Objective: This study analyzed the characteristics of people who attempted suicide that resulted in deaths as compared to that of the suicide survivors. Methods: This study included 799 suicide attempts that occurred from March 1, 2015, to March 31, 2019 at the emergency department of the university hospital in a city of around 300,000 people. Suicide attempts were classified into the survivor and death groups, and the characteristics of each group were compared. The suicide deaths due to re-attempts were also analyzed. Results: There were more males than females in the death groups. There was a high proportion of people aged 50 or older in the death groups. Hanging, carbon monoxide poisoning, and jumping from great heights were the most commonly used methods of suicide in the death groups. In the selected death group, psychiatric symptom, physical illness, and economic problem among the suicidal causes and depressive disorder among the psychiatric diagnoses were factors that increase the risk of suicide death. Sixty-three point four percent of the survival groups and 52.5% of the selected deaths had not received psychiatric care. On the analysis of suicide deaths due to re-attempts, the average number of suicide attempts was 2.45±0.9. The time from the first suicide attempt to the last suicide attempt was 13.8±10.4 months. Conclusion: If it is necessary to make a treatment decision for a suicide attempt in a limited time, such as the case of treating a suicide attempter who visits an emergency department, it is necessary to consider the characteristic factors of the death attempts of suicidal people.
민군관계와 군사전략의 공세성- 1907년 「일본제국국방방침」의 제정을 중심으로 -

In 1907, Imperial Japan adopted an offensive military strategy named ‘Imperial Japanese National Defense Policy(IJNDP).’IJNDP designated Russia, United States, Germany, France as hypothetical enemies. Its aim was to execute preemptive attack on the enemy and gain a decisive and rapid victory. In order to support the operational concept, plans for heavy military buildups of the Imperial Japanese Army and the Navy were included in the IJNDP. Why was IJNDP adopted in Japan? This article argues that civil-military relations affect the offensiveness of military strategy. The Japanese military was not controlled by the civilian leadership due to the Constitution and the law of Imperial Japan that ensured the autonomy of the military. Futhermore, there is evidence which shows that the military put pressure on the civilian leaders to adopt policies in favor of the organizational interests of the military. IJNDP was adopted under the civil-military relations in which the political power of the military was superior to that of civilian leadership. As a result, Japan's war planning showed a strong bias in favor of the offensive use of force. IJNDP, uncontrolled by the civilian leadership, led Imperial Japan to believe that a decisive battle and a quick victory were possible, which resulted in the Pacific War.

Recently, interesting of home training is getting bigger due to COVID-19. Accordingly, research on applying HAR(human activity recognition) technology to home training has been conducted. However, existing paper of HAR proposed static activity instead of dynamic activity. In this paper, the deep learning model where dynamic exercise posture can be analyzed and the accuracy of the user's exercise posture can be shown is proposed. Fitness images of AI-hub are analyzed by blaze pose. The experiment is compared with three types of deep learning model: RNN(recurrent neural network), LSTM(long short-term memory), CNN(convolution neural network). In simulation results, it was shown that the f1-score of RNN, LSTM and CNN is 0.49, 0.87 and 0.98, respectively. It was confirmed that CNN is more suitable for human activity recognition than other models from simulation results. More exercise postures can be analyzed using a variety learning data.

Double boss type composite pressure bottles have been developed widely but single boss type had not because there are some difficulty in technical point. In this paper a research was performed to develop composite pressure vessel in conjunction with design, fabrication, and test. Fiber pattern and angles were decided by CADFIL software and they are [liner/$15^{\circ}$/$15^{\circ}$/$90^{\circ}$/$18^{\circ}$/$90^{\circ}$/$21^{\circ}$/$21^{\circ}$/$90^{\circ}$]. Fabrication of bottles was done by AEA's 5-axis filament winding machine. During fabrication fiber optic sensor were embedded to measure were behavior of structure at the applied internal pressure. Even though satisfied test results were not obtained, the experimental set-up of fiber optics showed the possibility for the application of filament wound vessels. However, the conventional strain and fabrication of single boss composite bottles.
