        전기 방열기가 국화재배온실의 난방에 미치는 영향

        경상대학교 교내에 설치되어 있는 1-2W형 온실을 대상으로 전기 방열기를 이용하여 국화 재배온실의 난방효과를 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 실험기간동안 최고, 평균 및 최저 외기온은 각각 -3.8~21.3℃, -5.2~16.1℃ 및 -12.5~14.4℃ 정도의 범위로 나타났으며, 온실 내외의 평균상대습도 각각 43.5~98.6% 및 35.2~100%로 나타났다. 12월 중순부터 2월 상순까지 최저 외기온은 대략 -5.0~-10.0℃ 전후로 나타나 진주기상대의 최근 자료와 비교하면 상대적으로 최저기온이 낮게 나타나는 경향이 있었다. 야간의 경우, 방열기 직하부의 엽온이 방열기 중간 지점에서 측정한 엽온 보다 크게 2~3℃정도 높게 나타나거나 또는 미미하지만 약간 높게 나타나는 경향이 있었다. 근권부의 경우, 직하부나 중간 지점에서의 온도 차이는 거의 없는 것으로 나타났고, 근권부의 최고온도와 기타 최고 온도의 발생 시점을 보면, 약 2시간정도의 지체현상이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 실험기간동안 난방에 소요된 총 소비전력량, 공급에너지 및 총 난방비는 각각 2,800kWh, 2,408,000kcal 및 112,000won 정도였다. 화석연료인 경유로 난방할 경우, 총 난방비는 224,500won 정도였다. 방열기를 이용하여 난방할 경우, 난방비를 약 50% 정도 줄일 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다. An analysis in heating effects of an electric radiator located in a 1-2W type chrysanthemum (3 cultivars) cultivation greenhouse installed in Gyeongsang National University drew the following conclusions. During the experiment period, the highest, average, and the lowest outside temperatures were in the ranges of -3.8~21.3℃, -5.2~16.1℃ and -12.5~14.4℃, respectively, and the average relative humidity inside and outside the greenhouses were in the ranges of 43.5~98.6% and 35.2~100%, respectively. From mid-December to early February, the lowest outside temperature was recorded as approximately -5.0~-10.0℃, which showed that it tended to be relatively lower than the temperatures recorded at the Jinju Meteorological Observatory. During the night, the leaf temperature measured directly under the radiator tended to be higher by 2~3℃ than that those at the middle point of the radiator, or higher by anegligible amount. In the case of root zone temperature, it was found that there was almost no difference between temperatures of the part directly under and the middle point, and the time when the highest temperature of root zone and other highest temperatures took place showed that there was about a 2-hour delay phenomenon. The total electricity consumption, energy supply and total heating cost during the experiment period were 2,800 kWh, 2,408,000 kcal and 112,000 won, respectively. When diesel, a kind of fossil fuel, was used as heating oil, the total heating cost was around 224,500 won. It was estimated that the total heating cost could be reduced by around 50% if a radiator was used.

        일시적인 피질맹과 인지기능장애로 발현한 간성 뇌병증 1예

        A 55-year-old woman presented with transient cortical blindness and multiple cognitive impairments as initial symptoms of hepatic encephalopathy. Her past history was negative for chronic liver disease or gastrointestinal bleeding. Neurologic examinations showed bilateral visual loss with a normal pupillary reflex to light and neuropsychological test showed significant impairments in all cognitive domains. Laboratory tests revealed increased liver enzymes, ammonia level, and positive IgG HbcAb. Ultrsonography of the liver showed findings consistent with liver cirrhosis with splenomegaly. The visual evoked potential study resulted in no wave formation on both sides. T1-weighted brain MRI showed high signal intensity lesions in both globus pallidus and cerebral peduncles of the midbrain. After treatment with lactulose, cortical blindness and cognitive dysfunctions disappeared within several days. In rare cases of hepatic encephalopathy, cortical blindness with cognitive impairments may occur before alteration of consciousness and usually recovers following treatment of the hepatic encephalopathy.

        Ketorolac (KA) and ketorolac tromethamine (KT) is the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and has been used widely. To improve its frequent administration by control of drug release. we prepared SLM of KA and KT using Mirj 45 and 52 as surfactants and tripalmitin and tristearin as lipids by spry drying method SLM, as a disperse system for injection, were evaluated by measurement of particle sizes. SEM and drug release pattern As a result. spherical SLM were prepared and their particle size were in the range of 25-125 μm, which were dependant on the types and contents of lipid and sururfactants. Their dissolution rate were decreased as increasing lipid contents.

