      • BRS 생체정보 분석방법(分析方法)의 정확도(正確度) 확인 연구

        BRS는 인간의 잠재능력을 적극적으로 계발 · 활용하여 임의의 시료에 대한 미지 (未知)의 생체정보 (Bio-Information)를 편리하게 분석할 수 있는 효과적이고 경제적인 분석장비이다. 그러나 BRS와 관련된 분석방법 자체의 정확도에 대한 연구는 충분하게 이루어지지 않고 있다. 그래서 BRS 분석방법의 정확도를 과학적으로 확인해보기 위해서 본 연구를 진행했다 실험결과, BRS에 의한 생체정보 분석방법 의 정확도는 측정자의 숙련정도에 따라 다르지만 고급 측정자의 경우에는 95% 이상의 높은 확률로 표준시료의 생체정보를 정확하게 분석할 수 있으며, 측정자의 분석능력이 떨어지는 경우에는 여러 명의 측 정자를 대상으로 비교검토(Cross-Check) 방식으로 실험을 보완하면 90% 이상의 정확도를 확보할 수 있었다. BRS is a sort of analysis-instrument which help to estimate some Bio-Information for a sample conveniently and effectively But, for lack of the study to verify the confidence-degree of the Bio-Information analysis method related to BRS, the availability of the method is not known clearly yet, It was the reason that made authors perform this study And It was possible to arrive at the following two conclusions I though the confidence-degree of the Bio-Information analysis method ny BRS was different according to the degree of the expertness of a person using the instrument in the case of the very skillful expert, the confidence-degree for the standard sample used in this study was reached to 95% up 2 In the general case, to improve of the confidence-degree of the Bio-Information analysis method by BRS, the cross-check method by the several measuring person can be introduced.

        장애인생활시설의 교육서비스 요구 분석

        The purpose of this study was to provide suggestions for the future 2year educational services based on the on-going education services for the persons with disabilities in the facilities. The results of the study were as follows. First, the facilities manly provided the persons with disabilities with the educational programs for improving basic functional skills in their daily living lives. Second, the recording data showed that average 2 out of 10 short-term plans were reached to above 80% of successful performance levels, and the rest of the 8 plans were reached to between 11% and 79% of the unsatisfactory levels.

      • 대퇴골 골절 환자에서 전신마취 시 발생한 숨겨진 뇌동맥류 파열 : 증례보고 A case report

        Spontaneous intracranial hemorrhage (ICH) occurs rarely during general anesthesia. It can occur in patients with intracranial aneurysm, hypertension, vascular malfomation, malignancy and blood dyscrasia. We experienced a case of death from massive intracerebral hemorrhage during the genernal anesthesia. she did not show any abnormal neurological sign, physical examination and coagulation abnormality on arrival in the operation room. Anesthesia was induced with thiopental and succinylcholine and maintained with 50% N2O and 2.0-3.0 vol% enflurane in oxygen. After operation, the patient showed delayed recovery from anesthesia and both pupils were dilated without light reflex. Immediate computerized tomogram (CT) of brain revealed hemorrhage in the right basal ganglia, frontotemporoparietal lobe and entire ventricles. An emergency craniectomy was peformed to remove the hematoma. Therefore high intracranial blood pressure relating to general anesthesia could be considered the possible etiology. We concluded that ICH can unexpectedly develop during perioperative and after postoperative, and that close monitoring of the patient and adequate management are essential.

      • 스포츠 소비자의 스키용품 구매행동시 매체의존적 성향

        For the purpose of reinforcing competitive power with foreign enterprises, this study was aimed at offering materials required to establish efficient marketing strategies by analyzing Korean ski consumers' consumptive behaviors. According to this, by using Convenience Sampling Method, 1 selected as the object of the survey 600 among skiers who visited J Skiing Ground and L Skiing Ground located in Gyunggi-do in the 2002-2003 season, distributed questionnaires to them, performed a survey by interview to them, and analyzed521 skiers' behaviors of purchasing goods for skiing, As the result, 1 could obtain the following conclusions. First, for the considerations when sports consumers purchased goods for skiing, there occurred statistically significant differences, in price, in sexes, ages, experiences and dates of using them, in design and color tone, in ages, experiences, dates of using them and skiing levels, in practicality and convenience, in ages, income levels, experiences and dates of using them, in manufacturers and their brands, in ages, income levels, experiences, dates of using them and skiing levels, and, in fashion, in ages, income levels, experiences, dates of using them and skiing levels. Secondly, for the final determinants when they purchased goods for skiing, asa whole, practicality and convenience were shown to be highest. There occurred statistically significant differences in all parts except sexes. Thirdly, for the places when they purchased goods for skiing, it was indicatedthat, as a whole, they purchased them most in an exclusive skiing shop. There occurred statistically significant differences in all parts.

