      • 운동시간별 단기간 수영운동이 흰쥐의 혈청지질 성분에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of short-term swimming exercise on response of serum lipid components of cholesterol diet rats. Twenty-five male SD rats(6 weeks old) were randomly divided into control group and 4 swimming groups after hyperlipidemia induction for 4 weeks 1% cholesterol diet, and then swimming groups were divided into 10 min. loaded swimming group, 30 min. loaded swimming group and 60 min. loaded swimming group by swimming duration. The swimming period of swimming groups were 7 days. The swimming group rats among swimming groups swam a lead weight equivalent to 5% of body weight attached to the base of the tail. Analytical items were serum lipid components (total cholesterol, triglyceride, phospholipid, HDL-C, LDL-C, TC/HDL-C). The conclusions obtained from this study were as follows; 1. In TC, 60SG, 10SG and 30SG was significantly lower than control group(P<.05). 2. In TG, 60SG and 30SG was significantly lower than control group(P<.05). 3. In PL, 60GS and 10SG were significantly lower than control group(P<.05), and in HDL-C, 60SG were significantly higher than control group(P<.05). 4. In LDL-C and TC/HDL-C, all swimming exercise group was significantly lower than control group(P<.05)

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate a study on Cardiorespiratory Functions of Elite Tennis Player and Non-Elite Tennis Player in Female High-School. The subjects were included 2 group(each group n=7); Elite Tennis Player group and Non-Elite Tennis Player group. The conclusion of this study was as follows: 1. Elite Tennis Player group showed significantly high in VO2max(p<.001) 2. Elite Tennis Player group showed significantly high in VCO2(p<.001) 3. Elite Tennis Player group showed significantly high in VO2max/kg(p.05)

      • 지방과 도시인의 交通手段 利用實態 및 態度 比較硏究

        지방과 도시인의 도로교통 이용실태 및 태도 조사 결과를 보고하였다. 지방을 대표하는 지역으로 경상남도 거창읍을, 그리고 도시는 서울특별시 강남구 대치동을 선정하였고, 각 지역에서 800명(400 부부쌍)의 무선표본을 대상으로 질문지로 조사하였다. 조사내용을 출퇴근 길의 교통수단이용, 외출시의 교통수단이용, 자가용의 이용및 소유실태, 운전면허 소지 및 취득실태, 교통사고경험, 대중교통수단에 대한 평가 및 관련 태도 등이었다. 조사결과, 도시와 지방간의 현재의 교통수단 이용에서의 차이를 파악할 수 있었을 뿐 아니라, 후속연구에서 교통수단이용의 변화를 평가할 수 있는 기저선이 마련되었다. Two representative samples of married couples. one(n=400 couples) from Dae-Chi Dong in Seoul and another(n=400 couples) from the town of Ku-Ch'ang in South Kyung-sang Province were studied through a questionnaire. The questionnaire dealt with (1)transportation uses in commuting to work (2)transportation uses on weekends. (3)types of automobiles owned and the uses to which they are put. (4)statistics related to obtaining and possessing driver licenses. (5)experience of traffic accidents, and (6)attitudes regarding the public trasportations and policies. The study as designed to provide a baseline for future studies on the transportation statistics as well as gauging the urban-rural difference in automobile culture.

        컨테이너 셔틀운송을 위한 차량 대수 결정

        This paper presents two analytical approaches to determine the vehicle fleet size for container shuttle service. The shuttle service can be defined as the repetitive travel between the designated places during working period. In the first approach, the transportation model is adopted in order to determine the number of vehicles required. Its advantages and disadvantages in practical application are also discussed. In the second approach, a logical network which is oriented on job is transformed from a physical network which is focused on demand site. Nodes on the logical network represent jobs which include loaded travel, loading and unloading and arcs represent empty travel for the next job. Then a mathematical formulation is constructed similar to the multiple traveling salesman problem (TSP). A solution procedure is carried out based on the well-known insertion heuristic with the real world data.

        The servo system requires faster and more accurate dynamic response. In many control techniques for servo system, the P-I control is mainly used to obtain precious response. But in the response-characteristic of the position control system controlled by the P-I controller, the transient response is more increased and settling time get longer. This paper proposed an algorithm using neural network for compensating error signal in the P-I controller. To show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm, the computer simulation is performed to mathematical model of DC motor.

      • 안와내로 침범한 술후성 상악동 낭종의 비내시경적 치료 1예

        Purpose: The postoperative maxillary cyst (POMC) develops as a delayed complication of many years after surgical intervention in maxillary sinus. We report a case of postoperative maxillary cyst invaded into the orbit causing displacement of the globe, which was successfully treated with drainage under nasal endoscopy. Subject and Method: A 38-year-old man visited the hospital complaining of palpable mass on his right lower eyelid area for -10days. He had had CaIdweII-Luc operation for maxillary sinusitis for 10 years ago. Examination revealed hard and painless palpable mass on his right lower eyelid area. Computed tomographic (CT) scan of head and orbits revealed a low density, cystic mass in the right maxillary sinus invaded into the orbit, displacing the globe superiorly. We found a bulging cystic mass supero-posterior to the middle turbinate, and we performed incision and drainage under nasal endoscopy. Result: At third postoperative day, successful treatment of cystic mass was confirmed by nasal endoscopy, with disappearing of palpable mass on right lower eyelid area. Conclusion: We suggest that nasal endoscopic surgery in treatment of postoperative maxillary cyst invaded; into the orbit maybe effective method.

      • Circuit Weight Training이 비만 여고생의 신체조성 및 혈청지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of Circuit Weight Training (CWT) on body composition and serum lipids in obese high school girls. The subjects were 11 obese highschool girls(BMI≥27㎏/㎡). They were to perform the Circuit Weight Training with 40~55% intensity of 1RM, for 50 mins/day, 3 times/week during 12 weeks. Before and after training, 10 ml blood was extracted from the antecubital vein of each subject for the purpose of analyzing its effects on serum lipids. The conclusion of this study is as follows : 1. In body composition and anthropometry profile after 12-week Circuit Weight Training was decreased significantly in %fat, BMI, body weight but LBM had no statistical signification. 2. 1. In serum lipid profile after 12-week Circuit Weight Training was increased significantly in TC, HDL - C and decreased significantly in PL but LDL - C had no statistical signification.

        현재 의료진단, 화학공정의 모니터링이나 환경공학적 감시 및 제어 등의 분야에서 사용되고 있는 기존의 센서는 고가이며 용적이 클 뿐만 아니라 분석시간이 길고 사용하기 까다로운 것 등 여러 가지 문제점이 있다. 또한 측정환경에 영향을 주지 않을 만큼 충분히 작으며 빠른 분석시간을 가진 센서를 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 센서들의 난점을 극복할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 FET형 전해질(electrolyte : H^+, K^+, Ca^2+, Na^+)분석 시스템, 용존가스(O_2, CO_2)분석 시스템의 개발을 중점적으로 추진하며, FET형 압력센서, 습도센서, 방사형 온도센서 등의 개별 FET형 센서에 관한 연구도 병행하고자 한다. Recently various kinds of sensors have been developed, being applicated to their own purpose. There are lots of difficulties to apply them to measurements in which the real-time monitoring is required without disturbing the surrounding environment. FET type semiconductor sensors, fabricated by the semiconductor integration technologies, have many advantages for their miniaturization, standardization, mass-production and in vivo/in situ monitoring. They also hold a very proper configuration for multi-functional sensors or integrated smart sensors, and wide availability by forming various kinds of physical or chemical sensing materials onto their sensing gates.
