        이 글은 1990년대 이후 주목받는 여성주의 작가인 전경린의 대표작,「염소를 모는 여자」에 대해 해석하고 비평한 것이다. 이 소설은 일상에 젖어 자기 정체성을 잃어버린 채 무기력하게 살아가는 30대 주부, 윤미소가 우연히 한 남자로부터 자기 '새어머니의 영혼'이 깃든 염소를 며칠간 대신 맡아달라는 부탁을 받아 그 염소를 데리고 있으면서 일상의 균열을 정험하고, 그 가운데 자기 정체성울 발견한다는 이야기이다. 염소 기르기를 도와주는 이웃의 미친 청년은 점온 박쥐 우산을 늘 들고 다니는데, 그를 통해 윤미소는 진정한 자아 정체성을 각성한다. 이미 외도한 경험이 있는 남편과 염소 때문에 심하게 다투게 되고, 결국 윤미소는 집을 나와 염소를 몰고 어디론가 떠난다. 이 작품에서 염소는 '영혼의 성소'이자 야생의 상징이다. 그리고 염소가 정열과 영혼의 은유인 숲으로 가길 원하듯이, 일상에 묻혀 억압 되어 있는 윤미소도 내면의 정열과 영혼을 해방시키고자 집을 떠나는 것이다. 즉 결연한 그녀의 탈주 행위는 바론 '자기 정체성'을 찾아가는 길인 것 이다. This is an essay that to interpret and criticize a representative novel of Jaen Kyoung-lin who is regarded as a best feminine writer since 1990's. The story of this novel is followings; Yoon, Mi-so is 32 years old house wife, living to be spiritless. One day, A man who believed a goat to be his mother's soul gives the goat in charge to her. She accepts this strange proposal, and domesticates the goat in her apartment. And then She has a experience that cracking of routine, and seeking of her identity. A fool young man who uses a black bat umbrella helps her domesticating the goat. And She awakes to authentic self identity by him. Ms. Yoon's husband has committed adultery. One day, She quarrels with her husband about goat. At Last, She Leaves her house driving a goat to somewhere. In this novel, A goat is a symbol of holy-place of soul and wild. Besides, Ms. Yoon leaves home to set free her passion and soul suppressed routine, as a goat want to go bush which is a metaphor of passion and soul. So, Her escaping behavior is just seeking of self-indentity.

        The microsensors to detect NH3 gas were fabricated by continous deposition of In film by evaporation and ZnO film by rf magnetron sputtering onto the Si3N4 diaphragm that was prepared by MEMS technology. The sensors were heat-treated to dope In into the ZnO thin film. The electrical characteristics of sensitive films were studied as a function of heat-temperature by 4-point probing method and electrometer. The dependence of the sensitivity, selectivity and time response of sensor on heat-treatment temperature was investigated. The microsensor heat-treated at 400℃ that 3000 A ZnO:In film was chosen as gas sensitive film, showed the highest sensitivity 23% at 350ppm NH3 under 366mW heater power. The time response was 90sec. The sensitivity for CO and NOx was not observed.

        TiAl 합금의 고온산화에 미치는 Mn 첨가 효과

        Alloys of Ti-47%Al and Ti-47%Al-1%Mn were oxidized isothermally and cyclically between 800 and 1000℃, and their oxidation characteristics were studied. Compared with Ti-47%Al, Ti-47%Al-1%Mn displayed better oxidation resistance at 800℃, slightly better oxidation resistance at 900℃, and worse oxidation resistance at 1000℃, though the scale adherence was better. Manganese tended to present at the lower part of the oxide scale which consisted primarily of an outer TiO_2 layer, and intermediate Al_2O_3-rich layer, and an inner mixed layer of (TiO_2+Al_2O_3).

        In silico Analysis and Expression Patterns of TmLysozyme-like Gene in Tenebrio molitor

        Lysozyme, the antibacterial protein, is well known to hydrolyse the bacterial cell wall component (peptidoglycan) in insects. In this study, we identified one lysozyme-like (TmLyso-like) gene from Tenebrio molitor EST database, and investigated gene structure and temporal/spatial expression patterns of TmLyso-like transcripts in T. molitor. TmLyso-like gene contains 417 bp of ORF sequence encoding 138 amino acid residues. Domain analysis showed a signal peptide region, and a C-type lysozyme/α-lactalbumin family domain. It also contains conserved eight cysteine residues which are involved in construction of 3D structure. Developmental expression analysis indicates that TmLyso-like mRNA is highly expressed in the young larvae (10<sup>th</sup>-12<sup>th</sup> instar larvae), 1 and 3-days old pupae and adults. Interestingly, TmLyso-like mRNA was mainly expressed in fat body and Malpighian tubules in late instar larvae, and integument, hemocytes and Malpighian tubules in 5-days old adults. Induction pattern analysis of TmLyso-like mRNA against microbial challenges showed that TmLyso-like mRNA was strongly induced by Escherichia coli at 3 and 12 h-post injection in fat body. In addition, the highest level of TmLyso-like mRNA was detected in early time point after injection of three different pathogens (E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans) in the hemocytes. However, it was not strongly induced by injection of these pathogens in the gut. In conclusion, TmLyso-like gene might play a role in innate immunity in T. molitor although precise function remains to be elucidated using recombinant TmLyso-like protein.

