북한의 <대륙간탄도로케트 시험발사 성공기념 음악무용종합공연> 특징과 의미

On July 4, 2017, North Korea had a test fire with its intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) called Hwasong-14. North Korea's Chosun Central News Agency announced that North Korea succeeded in the development of ICBM, reporting that Hwasong-14 traveled "a range of 933km at top altitude of 2,802km." It was the first announcement on the successful launch of ICBM "Hwasong-14" since the North Korean regime declared a "parallel advance route of economic development and nuclear deterrence" at the full session in March, 2013. On July 9 right after the announcement of its successful launch, a joint performance of music and dance was put on the stage to commemorate its successful test fire. There were joint performances between the Moranbong Band and State Merited Chorus or between the Cheongbong Band and State Merited Chorus, but it was the first joint performance including the Wangjaesan Dance Company. Bands and dance companies representing North Korea performed on the same stage in the name of joint performance of music and dance,which signifies the importance of this performance. The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics and meanings of joint performance of music and dance whose precedents were not found in the performance history of North Korea before the performance. It also aimed to analyze the messages that the North Korean regime tried to deliver through this performance based on its musical selection, content, performance composition, and stage background scenes. 북한은 지난 2017년 7월 4일 북한은 대륙간탄도미사일(화성-14형)을 시험 발사했다. 조선중앙통신은 “정점고도 2,802km, 사거리 933km를 비행했다” 며 대륙간탄도미사일(ICBM) 개발에 성공했다고 발표했다. 2013년 3월 전원회의에서 ‘경제발전과 핵무력건설의 병진노선’ 을 선 포한 이후, 처음으로 대륙간 탄도미사일(ICBM) ‘화성-14형’ 발사에 성 공했다고 발표한 것이다. 미사일발사가 성공했다고 발표한 직후인 7월 9일 대륙간탄도미사일 시험발사 성공을 기념하는 음악무용종합공연 이 개최된다. 모란봉악단과 공훈국가합창단 또는 청봉악단과 공훈국 가합창단의 합동공연은 개최된 적이 있지만 이번공연 처럼 왕재산무 용단까지 참여하는 종합공연은 처음이다. 음악무용종합공연이라는 이 름으로 북한을 대표하는 악단이 한 무대에 오른 것으로 그만큼 이번 공 연의 중요성을 의미한다. 이 글은 이전의 북한 공연에서는 전례를 찾아 볼 수 없었던 음악무용종합공연이 어떠한 특징과 의미를 갖는지 살펴 보는데 목적을 두었다. 공연의 선곡과 내용, 공연구성 그리고 무대배경 화면 등을 통해 북한 당국이 이번 공연을 통해 전하고자 하는 메시지를 분석했다.

Mobile Trusted Module 기반 단말에서의 안전한 키 백업 및 복구 방안에 대한 연구

정보통신이 발달함에 따라서 모바일 환경은 주된 통신 환경으로 자리잡았다. 모바일 환경은 유선환경 보다 개방된 네트워크 특성으로 인하여, 서비스를 이용함에 따라 사용자의 개인정보에 대한 스니핑이나 피싱, 불법 단말기의 사용으로 개인정보가 노출 될 수 있다. 따라서 신뢰 컴퓨팅을 표준화 하고 있는 TCG(Trusted Computing Group)는 모바일 환경의 보안을 위해 하드웨어 기반의 보안 모듈인 MTM(Mobile Trusted Module)을 제안하였다. MTM은 플랫폼에 임베디드되어 사용자 프라이버시와 플랫폼 무결성을 보호하고 물리적으로 안전하지만 강한 보안 기능을 제공하는 만큼 비밀 데이터를 다른 곳으로 이전할 때 보안적인 접근이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 TCG 보안 기술과 함께 암호키 이전 방안에 대해서 살펴보고, 키 백업과 복구를 적용한 안전한 암호키 이전 방안을 제안한다. Mobile environments are evolving the main communication environment as a develops of communication technology. In mobile environments, sensitive information can be compromised on-line, so demand for security has increased. Also, mobile devices that provide various services are in danger from malware and illegal devices, phishing and sniffing etc, and the privacy. Therefore, MTM(Mobile Trusted Module) is developed and promoted by TCG(Trusted Computing Group), which is an industry standard body to enhance the security level in the mobile computing environment. MTM protects user privacy and platform integrity, because it is embedded in the platform, and it is physically secure. However, a security approach is required when secret data is migrated elsewhere, because MTM provides strong security functions. In this paper, we analyze the TCG standard and migration method for cryptographic key, then we propose a secure migration scheme for cryptographic key using key Backup/Recovery method.
