이식전 IgG CMV 항체 양성인 신장 이식환자들에서의 거대세포 바이러스 감염에 관한 연구

Cytomegalovirus(CMV) infection occurs more frequently in renal transplant recipients than in the normal population. But the incidence and severity of CMV infection and antibody positivity are different between countries. We studied the incidence of CMV infection with a long term follow up in renal transplant recipients who were IgG CMV positive and whose donors were also IgG CMV positive preo- peratively. We studied the difference and usefulness of various detection methods including IgM CMV antibody by ELISA, shell vial culture, and quantitative dual polymerase chain reaction)PCR). We also studied possible factors that may affect CMV infection and the function of the grafted kidney in CMV infected patients. This study included 36 patients, 20 males and 16 females, who received renal transplantation at Han-yang University Hospital between July, 1994 and March, 1995. IgG and IgM CMV antibodies were detected and shell vial cultures were performed in recipient candidates and donor candidates preoperatively. Postoperatively, we checked IgM CMV and performed shell vial cultures in renal transplant recipients every month after the operation and when CMV infections were suspected. We also performed dual PCR with endpoint titration to quantify the amount of CMV DNA. The total incidence of CMV infection was 30.6% (11 patients among 36 patients). Three patients had CMV disease, and only one patient was severe enough to need gancyclovir therapy. The average onset of infection was 12.9 weeks after the operation(earliest 5weeks-latest 33weeks). In all patients with CMV disease, CMV positivity appeared by aU three detection methods. But detection time and duration of positivity were different. The amount of CMV DNA in patients with active CMV disease was higher than those of asymptomatic patients and one patient following antiviral therapy. Age, sex, donor type, HLA matching and rejection did not affect CMV infection. Incidence of CMV infection was higher in patients who were transfused within 3 weeks before the operation(6/8 vs 5/28, p=0.048). Changes of creatinine level from initial outpatient department(OPD) visit to last OPD visit which were corrected by OPD follow up time showed no significant difference between CMV infected and non- infected patients In conclusion, the incidence of CMV infection and disease was relatively low, and the degree of disease severity was mild. In our renal transplant recipients, CMV infection may not be a serious problem. Quantitative dual PCR using end-point titration is a good method to detect CMV infections and monitor the clinical course. Because it is easy to use, detect disease earlier and can quantify the amount of CMV DNA. Among various factors, transfusion affected CMV infection significantly in our patients. In an average of 231 days of OPD follow up time, CMV infected patients showed no impairment of grafted kidney function, but a more long term follow up is needed.

난 시장이 확대되고 있지만 일반대중이 선호하고 있는 동양계 심비디움 난은 대부분 수입 또는 산채에 의존하여 고가로 판매되고 있고, 서양계 심비디움은 외국 품종에 대한 로열티 지불 등의 문제가 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 관상가치가 있고 대량증식이 가능하여 외국산 품종을 대체할 수 있는 소형 심비디움 난을 육성하고자 하였다. 동양계 및 서양계 심 비디움의 교배종인 "동양"의 바이러스 무병주를 생장점배양에 의해 기내에서 대량증식을 하던 중, 잎무늬 돌연변 Cymbidium is one of the largest genus in the orchid family and a number of hybrids have been bred in the world. During mass-propagating the Cymbidium "Dongyang" using the meristem culture technology, a useful leaf mutant was selected from the protocom like bodies. The new Cymbidium variety by in vitro mutangesis from "Dongyang" was named as 'Daegook' in 1998. Compared to Dongyang, "Daegook" mutant has white or yellow stripes along the margin of leaves and flowers. The plant length of "Daegook" was shorter than "Dongyang" and the mean length and width of leaf in "Daegook" was 40 cm and 1.6 cm, respectively. The new variety, "Daegook", is expected to be a popular Cymbidium variety among consumer as a ornamental orchid mutant for pot culture by its fine and unique stripes and growth characters.

In April 2011, ICRP issued a statement on tissue reactions in which it recommended, for occupational exposure, a dose limit for equivalent dose to the lens of the eye of 20 mSv·year-1, averaged over defined periods of 5 years, with no annual dose in a single year exceeding 50 mSv. Thus, the need for lens dose assessment and management of nuclear medicine workers is increasing. This study measured the lens exposure dose of the nuclear medicine radiation workers using ED 3 Active Extremity Dosimeter for six months from February 2017 to July 2017. It was measured for 99mTc-Bone scan and 18F-FDG PET. because they are most frequently exam in nuclear medicine. As a result of measurement, the annual lens dose in 99mTc-Bone scan is 4.29±1.73 mSv·day-1, based on 8.37±2.82 patients·day-1. The annual lens dose in 18F-FDG PET is 2.56±0.98 mSv·day-1, based on 5.47±1.48 patients·day-1. This does not exceed the lens equivalent dose limit. However, it is necessary to continuously manage the lens dose as it may result in workers exposed to high doses depending on the working environment.
인공신경망을 이용한 DWT 전력스펙트럼 밀도 기반 자동화 기계 고장 진단 기법

Sounds based machine fault diagnosis recovers all the studies that aim to detect automatically abnormal sound on machines using the acoustic emission by these machines. Conventional methods that use mathematical models have been found inaccurate because of the complexity of the industry machinery systems and the obvious existence of nonlinear factors such as noises. Therefore, any fault diagnosis issue can be treated as a pattern recognition problem. We propose here an automatic fault diagnosis method of hand drills using discrete wavelet transform(DWT) and pattern recognition techniques such as artificial neural networks(ANN). We first conduct a filtering analysis based on DWT. The power spectral density(PSD) is performed on the wavelet subband except for the highest and lowest low frequency subband. The PSD of the wavelet coefficients are extracted as our features for classifier based on ANN the pattern recognition part. The results show that the proposed method can be effectively used not only to detect defects but also to various automatic diagnosis system based on sound 소리 기반 기계 고장 진단은 기계의 음향 방출 신호에서 비정상적인 소리를 자동으로 감지하는 것이다. 수학적 모델을 사용하는 기존의 방법은 기계 시스템의 복잡성과 잡음과 같은 비선형 요인이 존재하기 때문에 기계 고장 진단이 어려웠다. 따라 서 기계 고장 진단의 문제를 패턴 인식 문제로 해결하고자 한다. 본 논문에서 DWT와 인공신경망 기반 패턴 인식 기법을 이용한 자동화 기계 고장 진단 기법을 제안한다. 기계의 결함을 효과적으로 탐지하기 위해 DWT를 이용해 대역별 분해 후 최상위 고주 파 부대역과 최하위 저주파 부대역을 제외한 나머지 부대역의 PSD를 구하여 인공신경망 기반 분류기의 입력으로 사용한다. 그 결과 본 연구에서 제안한 방법은 효과적으로 결함을 탐지할 뿐만 아니라 소리 기반의 다양한 자동 진단 시스템에도 효과적으로 활용될 수 있음을 보여준다.
