      • 순환식 회전원판법에 의한 하수의 생분해 성능 평가

        This study was accomplished to estimate the biodegradability of sewage using RBC(Rotating Biological contactors) and to get a basic data for design parameters. RBC systems were applied to laboratory scale reactors with varying HRT feeding sewage as of about BOD 70mg/l, 80mg/l and 120mg/respectively. According to the continuous operation, it showed that RBC w/recycling was similar to RBC w/o recycling in poganic removal efficiency or TP removal effiency, but neither system effectively removed TN. To get the above 90% of BOD removal efficiency, both were recommended to design as BOD organic loading rate was less than about 4.5 to 6.0 g/㎡/d, hydraulic loading was less than about 80ℓ/㎡/d. It showed that RBC w/ recycling was inferior to RBC w/o recycling in TN removal effiency. At the 5.0g/㎡/d, TN removal efficiency RBC of w/ recycling and RBC w/o recycling was about 50%, 70%, respectively. SNR(Specific Nitrification Rate) was tending to increase as shorter HRT. SNR of RBC w/ recycling and RBC w/o recycling was 0.4mgNH₄-N/gMv/hr. 0.7 to 1.0mgNH₄-N/gMv/hr. respectively.

        고등학교 지구과학 실험·실습 요목 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of the experimental and practical education in high school earth. The present status and reasonable management of the experimental and practical education in high school earth science have been grasped from the questionaires. To do this, eighty eight earth science teachers in Korea are administered questionaires. The frequency of the experimental and practical items in the seven kind of earth science text books were investigated. The problems and the reasonable management for experimental and practical education were proposed in this paper.

        염수분무 환경에서 알루미늄-크롬 용융도금강판의 부식생성물이 내식성에 미치는 영향

        The effect of corrosion products of hot-dip Al-Cr steel sheet on the corrosion resistance were investigated. The results of XRD and XPS measurements showed that there was not found a hydroxide type corrosion product on the surface of aluminized steel after salt spray test(SST) but there was found some cracks in the surface layer which accelerates corrosion during SST. In Al-Cr coated steel case, the main phase of the corrosion products after salt spray test was found to be Al(OH)₃. The polalization curves of aluminized steel after SST shows that there was no passivation layer. For the Al coated layer, a porosity in the Al-oxide film on the surface layer leads to preferential corrosion. After the Al coated layer was completely removed, the Al_(5)Fe₂layer was selectively corroded and then, the steel substrate was exposed to the electrolyte. However, the polalization curves of Al-Cr coated steel after SST shows that the passivation layer was formed, which could increase the corrosion resistance of Al-Cr coated steel. In case of the Al-Cr coated layer, the densely covered hydroxide layer of Al(OH)₃and the intermetallic compound layer of Al_(13)Cr₂became a barrier against further corrosion after the Al layer was removed. In this case, corrosion was not proceeded even through the same current density. The densely covered hydroxide of Al(OH)₃and the intermetallic compound layer of Al_(13)Cr₂were considered to be one of the reasons of high corrosion resistance for Al-Cr coating.

      • 건물 외피의 종류와 특성에 따른 부하 요인의 우선 순위 결정에 관한 연구

        본 연구의 목적은 건물의 외피의 종류와 특성에 따른 부하 요인 중에서 우선 순위를 정하고자 하는 것이다. Visual doe 2.5에 의한 시뮬레이션으로 각 요소의 에너지 소비량을 구하여 그 소비량의 부하요인을 조사하여 각 부하의 우선 순위를 구해 내 건물 외피의 설계시 에너지 절약을 위한 설계의 지침을 얻고자 하는 것이다. The purpose of this study is to analyze and establish the effects of various and characteristic loads of outer envelopes and to estimate the priority order. Simulation by visual doe 2.5 calculate the consumptions of each load and to examine the consumptions of each load factor and estimate the priority order and suggest the design strategy of outer envelope of building.

      • 간 낭종을 동반한 성인 다낭신 환자에서 간 낭종의 감염 1예

        Adult polycystic kidney disease(APKD) usually accompanies with renal and extrarenal manifestations and liver cysts are present in aproximately 30% of patients with APKD. Kidney cysts often accompany with hemorrhage, rupture, infection, however, liver cysts are usually asymptomatic and do not impair liver function. Rare complication of liver cysts in patient with APKD include portal hypertension with bleeding esophageal varices and hepatic failure with encephalopathy. But, in APKD patient, infection of liver cysts without infection of renal cysts is extremely rare. We report a case of infected liver cyst in a patient with APKD who has complained generalized abdominal pain and high fever which was confirmed by ultrasound and aspiration. The patient was treated successfully with repeated aspiration and systemic antibiotics.

