      • VS전동기를 대체하기 위한 저가형 VVVF 인버터의 개발

        VS(Variable Speed)-Motor is speed control method using eddy-current coupling. This method installs eddy-current coupling with constant speed driving Induction Motor and controls rotating speed through a charging change of a excitation current, particularly. VS-Motor is used widely because of simple control and wide speed range. But this method has large losses and low efficiency because of heating as slip drum in low speed region. In cooling, addition of a mechanical devices is difficult and in volume, large space is occupied. Using SCR for control, efficiency of system is low. In case of inverter, though advantage of high efficiency and high performance the price is expensive. Therefore, in this study, we developed low-cost type VVVF(Variable Voltage Variable Frequency) Inverter system for substituting VS-Motor.

      • 방사선적 물리적 특성에 의한 담석의 성분 분석

        In this study, gall stones from 45 patients were analyzed in vitro. Gall stones from 23 patients were cholesterol stones and the others were non-cholesterol. Correlation with each radiologic physical properties(the number of stones, shape, calcification pattern, Hounsfield units measured by computed tomography) and chemical composition(cholesterol or non-cholesterol) were analyzed. The results revealed that the numbers and size were not related to the chemical composition, but there were significant correlation with faceted stones(p=0.002) or stones with no calcification (p=0.010) and cholesterol composition, and with irregular stones(p=0.000) or stones with dense calcification(p=0.015) and non-cholesterol composition. In study of Hounsfield units, it was difficult to fix the boundary, but the difference between cholesterol composition(138.43±281.81) and non-cholesterol composition(404.32±306.06)was significant(p=0.0109).

        Neurofibroma is benign neurogenic tumor originated from nerve tissue-Schwann cell, fibroblast, perineural cell. They have no sexual predirection and generally no symptom. Neurofibroma is classified to solitary type and multiple type and is rare in oral resion. They located in soft tissue of tongue, lip, palate and oral mucosa in form of sessile and pedunculated mass and are rare intraosseous region.       • 超音波의 水處理 適用 可能性을 위한 實驗的 硏究

        BOD, 질소, 인 등이 다량으로 함유된 고농도 유기성 폐수는 BOB, 인, 질소 등 일부 오염물질의 농도가 현저하게 높거나 C/N비의 균형이 좋지 않은 특성 때문에 처리가 곤란할 뿐만아니라, 적정한 처리공정을 도입하는 것 또한 어려운 실정이다. 이에 따라 고농도 유기성 폐수 배출시설중 화학공장의 폐수를 처리대상 폐수로하여, 각각의 공정에서 배출되는 다른 성상의 폐수를 합한 원폐수를 초음파를 이용하여 무화(霧化 : fogginess)시킨 후 무화 전후의 BOD, COD, SS, N-H과중금속의 제거율을 분석한 결과, BOD, 55, N-H의 제거율은 높았으며 중금속의 제거에는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. High concentration organic wastewater has been discharged out of industries. These industries are food industries, chemical industries, fiber industries, spinning factories, paper mill manufactories or night soil and stock breeding. Its wastewater was treated to fogginess using Ultrasonic Wave. Due to development of wastewater treatment technique, it is investigated by technique previous to the treatment. Acording to fogginess frequency, it was analysised variation of pollutants concentration. The conclusions are as fallows. Most pollutants were removed by fogginess using Ultrasonic Wave, while heavy metals were not removed Removal effect of BOD, COD, SS, N-H, T-N, T-P developed a tendency to decrease according to frequency.

        We examine the principles of memory coherence algorithms; central- server, migration, read- replication, full-replication, adaptive algorithm, for DSM(Distributed Shared Memory ) system, An adaptive algorithm has better performance than others in DSM system. In this paper , we propose a new memory coherence algorithm that adapts dynamically one of algorithms, migration algorithm, read-many algorithm and write-many algorithm, to an adaptive algorithm according to the number of copies of a page which are occurred by the adaptive by the access patterns in application. Here, without user annotations, compiler supports, an special hardwares, All are adapted.

      • 아크릴아미드-메타크릴아미드공중합체와 산성염료와의 결합

        Polyacrylamides which have different molecular weight and poly (acrylamide-co-methacrylamide)s which have different composition ratio were prepared. And the interaction of these polymers with methyl orange was studied by an equilibrium dialysis method in buffer solution (pH7) at 10, 20, 30, 40℃, respectively. The first binding constants and thermodynamic parameters in the course of the binding were calculated. The favorable free energy of the binding of methyl orange seems to be a result of the entropy change rather than the enthalpy change. The binding ability of methyl orange by poly(acrylamide-co-methacrylamide) was higher than that of methyl orange by polyacrylamide. The result is likely to be due to the hydrophobic property of methyl group in copolymer. However, the binding ability of methyl orange by poly (acrylamide-co-methacrylamide) of which composition ratio was 1:1 was lower than that of methyl orange by poly(acrylamide-co-methacrylamide) of which composition ratio was 2:1. This result is likely to be due to the conformation of the polymer. The thermodynamic parameters obtained were also discussed.

        액시드 캅셀(니자티딘 150 mg)에 대한 넥스 캅셀의 생물학적 동등성

        The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two nizatidine capsules, Axid (Lilly Korea Pharm. Co., Ltd.) and Nex (Bi-nex Pharm. Co., Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The nizatidine release from the two nizatidine capsules in vitro was tested using KP Apparatus method with various dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solutions and water). The dissolution profiles of two nizatidine capsules were very similar at all dissolution media. Twenty four normal male volunters were divided into two groups with a randomized 22 cross-over study. After two capsules (300 ㎎ nizatidine) were orally administrated, blood as taken and the concentrations of nizatidine in serum were determined using HPLC with UV detector. The pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_(t), C_(max) T_(max) were determined. The result showed that the differences in AUC_(t), C_(max) and T_(max) between two nizatidine capsules absed on the Axid were-6.16%, -8.26% and -1.82%, respectively. There were no sequence effects between two capsules in these parameter. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25)(e.g., log(0.91) ∼log(0.97) and log(0.85)∼log(0.99) for AUC_(t) and C_(max), respectively), indicating that Nex capsule is bioequivalent to Axid capsule.

        중추신경자극제를 사용할 수 없는 주의력결핍과잉행동장애 아동에서의 Modafinil 효과 : 예비 연구

        Objectives : This study was aimed to examine the efficacy and safety of modafinil in psychostimulant-inapplicable children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) due to insufficient treatment response or intolerable adverse effects. Methods : Fifteen children (8.8±1.8 years, 14 boys, total IQ 107.22±13.4) were recruited for this study. ADHD was confirmed by K-SADS-PL. The efficacy was assessed by ADHD rating scale (ADHDRS), Conner's parental rating scale-revised(CPRS-R), ADHDRS school version, clinical global impression (CGI) and computerized neurocognitive function test. Mean dose of modafnil was 250. 0±103.3 mg. Results : Total score (p=0.012) and hyperactive/impulsive score (p=0.021) of ADHDRS for investigator, as well as CPRS-R score (p<0.01) and CGI-severity score (p<0.01) were significantly reduced after 39.2±8.7 days of modafmil administration. Response time of word color test was also significantly decreased after medication. Decreased appetite (2 subjects), insomnia (2 subjects), irritability (1 subject) and alopecia (1 subject) were observed during this study period. Conclusion : Modafinil was effective and well-tolerated for the psychostimulant-inapplicable children with ADHD.
