『万葉集』선집에 관한 비판적 고찰 - 성과와 과제 -

본고에서는 광복 이후에 출간된 『만엽집』 선집인 오영진의 『와카 선집』, 박상현의 『일본 인의 사랑의 문화사』와 『해석의 정치학』, 고용환・강용자의 『만엽집』을 살펴봤다. 이들 선집 은 대체적으로 『만엽집』에 나오는 인류 보편적인 정서와 함께 일본적인 특수성이 담겨 있는 노래를 국내에 소개했다는 점에서 그 성과가 인정된다. 하지만 이들 선집은 한국(인)의 관점 이 적극적으로 반영된 노래를 모은 선집은 아니라는 점에서 아쉬움이 있었다. 본고는 선학의 업적을 비판적으로 계승 발전시키는 입장에서 고대한국과 밀접한 관련이 있는 노래를 집중적 으로 소개할 새로운 『만엽집』 선집을 제언했다. 그렇다고 기존 선집과 새로운 선집이 서로 배타적인 관계에 있는 것은 아니다. 오히려 상호보완적인 관계에 있다. 따라서 독자는 성격이 다른 두 가지 『만엽집』 선집을 통해 좀 더 폭넓게 『만엽집』의 대표적인 노래를 감상할 수 있 게 된다고 생각한다. In this paper, anthology of 『Manyoushuu』published after 1945 is considered. These anthologies are generally recognized for their achievements in that they introduced works that contain Japanese specificity as well as universal sentiments of mankind to Korea. However, these anthologies are disappointing in that they are not collections of works that actively reflect the perspectives of Koreans. In this paper, from the standpoint of critically inheriting and developing the achievements of previous studies, we propose a new anthology of 『Manyoushuu』, which intensively introduces works closely related to ancient Korea. However, the existing anthologies and the new anthologies are not mutually exclusive. Rather, they are complementary to each other. Therefore, I think the reader will be able to appreciate the representative works of 『Manyoushuup』 more broadly through two anthologies with different personalities.

효율적인 그래프 기반 2단계 슈퍼픽셀 생성 방법

Superpixel methods are widely used in the preprocessing stage as a method to reduce computational complexity by simplifying images while maintaining the characteristics of images in the field of computer vision. It is common to generate superpixels with a regular size and form based on the pixel values rather than considering the characteristics of the image. In this paper, we propose a method to generate superpixels considering the characteristics of an image according to the application. The proposed method consists of two steps, and the first step is to oversegment an image so that the boundary information of the image is well preserved. In the second step, superpixels are merged based on similarity to produce the desired number of superpixels, where the form of superpixels are controlled by limiting the maximum size of superpixels. Experimental results show that the proposed method preserves the boundaries of an image more accurately than the existing method. 컴퓨터 비전 분야에서 영상의 특성을 유지하면서 영상을 간소화하여 계산량을 줄이는 방법으로 전처리 단계에서 슈퍼픽셀 방법이 많이 사용되고 있다. 하지만 슈퍼픽셀 단계에서는 영상의 특성을 고려하는 것 보다는 화소의 값을 기준으로 일정한 크기와 형태의 슈퍼픽셀을 생성하는 것이 일반적이다. 본 논문에서는 응용에 맞게 영상의 특성을 고려하여 슈퍼픽셀을 생성할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 제안하는 방법은 두 단계로 이루어지며, 첫 번째 단계에서 영상을 과분할 하여 영상의 경계 정보들이 잘 보존되게 한다. 두 번째 단계에서는 과분할 된 슈퍼픽셀들을 유사도를 기준으로 병합하여 원하는 개수의 슈퍼픽셀을 생성한다. 이때 슈퍼픽셀의 최대 크기를 제한함으로써 슈퍼픽셀의 형태를 제어한다. 실험 결과는 제안하는 방법으로 생성된 슈퍼픽셀이 기존 방법에 의해 생성된 슈퍼픽셀 보다 정확하게 경계 정보를 보존하는 것을 보여준다.

