For that, creating Virtual Reality information and Video Informaion which is related to Soon-sin Lee, especially Gubooksun by using Virtual Reality technique, 3-Degree image manufacture technique, animation manufacture technique, video manufacture and service technique and Internet/Web technique, and then manufacturing and storing them in the digital data type, and carry out Information Service through connecting the system of serving these informations with the Information SuperHighway

        This purposes of this study were to assess the state of current administration and program contents in early childhood institutes. Using APECP(Assessnt Profile for Early Childhood Programs), assesment data were gathered from 27 apprentices in child care centers and 6 apprentices in Kindergarten in Cheongju. Descriptive statistics and Mann-Whitney test were used to analyze data. The result were as follows : (1) The distribution of percentile rate in administration was from 55% to 78%, and the area of Program Development scored the lowest. The assessments for Kindergarten were higher than those of child care center in the areas of Physical Facility, Food Service, and Program Management. (2) As for the program contents, percentile rate was from 62% to 80%, and generally the assessments for Kindergarten were higher than those of child care center. It appears that the certification and assessment system for ealry childhood institutions should be supervised more strongly in order to improve the qulaity of those institutions.

      • Chitosan을 이용한 폐수 중 음이온 (F^-,CN^-)의 제거

        Chitins and chitosan from crabs and shrimps show an EPR singlet at 2328-2880G. They were linewidth 1152-1877.3G and g values 2.229-2.782. Pure chitins and chitosans were used for adsorption of anions(F^-, CN^-). Generally, the degree of anions adsorption varied with the pH values. Adsorption capacity for anions on shrimp shell was more chitosan than chitin. The degree of adsorption was a function of anions removal from wastewater by chitosan and chitin were carried out. 1g chitosan 100∼200mesh was added to a solution containing F^-(300ppm) and to a solution containing CN^-(300ppm). Respectively and the solution were shaken for 10∼15 minutes and filltered. Adsorption of F^- on chitosan required to reach about 50∼70% completion and CN^- to reach about 70∼80%.

      • 전산유체역학을 이용한 싸이클론형 전기집진기 고도 설계 연구

        A computer program is developed in order to figure out the physical insight of the combined dust removal equipment, that is, cyclonic electrostatic precipitator. The computer program employs Patankar's control-volume based finite-difference method, in which SIMPLEC algorithm is used for the resolution of pressure-linked momentum equation. Further two equation k-ε model is incorperated for Reynolds stresses and many empirical formulae are employed for dust charging and electric resistivity. A series of extensive parametric investigations are performed in terms of tangential velocity(swirl intensity), applied voltage across two electrodes, and particulate diameters, etc. It is found that the electrostatic force gives much more strong effect, expecially for small particulate, on the dust removal than the centrifugal force. Other calculated results are physically acceptable and consistent.

        Many studies revealed the neuroprotective, cardioprotective, and chemopreventive actions of dietary flavonoids. The plausible mechanistic interpretation of the various effects of flavonoids was concentrated on the anti-oxidant or free radical-scavenging properties of these phytochernicals, both in model systems and under in vivo conditions. While there has been a major focus on the anti-oxidant properties. there is an emerging view that flavonoids and their in vivo metabolites. do not act as conventional hydrogen-donating anti-oxidants. but they may exert regulatory functions in cells through actions at protein kinase or lipid kinase signaling pathways. Flavonoids and more recently their metabolites. have been reported to act at phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI 3-kinase). Akt/protein kinase B(Akt/PKB), protein kinase C (PKC), mitogen activated protein kinase(MAP kinase), and various tyrosine kinases signaling cascades. Inhibitory or stimulatory actions at these pathways are likely to affect cellular function profoundly by altering the phosphorylation state of target molecules and by modulating gene expression. A clear understanding of the mechanisms of action of flavonoids, either as anti-oxidants or modulators of cellular signaling pathways, and the influence of their metabolism on these properties are key to the evaluation of these potent biomolecules as anti-cancer agents, cardio-protectants, and inhibitors of neurodegeneration.

        Salt tolerance at germination and seedling emergence was examined in cabbage (Brassica oleracea) and red-pepper (2520). Germination and seedling growth varied depending on salt type and concentration. This different responses for salts seemed to be as a result of the presence of Cl- ion concentration. The anthocyanin production of seedling growth was enhanced 0.35M NaCl in case of cabbage and 0.05M NaCl, KCl in case of red-pepper.

      • 당근조직으로부터 salt hypersensitivity에 의해 유도되는 Anthocyani 대량 생산

        The carrot callus in salinity stress was subjected to various levels of salinity conditions(NaCl, Na-gluconate, KCI, K-gluconate). Salinity stress was measured by anthocyanin and proline products. The carrot callus was induced by MS(Murashig & Skoog, 1962, pH 5.8)medium containing 0.5mg/I IAA, 2.Omg/I kinetin, and 3% sucrose. Callus was cultured during 20 days at dark condition, 25℃. The carrot callus was treated at various concentration of salinity during 10 days. The product of anthocyanin was separated high value at 200mM K-gluconate. A large amount of anthocyanin was produced from 2 days to 8 days of culture time in the case of Na^(+) ion and it was was observed from 2 days to 5 days of culture time in the case of K^(+) ion. These results were due to Cl- ion. The movement from cytosol to vacuole of Cl^(-) ion was occurred homeostasis because the ions of sodium and potassium were different to function in affinity of ion transporter. The product of proline was separated high value at 2OOmM KCl. Proline metabolism in callus has attracted in the response to hyperosmotic stress. This amino acid is the most common organic osmoprotectant. The concentration of osmolytes such as proline increases, the K^(+) ion concentration decreases because the KCl and K-gluconate has high value.

