무선 데이터 방송 시스템은 다수의 이동 클라이언트들에게 효율적으로 데이터를 전달하는 방법 이다. 최근까지 이동 클라이언트들의 평균 접근 시간을 줄이기 위한 스케줄링 기법과 튜닝 시간을 줄이기 위한 색인 기법에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서 우리는 실제 기기를 사용하여 기존의 색인 기법과 스케줄링 기법을 활용한 무선 데이터 방송 시스템을 구현하였다. 또한 구현한 무선 방송 시스템에서 키워드 탐색 질의 처리시, 기존의 색인 기법과 스케줄링 기법의 성능을 평가 하였다.

Improving the quality of adults literacy education through ICT integration in Bhutan

본 연구는 ICT를 활용하여 교사의 역량을 높임으로써 부탄 성인 문맹교육의 질을 향상시키는 것을 목적으로 한다. 부탄에 실현 가능한 ICT 기반의 훈련 프로그램을 개발하고, ICT 활용이 학습지원의 질을 높일 수 있는지 진단하고, 한국을 비롯한 타국가의 사례를 검토하여 부탄의 비정규 평생교육정책에 반영할 수 있는 바를 제안한다. 기존의 부탄의 문맹교육은 학습자의 동기, 훈련된 교사, 관련 인프라 및 ICT 활용에 대한 정책이 부족하다. 또한 문맹교육에 대한 관심과 양질의 교육을 제공하기 위한 동기 또한 부족하다. 그러나, 문맹교육에 ICT를활용하면학습을증진시키고, 문맹교육에의 접근성을 확대시키며, 학습자의 여건과 상황에 맞는 내용을 제공하고, 교사의 전문성을 높이며, 보다 문식성에 적합한 환경을 만들 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 관련문헌고찰, 사례연구, ICT 활용교육을 개발하고자 원하는 한국의 기관방문을 통하여 부탄에 필요한 추진전략을 도출하고 실행계획을 제안한다. The goal of this study isto improve the quality of Non Formal Education (NFE) in Bhutan through integration of ICT in adult literacy education. It is intended to achieve the following aims of: developing an appropriate ICT-based training program for implementation in Bhutan; assessing whether the use of ICT improves the quality and access of learning support; formulating recommendations from the research findings for a NFE education policy; and reviewing Korean and other world cases on ICT education to draw policy implications.Adult literacy education in Bhutan lacks learner motivation, trained educators, infrastructure and policies on the use of ICT in literacy education. Also, there is limited commitment to adult literacy education and little attention paid to quality of literacy education. However, use of ICT in literacy education may resolve these problems by enhancing learning, broadening access to literacy education, creating local content,developing teachers professionally, and cultivating a literacy-conductive environment. By conducting literature review and case studies, and visiting Korean facilities that develop and support ICT use for teachers this study draws policy recommendations and suggests policy actions.

국내 장애 아동을 위한 언어치료용 모바일 어플리케이션 현황 분석

This study investigated the trends of mobile applications which were developed for prompting speech and language skills for children with disabilities, and analyzed the function and contents of these applications as a tool of speech and language therapy. For this analysis, twenty applications among 71 ones were selected according to the exclusion criteria. These applications were classified by the 8 using types of contents and analyzed the function of mobile applications by the revised mobile contents evaluation standard (ease of use, value of education, interest level, and interactivity). As a results, applications for augmentative and alternative communication were developed much more than any other types. And the ease of use got the highest score whereas the interest level got the lowest score in whole evaluation analysis. The result of this study would suggest way to evaluate applications for speech language therapy and to contribute to developing the contents and function of mobile applications aims to help children with disabilities improving their speech and language skills.
