        인공지능(AI) 기반 직업 훈련 평가 데이터 분석 및 취업 예측프로그램 구현

        본 논문은 인공지능(AI)을 활용하여 장애인 직업 훈련 평가 데이터를 분석하고, 다양한 머신러닝 알고리즘을 통해 최적의 예 측 모델을 선정하는 연구를 수행한다. 훈련생의 성별, 나이, 학력, 장애 유형, 기초 학습 능력 등의 데이터를 분석하여 취업 가능 성이 높은 직종을 예측하고, 이를 바탕으로 맞춤형 훈련 프로그램을 설계하여 훈련 효율성과 취업 성공률을 높이는 것을 목표 로 한다. This paper utilizes artificial intelligence to analyze vocational training evaluation data for people with disabilities and selects the optimal prediction model using various machine learning algorithms. It predicts the job categories most likely to employ trainees based on data such as gender, age, education level, type of disability, and basic learning abilities. The goal is to design customized training programs based on these predictions to enhance training efficiency and employment success rates.

        Molecular diffusivities of carbon dioxide in aqueous solution of 5 electrolytes were measured by gas absorption method using a laminar liquid jet. In the concentration ranges of the measured electrolytes, a linear relationship was obtained between the diffusivity and concentration of electrolyte. Dependence of the viscosity of agueous solution of electrolytes on the diffusivity of CO₂ was investigated. Their values of D?? are mostly constant and accord with the Stokes-Einstein equation. The correlation among maximum jet length and Weber number formulated as Eq.(4)

        Investigating gas holdup and reaction velocity according to a change some parameters-concentration of aqueous solution of H₂SO₄, flow velocity and absorption time of NH₃ and ratio of hole area of distributor-which affect on absorption between aqueous solution of H₂SO₄and NH₃, we obtained following results; 1.       • Corynebacterium glutamicum hisD유전자의 염기서열 결정과 유사성 분석

        Corynebacterium glutamicum의 DNA library를 이용하여 Escherichia coli histidine 영양요구 균주에 complementation하는 방법으로 hisD유전자를 클로닝하였다. E. coli argD mutant에 complementation하는 6.8 kb와 4.0 kb fragment를 포함하는 recombinant DNA를 pHD1와 pHD2로 명명하고 여러 가지 제한효소들로 제한효소지도를 작성하였다. pHD1와 pHD2의 overlap되는 4.0 kb fragment부위가 bifunctional enzyme인 histidinol dehydrogenase를 암호화하는 hisD 유전자를 포함함을 알 수 있었으며, 제한효소지도를 이용하여DNA 조각을 subcloning하고 형질 전환하여 hisD 유전자의 최소단위는 BamHI-KpnI 1.5 kb를 포함하는 pHD23임을 확인하였다. 염기서열 결정결과 pHD23은 1,299 bp의 ORF를 가지며 432개의 아미노산으로 구성된 분자량 46 kDa의 polypeptide를 암호화암을 알 수 있었다. 또한 이 유전자는 Gram-positive bacteria의 Mycobacterium tuberculosis의 hisD유전자와 61%로 높은 유사성을 보인다. Complementation cloning of the hisD gene in Corynebacterium glutamicum was done by transforming the genomic DNA library into the corresponding histidine auxotrophs of Escherichia coli. Recombinant plasmids containing 6.8 kb and 4.0 kb fragments were also able to complement the E. coli hisD mutant. The insert DNA fragments in the recombinant plasmids, named pHD1 and pHD2, were physically mapped with several restriction enzymes. By further subcloning the entire DNA fragment by their complementation analysis, we identified the hisD gene of C. glutamicum on the 1.5 kb BamHI-KpnI pHD23 fragment. The length corresponding to the ORF of hisD was 1,299 bp and it contained 432 amino acid with a molecular weight of 46 kDa.

        가토경골에 임플란트 매식 후 주변 골의 diode-laser 조사효과

        Dental implants were used for reconstruction of oromaxillofacial defects and they were widely used in dental and medical fields. The implant materials are various , including titanium and ceramics such as zirconium. The property of implant materials have biocompatibility and mechanical strength. Titanium has direct bone anchorage without any other tissues between implant's interface. many researcher's had studied for raising the osseointegration success rate through various method. It was reported over 95% success ratio. many researcher's study the enhancing the speed of bone remodelling and osseointegration. Low Level Laser Therapy is one of the method to accelerlate the speed of bone remodelling and osseointegration. Thus it raise initial stability. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of diode laser irradiation for ossoeintegration in implant interface and between the implants threads. 24 New Zealand white rabbits which were about 3Kg, used for experiment. 2 implant's were implanted every rabbit's tibia. 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks after implantation, tissue sample were removed from sacrificed rabbit's tibia. 8 rabbit's were sacrificed every 2, 4, 8 weeks and undecalcified sample were got from tissue sample. The undecalcified samples were investigated by optical microscope. 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks experimental groups which were irradiated low level laser therapy showed rapid bone remodelling than control groups. it showed many difference especially in initial stage. Low level laser irradiation increase the volume of new bone formation in implant interface . It was suggested that there were many influence in bone remodelling in early stage, because these were many differences between experimental and control groups. Low level laser irradiation were helpful for immediate loading implant

      • 치과용 매식체와 주변골과의 결합에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to observe the change of bone and peripheral tissue around IMZ implants on 6, 14 weeks in rabbit tibia morphologically. TPS-IMZ extra-oral implants which are 3.3㎜ in diameter and 6㎜ in length, were implanted in rabbit tibia. For reflection electronmicroscopic study, IMZ implants were explanted, fixed with 10% neutral formalin, coated with Au-Pd, and examined with reflection electronmicroscopy and light microscope The obtained results were as follows. 1. There were irregular trabecular pattern of less mineralized bone containing numerous osteocytes in the upper portion of IMZ implant, showing well demarcated line from old bone tissue and Haversian canals attached to implant after 6 week implantation. 2. There was poorly demarcated line between newly formed bone tissue and old bone and newly formed bone was intermingled with old one and less mineralized bone tissue around Haversian canals after 12 week implantation.

      • 酸化 Zirconium(Ⅳ)-水和物에 依한 燐酸 Ion의 吸着 除去에 關한 硏究

        A Zirconium(IV) oxide hydrate and a complex was prepared from Zirconium(IV) oxide hy-drate and granular active carbon, and the adsorptive power of adsorbents to orthophosphateion was investigated. It was found that the both adsorbents had a great adsorptive power to orthophosphate ion. Also, it was found that the complex adsorbent obtained had a much greater adsorptive power to orthophosphate ions than that of Zirconium(IV) oxide hydrate. Thus, it was expected to the applications of removal of orthophosphate ion in wastewater by the complex adsorbent. For Zirconium(IV) oxide hydrate, maximum orthophosphates adsorption occured at pH 3 and that occured at pH 5 for the complex adsorbent. The equilibrium adsorption studies support the existence of this adsorption isotherm, which fits the empirical Freundlich isotherm, comparatively.