      • Free Communications : P2 ; Cannabinoid Receptors : Its Impact in Epidermal Differentiation and Possible Role in Treatment of Psoriasis

        Purpose: There are researches indicating that in human skin, the cannabinoid receptors exist, which take a part of endocannabinoid system. Nonetheless, the possible association of cannabinoid receptors with the pathogenesis of psoriasis has not yet been fully elucidated. Through this research, we tried to document the association between cannabinoid system, epidermal differentiation and psoriasis. Methods: Using human keratinocyte (KC), the expression of cannabinoid receptor-1 (CB1R) and -2 (CB2R) was analyzed according to the degree of differentiation. Also we examined for changes in differentiation marker of KC after application of CBR agonist. In addition, murine model applied with imiquimod to induce psoriasis symptoms was used to evaluate the effect of topical CBR agonist on inflammation and skin barrier function. Results: Compared to normal human skin, CBR expression was reduced in epidermis of psoriasis skin. Western blotting revealed the expression of both CB1R and CB2R in undifferentiated KC. The expression level of CB1R increased as the differentiation progressed in KC as with involucrin, K1 and K10. On the other hand, there was no change of CB2R in the process of differentiation. Furthermore, CB1R agonist partly increased expression of proteins associated with epidermal differentiation. Through this we could speculate that the CB system may be associated with proteins related to epidermal differentiation. Moreover, inflammation and barrier function in murine models with psoriasis symptoms were improved after 3 days-application of topical CB1R agonist. Conclusion: Cannabinoid receptors in human skin might be related to the differentiation of KC, and since its activation could improve skin barrier condition in murine psoriasis model, it can be expected to be a new therapeutic target for treatment of psoriasis.

        This study has attempted to find out the general trands and now movements in the area of science and technical education in the leading six nations of the world, namely, the United States of America, Britain, France, West Germany, the U.S.S.R., and Japan. The special purpose of this study is to provide materials and data for the Long-term Educational Planning of the Republic of Korea government. We would like to add that this report is a part of originally planned two-year study, concentrating on general trend and directin of science and technical education reform in various leading countries. In the second-year study, we will concentrate on specific and concrete aspects of the reform movements. This study makes following suggestions and recommendations : 1.Current Long-term Education Planning should concentrate on maintaining and providing man-power demand in various scientific and technological areas. 2.Rapid expansion of higher education should be carefully planned not to damage or lower the quality of professional and scientific education. 3.Emphasis upon scientific and technical education should be harmonized by the equal emphasis upon general and broad lideral education of youth as citizens. 4.Curriculum for both elementary and secondary schools should be so recognized as to directly reflect the newest results, inventions, and structure of modern science and technology. 5.Emphasis should be placed upon preparing youth toward whole and rounded personality with ability to think and act as human being who can overcome extremely mechnical and technological effects. 6.Industry-school cooperation law should be enacted so as to insure students certain length of field work while in school.

        이산화 유황이 느타리버섯 자실체의 생장에 미치는 영향

        Oyster mushroom, Pleurotus ostreatus, was exposed to 0.625, 1.25, 2.5 and 5.0 ppm SO₂ for 15, 30, 60, 120 and 180 minutes at the tiny button stage in order to study the effect of sulfur dioxide on growth and cap discoloration of the mushroom. The cap color was changed from grey to greyish blue at low dosage of sulfur dioxide, and with the lapse of exposing time and racing sulfur dioxide concentration up, the color was changed to light brown and dark brown. The cap dicoloration was begun by the exposure of sulfur dioxide to 0.625 ppm for 120 minutes, to 1.25 ppm for 30 minutes and to 2.5 ppm for 15 minutes. By the exposure of sulfur dioxide to 1.25 ppm for 120 minutes, to 2.5 ppm for 30 minutes, its growth was inhibited, but the fruit body was died by the exposure of the gas to 2.5 ppm for 180 minutes and to 5.0 ppm for 60 minutes. Sulfur dioxide inhibited conspicuously the development of basidia and basidiospores of the mushroom and 20 to 25 percent of basidiospores formed were abnormal. Ethylene production by mushroom exposed io sulfur dioxide was not recognized.
