondly, job characteristic affects negatively on the turnover intention. Thirdly, career prospect does not affect negatively on the turnover intention. Lastly, career prospect does not shown the mediated effects the relationship between job characteristic and turnover intention. The findings of this study reveal that it is very important to enhance career prospect as the expectation of promotion for the individual to alleviate turnover intention.
극미세 입자 Aluminosilicate 계 졸의 합성 및 응용 : (Ⅰ) SiO₂및 γ-AIOOH졸의 제조 및 케릭터라이제이션

Nanoparticulate silica sols could be synthesized by an interfacial hydrolysis reaction between TEOS and high alkaline water. The silica sols were extremely stable at pH of 8 and their average particle sizes were less than 3 nm, while very unstable between 4 and 5 of pH. The sol particles grew up to about 10 nm within 1 day in the region of pH less than 7. It was found that the silica sol with pH less than 2 was stabilized without further growing after 1 day-aging. The particle size of γ-AlOOH sols synthesized via the modified Yoldas-method could be controlled according to the mole ratio of nitric acid/aluminium tri-sec-butoxide(0.07∼1.0). The stable γ-AlOOH sol with the average particle size of 45 nm, which was prepared using the mole ratio of 0.07, was estimated to be suitable for coating reproducible γ-AlOOH membrane layers with the high specific surface area.