        알루미늄-크롬 용융도금강판의 미세조직과 집합조직에 미치는 크롬의 영향

        Microstructure and texture changes of aluminized coatings on steel sheets having Cr ranging from 0.0% to 1.0% in the coated layer were investigated. The surface morphology of the Al-Cr coated steel is not influenced by the increase of Cr contents in the coated layer. While the coated layer of aluminized steel consisted of two phases of Al and Al_(5)Fe₂, the aluminized coating layer containing Cr was composed of three phases of Al, Al_(13)Cr₂, and Al_(13)Fe₄+Al_(5)Fe₂. The surface layer was Al, the middle layer was Al_(13)Cr₂, and the interfacial layer between the coating and the steel substrate was Al_(13)Fe₄and Al_(5)Fe₂. The texture of the aluminized coating without Cr was characterized as a {001} fiber texture which major orientation was {001}<110>. As the Cr content in the aluminized layer was increased to 1.0%, the texture of the aluminized coating was not changed but the intensity of the {001} fiber texture was increased. The major orientation in the {001} fiber texture was changed from the rotated cube orientation of the aluminized coating with 0.1%Cr to the cube orientation of the aluminized coating with 1.0%Cr.

        Spindle design is very important to improve the competitive power in production cost of high quality machine tools. In this paper, spindle system was designed with built-in motor can be used to simplify the structure, to improve the machining frexibility, and to perform high speed machining of machine tools. According to the spindle speed is high, spindle end's displacement is considered to be an important subject. To know how the unbalanced mass affect to the spindle end displacement, modal analysis was performed and analyzed. When, unbalanced mass was 0g, spindle front end displacement was a minimum, and unbalanced mass was 20g, spindle rear end displacement was kept to a minimum.

        알루미늄-크롬 용융도금 강판의 식염수중에서의 부식거동

        The microstructure and the corrosion behavior of aluminized steel sheet and hot-dipped Al-Cr wteel sheet were investigated. The EPMA, GDLS and XRD measurements of the Al-Cr coated layer showed that the coating layer was characterized by three phases. The surface layer was Al, the middle layer was Al_(13)Cr_(2), and the interfacial layer between the Fe substrate and the coated layer was composed of Al_(13)Fe_(4) and Al_(5)Fe_(2). The polalization curve indicates that the corrosion behavior of Al-Cr coated layer was different from that of Al coated layer. For the Al coated layer, porosities in the Al-oxide film on the surface layer lead to preferential corrosion. After the Al coated layer was completely removed, the Al_(5)Fe_(2) layer was selectively corroded and then, the steel substrate was exposed to the corrosion medium. In case of the Al-Cr coated layer, the Al_(13)Cr_(2) layer became a barrier against further corrosion after the Al layer was removed. In this case, corrosion was not proceeded even through the same current density. The high corrosion resistance was due to the existence of the Al_(13)Cr_(2) layer.

      • 음식점 비흡연 종업원의 간접흡연 노출량 지표로써 이산화질소 이용

        There, is increasing evidence suggesting that passive smoking increases the risk of lung cancer and other disease. though the potential health effects of exposure to environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) is a controversial subject. Since smoking in restaurant is prevalent in Korea. The concern on passive smoking exposure of non smoking service workers has been. requested. ETS exposure of non smoking service workers at restaurant was assessed because they have spent their times in restaurant indoors. The purpose of this study was feasibility of nitrogen dioxide(NO_(2))as exposure marker of ETS. The results of the study were as follows: 1. Average NO_(2), concentrations in indoor and outdoor at restaurants were 57.01ppb(±12.4) and 54.29ppb(±9.54), respectively. Comparing office-workers, service-workers at restaurants were exposured highly. 2. The personal NO_(2) measurement as exposure marker of ETS could cause The exposure error because NO_(2) can he generated by combustion appliances in indoor. 3. Service-workers spent their most time (86.6%) in indoor. Mean time spent at restaurant indoors and at home was 9.4 hours and 10.9 hours. respectively. 4. Personal NO_(2) levels correlated with indoor NO_(2) concentrations of restaurant (r=0.70) and of their home (r= 0.52) rather than of outdoor NO_(2) concentration of restaurant (r=0.35). The causes of personal NO_(2) exposure of non-smoking service-workers were considered as smoking of guests and combustion appliance indoors. 5. Personal NO_(2) exposures were estimated using Monte-Carlo simulation and time-weighted model. Estimated personal NO_(2) level was 47.2ppb (±8.3).
