꽃과 채소 가꾸기 학습에 대한 초등학교 학생들의 인식과 실습 실태

This study was designed to inquire the recognition and practical condition of elementary school students on flower and vegetable cultural learning. The mean of students' interest on cultural learning was 2.55(4 Likert scale). Boys were more interest in cultural learning than girls. About 88% of the students responded that they interested in growing flowers and vegetables. Boys showed more interest on vegetable, but girls did on flower. The students recoginized cultural practice was very importance. The question "Is cultural practice sufficiently carried out in school?" accounted for 2.53. Thus, students didn't recognize practice was not sufficient. About 44% of the students have learned cultural practice. There was a regional difference; urban 48.7% and rural 38.1%. Urban students showed better understanding to cultural learning than rural students. 38.6% teachers lessened the cultural practice as only talking on setting an example. 42.1% students have not experienced cultural practice. The recognition valve on the learning effect in cultural practice was 2.83. The order of awareness on cultural practice was of the preciousness of life, advanced daily life, the cultivation of positive feelings, the acquirement of cultural sills, and the acquisition of knowledge to plants.
Zn과 Cd의 처리가 GA와 Uniconazole 전처리된 메리골드 'Orange Boy'의 생육과 무기물 흡수에 미치는 영향

메리골드(Tagetes patula L. 'Orange Boy')를 통해 오염지 식생복원과 동시에 양호한 식생경관 조성재료로서의 가능성을 알아보기 위해 본 실험을 수행하였다. 메리골드 'Orange Boy'에 있어서 Zn과 Cd 100+20㎎·L^-1 처리구에서는 GA_3 와 uniconazole은 생체량 및 Zn과 Cd의 축적에는 영향을 주지 않았다. 생장조절제 무처리구의 Zn과 Cd의 200+40㎎·L^-1 처리구에서 대조구의 20%로 건물량이 감소하였다. Zn과 Cd의 농도별 혼용처리에 따른 체내 무기성분 T-N, P, K, Ca, Mg함량은 뚜렷한 경향이 없었고, Zn의 축적은 뿌리와 잎에서 각각 1,227 및 903㎎·㎏^-1, Cd의 경우 줄기와 잎에서 각각 89.7 및 77.4㎎·kg^-1의 최대의 농도를 보였다. The use of plant-based systems to remediate contaminated soils has become an area of intense scientific study in recent years and it is apparent that plants which grow well in contaminated soils need to be identified and screened for use in phytoremediation technologies. This study was conducted to determine the effects of various combinations of Zn and Cd on growth and mineral concentrations of Tagetes patula L. 'Orange Boy'. With 100㎎·L^-1 Zn + 20㎎·L^-1 Cd, GA_3 and Uniconazole did not increase the plant biomass, and accumulation of Zn and Cd Total dry weight with 200㎎·L^-1 Zn and 40㎎·L^-1 Cd was 20% that of control. There was no significant to T-N, P, K, Ca, and Mg contents in leaf, stem, and root. The Zn contents of root and leaf were 1,227 and 903 ㎎·kg^-1, respectively. While the Cd was accumulated different site compared to Zn, the highest accumulation place were stem (74.4 ㎎·kg^-1) and leaf (89.7 ㎎·kg^-1).
Uniconazole 전처리에 따른 KNO₃와 NH₄NO₃후처리가 해바라기 'Music-Box'의 영양생장에 미치는 영향

식물생장억제제인 uniconazole 처리에 따른 KNO3와 NH4NO3의 처리가 영양생장에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 알아 보고자 해바라기 품종인 'Music-Box'를 이용하여 수행하였다. 0과 10mg/L 농도로 uniconnazole을 관주처리후 1주일 후에 0, 500, 2500, 5000, 10000mg/L의 KNO3와 NH4NO3을 각각 관주하여 초장, 엽장, 엽폭, 엽록소함량, 절간장, 관제부직경, 측아의 수, 지상부의 생체중과 건물중, 화아의 수, 개화한 꽃의 수, 화경과 악편의 꽃잎의 폭을 조사하였다. 두 양분 각각의 500mg/L 처리구에서 신초장과 엽장과 엽폭에 있어서의 uniconazole효과를 상쇄시켰다. Uniconazole 처리와 두 양분의 모든 처리구에서 uniconazole 단용구와 대조구에 비해 엽록소의 함량, 화아 수, 꽃수를 증가시키는 역할을 나타내었다. 절간장과 관제부직경 그리고 꽃잎의 폭은 유의성이 없었다. 'Music-Box' sunflowers(Helianthus annuus L.) were treated with uniconazole((E) -1-4 (-chlorophenyl) - 4,4 - dimethyl - 2 - (1,2,4 - triazole - 1 - yl) - 1 - pentan - 3 -ol) at 0 or 10mg /L as a drench. One week later ammonium nitrate(NH4NO3) or potassium nitrate(KNO3) were drenched at 0, 500, 2,500, 5,000, and 10,000mg/L to investigate the relationships between uniconazole and the two nutrients. Increasing plant in height, leaf length and width, chlorophyll contents, internode length, crown diameter, number of lateral shoots, shoot fresh and dry weights, number of flower buds and flowers, flower diameter and petal width were measured. Only 500mg /L of both nutrients were sufficient to nullify the effect of uniconazole on increase in height, leaf length and width. Uniconazole plus all concentrations of each nutrient increased chlorophyll contents, number of flower buds and flowers significantly more than the control and uniconazole only treatment. Internode length, crown and flower diameter, and petal width were not significantly different with all treatments.
