급성 뇌경색이 합병된 Haemophilus parainfluenzae 심내막염의 조기판막치환술 1례

Haemophilus parainfluenzae , one of the member of the HACEK group of gram-negative oropharyngeal species, is a rare cause of subacute native valve endocarditis. Infective endocarditis caused by H. parainfluenzae appears to carry a high incidence rate of cerebral embolism, often making the timing of surgical intervention difficult. A 52-year-old male was diagnosed with acute endocarditis caused by H. parainfluenzae complicated with acute cerebral infarctions. After institution of antibiotic therapy, this patient was mechanically ventilated because of the sudden onset of dyspnea. Repeated two-dimensional echocardiography demonstrated rate-dependent mitral stenosis without interval change of vegetations on the mitral valve. Making a decision regarding the timing of surgical intervention was difficult because of a fear of clinical deterioration after early valve replacement.

본 논문에서는 전자상거래 시스템에서 효율적으로 운용될 수 있는 환불가능한 전자화폐 프로토콜을 제안한다. 전자화폐에서의 환불 가능성은 온라인 전자상거래의 특성상 필수적으로 요구되는 특징이며, 이러한 특징의제공시에도 사용자의 익명성 및 은행의 안전성이 확보되어야만 한다. 본 논문에서는 비밀 분산 스킴을 응용하여상점의 환불 기간 내에 전자화폐를 안전하게 환불할 수 있는 프로토콜을 제안하였으며, 이를 위하여 상점 초기화시 신뢰할 수 있는 기관의 비밀 분산 프로토콜과 환불 기간 이후 상인과 은행 사이에 이루어지는 이중사용 허가프로토콜을 추가하였다. 또한 제안된 프로토콜의 안전성, 익명성, 그리고 환불 가능성에 대한 증명을 제시하였다.

Purpose: There are some advantages of the acrylic resin denture base ; appropriate strength, volume safety, simple processing apparatus, and low cost. But, it have a weakness for fracture by intense pressure or shock. However, the repairs for resin denture base are possible using various materials and techniques. There is a few studies in repairs for resin denture base, but not clinical researches. And there is no studies in absorbed saliva into the region of fracture and bond strength. This study is to observe re-bond strength of resin denture base after repairing under saliva absorption. Methods: The samples were made of heat curing resin and the rectangular parallelepiped specimens which were 50mm long, 10mm wide and 3mm high. The four different groups immersed in the artificial saliva for 2 weeks were prepared, 1) no repaired control samples, 2) immediately repaired samples, 3) repaired samples after 1 day dry, and 4) repaired samples after 3 days dry. The prepared samples were repaired by two different curing materials, self curing resin and heat curing resin method. Each groups composed of 10 specimens were experimented with the three point bending tests for bonding strength measuring Results: There were under condition absorbed in the artificial saliva and repaired by self curing resin method, repaired specimens after 1 day and 3 days dry groups had higher values of bonding strengths than control group, and bonding strengths of immediately repaired samples were similar to those of control samples (p<0.05). There were under condition immersed in the artificial saliva and repaired by heat curing resin method, immediately repaired samples showed similar values to bonding strengths of control groups, and repaired samples after 1 day and 3 days dry groups were lower than those of control group (p>0.05). Conclusion: In this study, the repairs for resin denture base were remarkably high values of bonding strengths than those of the past, and showed that have stable bonding strengths independent of saliva absorption of denture base, so present repairs for resin denture base can be performed, regardless of saliva conditions.

무인정찰기용 전자광학장비에 대한 운용개념 및 요구된 운용개념에 따른 요구기능 수행 및 제어를 위한 시스템제어장치 설계가 필요하다. 무인정찰기의 플랫폼 및 운용특성을 고려한 운용개념 수립 및 수립된 운용개념을 기반으로 한 전자광학장비의 운용모드를 정의하고 구현하기위한 시스템 설계를 수행하였다. 무인기용 전자광학장비는 가시광선/적외선 영상을 획득하는 EO 및 IR 카메라, 표적과의 거리측정을 위한 레이저거리측정기인 LRF(Laser Range Finder), 표적추적처리를 위한 영상추적기, 영상화질개선을 위한 영상개선처리기, 지상통제장치로 대용량 영상전송을 위한 압축/전송기로 구성된다. It is necessary to design of the System Control Unit(SCA) for required function performing and system control. The key map of the electro-optics functions which were derived from the operational characteristics of UAV platform were defined for the design of SCA. Electro-Optical systems for UAV consist of EO/IR cameras for acquisition of EO and IR image, LRF(Laser Range Finder) for measuring of distance from a target to UAV, image tracker for tracking a target, image enhancement unit for image quality enhancement, image compression/transmission unit for data transmission to ground control system.

Based on density-functional theory calculations, we have examined the electronic structure of the conjugate honeycomb-chained-trimer model previously proposed for the Au/Si(111)-(p3×p3)R30˚ surface, For the optimized atomic structure, we calculate the surface band structure and simulate scanning-tunneling-microscopy (STM) images. The simulated STM images are compatible with the STM measurements, but the calculated surface band structure partly differs from angle-resolved photoelectron measurements. The present results indicate that a better model is required for the Au/Si(111)-(p3 × p3)R30˚ surface.