        젖소 말초혈액 림프구로부터 소백혈병 바이러스 배양 및 전자현미경적 관찰

        국내 젖소의 54.2%가 BLV에 감염되어 있지만 현재까지 국내에서는 소백혈병 바이러스 (BLV) 입자를 확인한 연구 보고가 없기 때문에 BLV 항체 양성 소의 말초혈액림프구를 배양, BLV를 발현시켜 전자현미경으로 바이러스 입자를 검출하였고 배양조건에 따른 바이러스 발현율 및 발현 시간을 비교하였다. 검사 결과 전형적인 C-형 바이러스를 확인할 수 있었으며 BLV 단크론 항체를 이용한 면역염색결과 BLV 항원 양성으로 확인되었다. BLV 는 대부분 세포 외부에 분포하고 있었으며 세포질 막에서 생성, 발아되어 나오는 것도 관찰되었다. 전체 바이러스의 크기는 90~100 nm였으며 nucleocapsid는 40~60nm였다. 소태아혈청 (FBS)과 T- 및 B-림프구 분열촉진물질(mitogen)을 각각 첨가하여 배양한 결과 두 군 모두에서 BLV 발현이 확인되었다. Lipopolysaccharide 첨가군은 배양 12시간, Conconavalin A 첨가군은 배양 24시간에 각각 림프구의 10%에서 바이러스가 관찰되었다. 또한 FBS만 첨가한 군과 FBS와 mitogen을 모두 첨가하지 않은 군에서도 관찰되었으나 바이러스의 수는 적었다. 본 연구에서 확립된 BLV 배양 기법을 활용하면 BLV에 감염된 소 중 바이러스를 발현하는 소, 즉 전파능이 있는 개체를 찾아내어 우선적으로 도태할 수 있기 때문에 BLV 감염으로 인한 피해를 막는데 효과적으로 이용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Many studies have been performed on the bovine leukemia virus (BLV) since bovine leukosis had been reported in 1968 in Korea. However, there was no report on the ultrastructural examination of BLV. An attempt to detect C-type viral particles in the cultured peripheral blood lymphocytes of Holstein-Friesian dairy cattle, was made to determine whether in vitro viral expression might be used as a reliable method to identify the cow which is likely to transmit BLV. In transmission electron microscopic (TEM) examination, the virus particles were found predominantly outside of the lymphocytes even though a few particles were also observed within the membrane bound cytoplasmic vacuoles. All of them were C-type particles consisting of a central, electron-dense core separated by a clear area from a limiting envelope with a unit membrane structure. Virus particles were easily detected in the lymphocyte which was cultured with medium supplemented with either T-lymphocyte mitogen (conconavalin A) or B-lymphocyte mitogen (lipopolysaccharide). Identical viral particles, although fewer, were also consistently present in the lymphocytes cultured with medium which was containing foetal bovine serum (FBS) only and which was containing neither FBS or mitogen. By contrast, no virus particle was detected in extensive examination of lymphocytes before culture. In conclusion, the BLV cultivation and detection methods established in this study could be used as a tool to identify and eliminate the cattle which can transmit the BLV.

        The objective of this study is to survey the demand of profit and non-profit sectors to research institute of social sciences at soonchunhyang university(RISS of SCH) in Asan and Chonan city, to find the policy alternatives to develop RISS of SCH. Form the result of analysis, the degree of recognition to RISS of SCH of both profit and non-profit sectors is very low, but their willingness to cooperate with RISS of SCH is relatively high. Especially they want the partnership with RISS of SCH in reeducation of their staffs, exchange of information, and co-works in research and seminar so on. This study suggests as the developing ways of RISS of SCH, changing organizational structure, making eeducation programmes for staffs of profit and non-profit sector, creating new media to disseminate information, and publishing partnership research journal with neighborhood university so on.

        This study into the classification and vocabulary in postposition of Korean Language as are example for the unification of school grammer. 1. In school grammer a postpositon is divided into a case postposition and auxiliary postposition, and complex postposition added to them. 2. Case postposition should be classified on the standard of the substances' syntax function and classified contents and vocabulary ought to maintain close relation with those of syntax component. 3. All postposition except case postposition, which has the function of helping the meaning in syntax, ought to contained as an auxiliary postposition and not to be detailed-inferior classification-seperately. It may be explained in the process of grabing the meaning of sentence. 4. It is important to teach auxliary postposition an another characheristics, because it keeps the function of illuminating the meaning of sentence and adding the emotion of students.

      • 바이오매스로부터 생산한 바이오차에 의한 수질오염물질 흡착 : Adsorption of Water Pollution by Biochar Produced from Biomass

        Biochar is produced from lignocellulosic biomass (wood, agricultural and forestry waste, etc.) through thermal decomposition at high temperature. Water pollution (pesticides, dyes, heavy metals, and volatile organic compounds [VOCs]) can be efficiently removed by biochar. In particular, waste biomass is typically used as fuel or thrown away; thus, it is necessary to determine a valuable utilization for it. The process of biochar production is simple and suitable for the production of porous structures. In this paper, 1) biochar production and its characteristics based on biomass types, 2) research trends on the adsorption of water pollution (pesticides, dyes, heavy metals, VOCs) on biochar, and 3) expected effects are discussed.