수업에 대한 현상학적 성찰의 필요성

This study aims to reflect on teaching through phenomenology. Today, the major discourses on teaching in Korea are based on scientism, art, and criticism. Scientism, especially, has had a powerful impact on teaching. However, it’s obvious that they have some limits in terms of analyzing teaching. At this point, phenomenology provides a foundation that can suggest a new point of view on teaching, free from the existing discourses on teaching. As a matter of fact, phenomenology excludes prejudices on existing teaching methods and utilizes the intuition and consciousness of each individual. This means that you have to exclude the existing prejudices in terms of technical and reasonable aspects of teaching and understand teaching in a new way. This enables you to have a true philosophical understanding of teaching. Until now, the major discourses on teaching have tried to define teaching by utilizing rationality as a yardstick. On the contrary, phenomenology offers a wide range of reflection opportunities of discourse on teaching. 이 글의 목적은 수업에 대한 현상학적 성찰의 필요성을 제기하는 것이다. 지금껏 한국에 존재하는 수업 담론을 보면 여전히 과학 담론과 이것의 대립적 성격을 띤 담론인 예술 그리고 비평 담론이 주를 이루고 있다고 할 수 있다. 그 중 특히 과학주의적 수업 담론은 수업에 대한 거대담론이다. 그러나 이와 같은 수업 담론으로 수업을 설명하기에는 분명 한계가 있다. 수업이 이미 정초된 개념이 아니라 기술해 나가야 하는 개념이라면 말이다. 이때 현상학은 현재의 고착화된 수업 담론에서 벗어나 수업에 대한 새로운 시각을 제시할 수 있는 토대를 제공한다. 사실 현상학은 기존의 수업에 대한 선입견을 배제하고, 수업을 바라보는 개개인의 의식 내지 직관을 동원한다. 이는 ‘수업’이라는 사태에 대해 갖고 있었던 기술적․이성적 측면에서의 기존 선입견을 배제하고, 순수하게 수업을 다시 이해해야 함을 의미한다. 따라서 이를 통해 수업의 주체들은 객관적 수업 잣대의 그늘을 벗어나, 존재의 고치를 허물어 수업이라는 세계와 보다 풍부하게 소통할 수 있다. 그리고 이때 비로소 수업에 대한 순수하고 진정한 철학적 성찰이 일어난다. 그간 수업에 대한 거대담론은, 수업이라는 대상 혹은 사태를 이성의 잣대로 기획하고 규정하려 했던 것이 사실이다. 그러나 현상학을 통해 우리는 보다 새롭고 다양한 수업 담론에 대한 의식의 가능성을 열어 놓게 될 것이다.

지상기반 센티미터급 해양 정밀 PNT 기술개발

최근 유럽연합은 고정밀 위치정보를 갈리레오 항법시스템을 통해 제공할 계획임을 밝힌 바 있으며, 가까운 일본은 QZSS 지역 위성항법시스템을 통해 자국 영토에 센티미터급 위치정보 서비스를 실시하고 있다. 우리나라 대한민국은 2020년 4월부터 지상 통신 또는 방송망을 이용하여 센티미터 정확도의 위치정보를 해상에 제공할 수 있는 기술 개발을 시작하였다. 본 논문은 현재 진행되고 있는 해당 기술개발과제, ‘지상기반 센티미터급 해양 정밀 PNT 기술개발’의 연구현황과 함께 연구개발의 배경과 기술개발 동향에 대해 살펴본다. 그리고 마지막으로 고정밀 위치정보 서비스의 미래 모습에 대해 전망한다.

『심경부주』의 메시지, 그리고 그 메시지를 통한 근대 수업의 성찰

This study is critically aimed to reflect on teaching in modern paradigm through Sim-Gyung-Bu-Ju [心經附註]. Today, scientism has had a powerful impact on teaching. It lays emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness. There is no doubt that the current major practices on teaching in Korea also include those on art, criticism, etc. However, scientism is still metanarrative on teaching. On the other hand, Sim-Gyung-Bu-Ju [心經附註] involves learning that eventually leads one be a sage [心學]. The purpose of being a sage [心學] is to make central the cultivation of one's mind. Contemporary teaching, in fact, is not a discourse on cultivation. So, it's messages have large influences on contemporary teaching. And these discourse on teaching makes personal one's transformation by school education. 이 글의 목적은 『심경부주』가 전해주는 메시지를 통해 근대 수업을 성찰하는 것이다. 근대의 수업은 과거의 이야기지만, 현재의 수업에도 그대로 드러난다. 그 이유는 근대의 거대 담론이었던 과학주의가 현재에도 그대로 녹아 들어있기 때문이다. 이는 학교현장의 수업에서도 마찬가지다. 근대의 수업은 수업을 계량화하여 효과와 효율만을 추구한다. 물론 최근 탈-근대적 담론을 통해 수업을 예술, 비평 혹은 그 밖의 무엇으로 보기도 하나 여전히 수업에 대한 거대 담론은 과학주의다. 하지만 학교현장은 여전히 비례와 무례로 점철되어 있다. 그 원인 중 하나가 바로 현재의 수업에 수양적 담론이 빠져있다는 것이고, 특히 마음을 깨끗이 하는 마음 공부가 현재 수업에 삭제되어 있다는 것이다. 『심경부주』는 바로 이러한 현재의 수업에 의미 있는 메시지를 줄 수 있다. 『심경부주』는 마음을 깨끗이 하고, 갈고 닦아 사람다운 사람이 되어야함에 대해 역설한다. 이것은 단지 지식․기능․태도만을 축적하는 근대적 수업과는 거리가 멀다. 『심경부주』는 사람의 마음에 집중한다. 그리고 자신의 존재를 초월하고자 하는 초월론적 지평의 장을 활짝 넓힌다.

Membrane distillation (MD) has been researched as one of the promising seawater desalination processes, because of its advantages such as (1) high energy efficiency, high water flux and less fouling sensitivity. [1] Herein, thermally rearranged (TR) polymer membranes are introduced for MD application. The TR membranes were investigated by SEM, contact angle, CFP and LEPw. TR membranes showed a great MD performance with high water flux and long-term stability.
