A case of severe facial deformity with unilateral macrognathism and vertical maxillary asymmetry is presented. We have met 25-year old male with traumatic episode of the mandible three years before admission. Surgical treatment was performed by Le Fart I osteotomy to level the maxillary occlusal plane, bilateral vertical ramus osteotomies to allow extrusion of maxilla and to adjust mandibular arch to that of maxilla, autologous bone graft on the maxillary gap and deficient mandibular ramus, affected body ostectomy and contouring to restore the facial asymmetry, dermolipectomy of the redundant skin induced by reduction of over-growing bone. All procedures were done simultaneously. Combined maxillary surgery and mandibuloplasty achieved the esthetic and functional objectives of treatment and eliminated asymmetric face. After 5 months of treatment, postoperative radiographs showed consolidation of the osteotomized segments without mobility. There has been o discernible change in the position of operation sites during 5 months of postoperative follow-up.

본 논문은 오송 인근에 건설 중인 철도종합시험선로가 운영시작 예상시점인 2019 년 이후 성공적인 이용을 위한 조건을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 성공적으로 이용되기 위한 핵심적인 세 가지의 조건은 다음과 같다. 첫 번째, 철도종합시험선로의 기능성을 검토하여 문제점을 파악하고 이를 조정할 수 있도록 노력해야 한다. 두 번째, 오송 인근에 철도산업의 상승효과를 볼 수 있는 철도산업 클러스터 구축계획을 세우는 것이 필요하다. 세 번째, 철도종합시험선로에서 시험·승인 및 시운전을 가능하도록 운영 및 국내철도시장 조건을 검토하고, 이를 뒷받침하기 위한 제도를 파악하여 철도종합시험선로 수요를 확보하고 해야한다. 본 논문에서 제시된 철도종합시험선로의 세가지 성공적 이용조건은 철도종합시험선로가 수요를 확보하고 안정적으로 운영할 수 있는 기틀을 마련해 줄 것이다. This Paper aim to consider the qualifications for successful utilize of the Railway Synthesize Test Track that will be completed at O-song. The three qualifications are as follows: First, The Railway Synthesize Test has to check functionality of the test track and make get well. Second, a railway cluster plan in O-Song needs to be considered for synergy effect of railway industry. Third, Operating and the domestic market of railway have to check qualification for testing, approval and trial test. Then it researches the expected demands and systems for supporting them. These qualifications will be good foundation for researching the expected demands and stable operation.

본 연구는 기존 수단선택 분석 방법 중 효용최대화 이론에 입각한 다항로짓모형과(Random Utility Maximization 이하, RUM) 함께 후회이론에 근거한 확률적 후회 이론모형(Random Regret Minimization 이하, RRM)을 제시하고 두 모형을 분석한 후 결과비교를 통해 수단 선택 분석의 적정성을 검토하는데 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 RRM의 이론적 특성을 파악하는 동시에 기존에 로짓 분석 방법론이 사용된 수단선택관련 선행연구를 살펴보았다. 수단선택 분석의 적정성 검토를 위해 수도권 통행관련 설문조사자료를 이용하여 RUM과 RRM으로 수단선택 모형을 구축하였다. 분석결과 모형추정결과는 두 모형이 비슷한 형태를 가졌으며 RRM이 RUM보다 적합한 것으로 나타났다. This study describes the random regret minimization theory comparing with the traditional random utility maximization theory in the context of travel mode choice. The empirical estimation results are compared with each other using the travel behavior data in the Seoul metropolitan area. As a result, the estimated parameters are similar. The goodness-of-fit statistics of the RRM model are slightly improved.
구내접근법과 trans-submandibular channel을 이용한 이단계 하악 우각부 윤곽성형술

The square face with prominent mandibular angles projects a strong and musculine impression, which is not preferred by most Koreans(may be orientals). Therefore, requests for contouring the prominent mandibular angle are much more common in the orient than in the west. In our study, we treated seven patients with esthetic problem due to prominent mandibular angle using two-step method with intraoral approach via trans- submandibular channel. The advantages of this method are easy measuring, minimized surgical trauma and shortening of the operation time by facilitation of instrumenial application via trans-sumandibular channel.

Genetics and corrective surgery are not only partners in providing for classification, diagnosis, and comprehensive patient care but also in understanding the etiology of the craniofacial anomalies. Cleidocranial dysostosis having a dominant Mendelian inheritance is a rare disease of unknown etiology. The auther have met 21-year-old male with malar and maxillary hypoplasia, prolonged retention of the multiple deciduous teeth, 31 impacted teeth, absence of clavicle, widened sagittal suture and fontaneles. Surgical removal of impacted teeth was done via splitting external cortical bone to preserve remaining bone. After 6 months, the entire maxilla are advanced and moved to inferior with iliac bone graft, and the ramus oblique osteotomy are done on mandible. We have achieved good esthetic and good functional results.
두경부악성종양세포주의 항암제감수성 시험에 관한 실험적 연구

The in vitro predictive tests in cancer chemotherapy of cancer cell lines to anticancer drugs were determined using novel dye exclusion assay [NDEA], [3H] thymidine incorporation, and clonogenic assay [CA>. Antitumor effect of Bleomycin, Cis-platin, Vinblastine, Methotrexate to HEp-2, B16 cell lines using rapid assays was compared with [CA> in this study. In dye exclusion assay of B l6 cell line, cancer cells were sensitive to Bleomycin at all concentrations, to Vinblastine at the level of peak plasma concentration [PPC], ${\times}1/10$ [PPC](P<0.05). And Bleomycin revealed relatively good cytotoxicity than that of CDDP and vinblastine at ${\times}10$[PPC], (P<0.05). HEp-2 cells were resistive to methotrexate at the level of ${\times}100$[PPC] (P<0.05) In [3H] thymidine incorporation assay, B 16 cells were sensitive to Bleomycin, CDDP, Vinblastine at the level of [PPC], ${\times}10$ [PPC](P<0.01). Dose-dependent drugs of bleomycin, CDDP were more sensitive than Vinblastine at high concentration (P<0.05). In clonogenic assay, HEp-2 cell line was sensitive to three drugs of all concentrations except ${\times}10$ [PPC] of CDDP. B 16 cell line was sensitive to all drugs(P<0,01). In comparison of chemosensitivity tests among three assays, the results were correlated(${\gamma}=0.99$, P<0.05).