        The Effects of Two Different Feeding Systems on Blood Metabolites in Holstein Heifers and the Economic Impact Analysis of the Feeding Systems

        The objective of this research was to evaluate the effects of two different feeding systems on blood metabolites in Holstein heifers and analyze the economic impacts of the feeding systems. The following two experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of feeding system on blood metabolite changes in Holstein heifers and analyze the economic impacts of the two systems. In experiment 1, the effects of two different feeding systems on cortisol, progesterone, and estradiol in Holstein heifers were examined. In experiment 2, the effects of two different feeding systems on the body weights of Holstein heifers and profitability of the two feeding systems were studied. Results showed that the pasture-raised heifers showed significantly decrease in the levels of blood cortisol (p<0.05) and increases in the levels of progesterone and estradiol (p>0.05) when compared with heifers raised in indoor feeding system. The average daily gain was significantly higher (p<0.05) in indoor-raised heifers (0.73 kg/day) as compared to pasture-raised heifers (0.58 kg/day). Also, 25.2% more profits were obtained from the pasture feeding system as compared to the indoor feeding system. These results together would be useful in the investigation of feeding system and growth performance in dairy cattle.

        경기도지역 어린이집의 단체급식 중 나트륨 함량 실태조사 연구

        어린이 먹거리 안전관리를 위한 목적으로 경기지역 6개 도시 12개소의 어린이집을 대상으로 여름철과 겨울철에 각각 5일간 현지 출장하였으며, 실측량 기록법으로 단체급식에 제공되는 식품의 섭취량을 조사하였고 총 601건의 시료를 수거하여 식품 중 나트륨 섭취량을 조사?연구하였다. 조사결과 어린이집의 한 끼니 당 평균 나트륨 섭취량은 582.2 ㎎으로 세계보건기구와 세계농업기구(WHO/FAO)의 성인 섭취 권장량의 2,000 ㎎/1일의 29.1%를 차지하고 있었으며, 본 연구의 조사대상이 어린이임을 고려하면 매우 높은 양이다. 어린이집의 나트륨 섭취에 가장 영향을 미치는 식품군은 국 및 탕류로 어린이집 나트륨 섭취량의 35.7%를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 국에서 나트륨 섭취를 줄이는 방법이 어린이집에서 효율적인 나트륨 섭취 저감화가 될 것으로 사료된다. 여름철과 겨울철의 나트륨 섭취량은 각각 572.3 ㎎, 592.3 ㎎으로 나타나 겨울철의 나트륨 섭취량이 높은 것으로 나타났으나 유의적 차이는 없었으며, 지역특성에 따른 나트륨 섭취량은 공단지역이 가장 높은 696.4㎎으로 나타났고, 가장 섭취량이 적은 지역은 아파트단지로서 514.3 ㎎이었다. 영양사의 배치에 따른 나트륨 섭취량은 영양사가 배치되지 않은 어린이집이 545.1 mg으로 영양사가 배치된 어린이집 619.4 mg보다 유의적으로 낮게 나타났으며 나트륨 섭취량(㎎)/한 끼 섭취량(g) 비를 조사한 결과 유의적 차이는 식품의 나트륨 함량과 식품의 섭취량에 기인한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 조사결과 어린이집에서 나트륨 섭취량 저감화를 위해서는 어린이집 단체급식의 종사자에 대한 나트륨 교육 및 실질적인 나트륨 측정방법 교육등을 제공하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다. 본 연구 조사는 어린이 먹거리 안전관리 중 나트륨 저감화 정책의 중요한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며 향후 나트륨 저감화 사업을 위해서는 어린이집 단체급식 종사자에 대한 실질적인 교육이 필요할 것이라 사료된다. The prevalence rate for chronic diseases such as obesity, diabetes, hypertension etc. caused by the increment of national income and the change of food life according to the globalization in Korea have been increased. Especially excess sodium intake may contribute to the development of hypertension, increasing cardiovascular disease risk. The objective of this study was to investigate sodium intake of nursery school meals in Gyeonggi-Do, and to construct database for lesser sodium intake policy. Survey consisted of 601 sample intakes of sodium in summer and in winter. A food weighed record method was used for measuring food intakes. Average intakes of ten children per nursery school were measured. The sodium contents of meals were analyzed by ICP-OES (inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometer) after acid digestion by microwave. The sodium contents on food groups showed that sources (693 ㎎/100 g), grilled foods (689 ㎎/100 g) and kimchies (643 ㎎/100 g) had respectively higher sodium contents and the average sodium intake per meal was 582±204 mg. The sodium contents of soups & hot soups and kimchies had 37.5% and 15.8% of total sodium intakes per meal, respectively. Sodium intakes per meal in summer and winter showed 572.3 mg and 592.3 ㎎, respectively. Regional ranking of sodium intakes showed the ascending order of apartment (514.3 ㎎/meal), rural region (540.5 ㎎/meal), multiplex house (635.9 ㎎/meal) and industrial complex (696.4 ㎎/ meal). A habit of excessive sodium intakes in childhood will threaten their health when they grow up to be adults; thus lesser intake of sodium per meal is needed for children in nursery school.