      • 순무 동치미 제조시 젖산균 접종이 저장 중 품질에 미치는 영향

        김치에서 분리된 Leuconostoc citreum IH22를 순무에 접종한 동치미와 순무동치미의 저장 중의 변화는 다음과 같다. 1. 두 시료의 pH 변화는 저장 시간의 증가에 따라 감소하는 경향을 보였으나 젖산균 접종 동치미의 pH의 감소는 control에 비해 감소의 속도가 빠른 경향을 나타냈다. 2. 총산도의 변화는 저장 시간에 따라 증가하는 경향은 두 시료 같았으나 젖산균 접종 동치미는 저장 21일 째 부터는 변하지 않았다. 3. 총균수는 두 시료 모두 21일에 최대 균수를 보인 후 감소하는 경향이었다. 4. 젖산균수는 두 시료 14일에 가장 높다가 21일 부터는 급격히 감소하는 경향을 보였다. 5. 물성도의 변화에서도 control은 경도와 파쇄성에서 저장 14일 정도에 감소하다가 다시 증가하였고, 젖산균 접종 동치미는 저장 기간과 함께 완만하게 감소하였다. 6. 관능검사 결과 순무 동치미와 젖산균 동치미는 저장 기간 동안 신만, 시원한 맛의 변화가 없는 것으로 다했고, 탄산미와 기호도는 순무 동치미가 저장 14일 때가 젖산균 접종 동치미보다 높은 것으로 나타났으며 관능 특성에서 접종한 것과 control과 차이가 있는 항목은 탄산미와 기호도가 1% 수준의 유의차를 나타냈다. This study was examined in the chemical and sensory characteristics of Korean Turnip Dongchimi when innoculated with Leuconostoc citreum IH22 and Korean turnip Dongchimi. Both of Dongchimi were at room temperature for first day and at 4℃ from 2nd to 28th day. The pH was somewhat lower in Korean turnip Dongchimi innoculated with Leuconostoc citreum IH22 than non-treated Dongchimi. As fermentation proceeded titratable acidity of both Korean turnip Dongchimi significantly increased but Korean turnip Dongchimi innoculated with Leuconostoc citreum IH22 was not changed from 21th day to 28th day. The patterns of microfloral changes of both Dongchimi were similar during fermentation and the changes were increased in the number from the beginning, but they were rapidly decreased after the optimum ripening period. The hardness and fractureability of non-treated Dongchimi decreased rapidly after 14day of fermentation followed by a little increased until 28th day also Korean turnip Dongchimi innoculated with Leuconostoc citreum IH22 decreased gradually as the fermentation progressed The evaluation of sensory quality of both of Dongchimi showed that the sour taste and fresh taste were similar but carbonated flavor and overall acceptability were higher than those of Korean turnip innoculated with Leuconostoc citreum IH22.

        고려수지요법을 이용한 손 마사지가 항암 화학요법을 받는 암 환자의 오심·구토 및 식욕부진에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of hand massage through Korean hand acupuncture therapy on nausea, vomiting and anorexia induced by chemotherapy in cancer patients. Method: Subjects consisted of 40 patients with cancer who were hospitalized and had chemotherapy at D university hospital in D city, Korea. These subject were assigned randomly to a hand massage throght Korean Hand Acupuncture Therapy (experimental group: n=20, control group: n=20). The data were collected from April 1 to September 15 in 2005. All the patients were assessed for their nausea, womiting and anorexia; Nausea and vomiting were measured with Rhodes INVR(index of Nausea, Vomiting by Rhodes and McDaniel) and Anorexia was measured with VAS(Visual Analogue Scale). As an experimental treatment, the hand massage through Korean Hand Acupuncture Therapy was applied three times a day for three consecutive days. The data were collected at the time of 4 hours before the start of chemotherapy, 24hours and 48hours after hand massage respectively. The data were analyzed with SPSS/WIN 11.5 program using frequency, percentage, χ²-test, t-test, repeated Measures ANOVA. Reslt: Severity of nausea and vomiting in hand massage through Korean Hand Acupuncture Therapy group was significantly less than of control group(F=28.10, P=.000). Severity of anorexia in hand massage through Korean Hand Acupuncture Therapy group was also significantly less than that of control group(F=31.24, P=.000). Conclusion: Hand massage through Korean Hand Acupuncture Therapy is effective for relieving patients' nausea, vomiting and anorexia during chemotherapy. Therefore, it is proposed that hand massage through Korean Hand Acupuncture Therapy can be applied as a supportive as a supportive nursing arbitration method to relieve naussa, vomiting and anorexia in patients who are getting chemotherapy.
