The purpose of this study was to establish the system for the junior college students' successful business start. To this end, the survey was held about the present situation of starting business education and of minor curriculum in university and junior college. 776 junior college students and 70 people in Industrial Corporation were questioned about the opinion to open the starting business class as a minor. The results are as follows: First, starting business curriculum need to be set up in liberal arts. It is necessary for students not to delay their graduation. Second, the supporting programs of government and college have to improve to increase starting business. Government should give the starting business chance to the graduates who completed the starting business class as their minor. Third, the intensive course for bachelor's degree is needed. The intensive course is for the students who completed the minor. Through this course, the number of students not only get a bachelor's degree but also start their starting business would increase.

Schottky diodes are fabricated on laser annealed and unannealed polysilicon substrate and their electrical characteristics are studied and analyzed. Current of laser annealed devices are larger than that of unannealed devices because of grain growth, decrease of grain boundary and trap density, lowering of grain boundary barrier height, decrease of dopant segregation. At low forward bias (<0.7V), currents of unanealed devices are larger. Soft breakdown voltages of laser annealed devices are larger than that of unannealed devices.
전문대학 공학계열 학생의 기초학습능력 수준에 따른 학업성취도 결과 사례연구: I 전문대학 사례를 중심으로

The influences of the basic academic skills to the scholastic achievement grades has been researched and we made a test of the basic academic skills(Korean language, mathematic, foreign language) to the students of engineering department in I college in Seoul and analyzed the correlation between the basic academic skills and the scholastic achievement grades. Results show that the scholastic achievement grades has a correlation(r=.456, p<0.01) to the average grade of the basic academic skill test. High level students of the scholastic achievement grades have a correlation(r=.292, p<0.01) to the mathematical department and the others have a correlation(r=.232, p<0.05 and r=.279, p<0.01) to the Korean linguistic department. The results of this study through multiple regression analysis indicate that the scholastic achievement has a relation on Korean language skill. As a result, It is recommendable that the mathematical basic academic skill programs are suggested to the high-level students of the scholastic achievement grades and the linguistic basic academic skill programs to the others. Also, the required basic linguistic subject is needed to the low-level students of the basic academic skills and in this paper, we propose the test and management system for the basic campus-life skills including the basic academic skills and the basic major skills.
