The high expenditure of personal training is a burden to people. There's no time to do exercise because the modern society is too fast-paced, we discussed about how can people do exercise the time when they wants. That's home training. You can do exercise whenever and wherever you want by home training. It's time-efficient and economic efficiency. It's one of the effective method in modern society. According to the result of this research, the home training can help people to do effective exercise and can be a preliminary data of further home training research. There's no big change on weight and body fat, but the amount of muscle was increased 0.51kg averagely. Compared to before and after, There's no big change on weight and body fat but there's meaningful change of muscle.In satisfaction research, the score was average 30.54 of 50. It's quite high. But the score of people who don't make a change was low. The result shows, if it can overcome demerits of home training which personal training and aerobic exercise, the home training could be good exercise to increasing amount of muscle. So It's better guys who want gain muscles than women who want keep their body in shape.
