차문화 교육을 통한 대안교육 연구

Recently, there are many kinds of teenager problems concerned as social issues because of serious violence at private educational institutes, teenager suicides, an uniformly cramming system of education for getting into an university and collapse of public education. In order to solve these issues, diverse measures have been represented so problems about teenagers’ sense of independence and personality have been issued. In addition alter native education has been practiced not only for meeting the demand of educational requirement to develop individual talents and aptitude but also for students who are unable to fitin to school lives normally. Nowadays, tea ceremony education is classified not only as a composite learning, which is combined with science and culture but also a composite art simultaneously because tea culture education has been considered as the best program to improve the public mood and sophistication. Many research results prove that tea culture has significant effects to improve characteristic of teenagers, therefore it is thought that there are tremendous effects on teenager’s characters if tea culture education practices at alternative schools. There are many alternative schools founded in China and Japan with tea culture education so the effects expand to improving problems of students’ personalities even finding jobs. By practicing education for individual students’ self-realization through various curriculum to meet the demand in South Korea, alternative education with tea culture contribute to giving chances in education and in finding jobs for high school students who drop schools or are unable to adjust into their school lives. For a main curriculum, subjects which are only focused on tea culture such as traditional tea etiquette, Chinese tea etiquette, Japanese tea ceremony, qualifying tea, black tea, tea manufacture, tea counseling psychology, education for filial behavior, training barista, and so on, will be developed for student’s personality, consulting and finding jobs. Education of traditional tea etiquette aims to develop tea culture through Korean tea culture even global tea culture and produce professional leader who can train people to make them support not only development of teenager’s personality but also cultural activities for culturally neglected social groups. In addition, education of traditional tea etiquette may contribute to cultivating humanity of teenagers and preventing school violence. Chinese tea etiquette aims to produce experts of Chinese tea by learning Chinese tea culture from the tea birthplace, China. Through the Chinese tea etiquette in the curriculum, an expert handles improving relationship with others and can increase its ability to work in South Korea. Japanese tea ceremony has a purpose to produce experts understanding and teaching Japanese tea culture, greeting manners, tea tools, salutation, a spirit of tea ceremony, and so on. It is a way that emphasizing politeness, growing consideration, and thinking considerably of friendship. In addition, Japanese tea ceremony is a time to learn hospitality and gratitude, to do self-reflection for character building. Qualifying tea aims to train experts who can evaluate accurately quality of tea such as features of six types of tea (producing area, cultivation, tea manufacture, drinking, and so on). Through producing tea experts who evaluate quality of tea, high quality tea leaves can be produced, quality of tea products is increased, and consumption level can be promoted. Black tea education is basic for globalization of tea culture. It aims to understand black tea culture, which possesses 80% of the global tea market. By learning the culture and industry, the education has a purpose to produce leaders and researches to bring new paradigm of tea culture. Through organizing of the education programs for the young who are interested in black tea and producing professional lecturers for black tea education to perform as black tea experts, black tea industry and education will positively develop. Education of tea manufacture has a purpose that establishing identity of our tea production and manufacture based on a life style close to tea and training professional leaders of tea who have both an idea of tea and a skill of tea manufacture through field training. In order to increase the quality of tea, producing tea experts who had systemic education is essential to develop new tea product, which is preferred by people, and to popularize tea by developing new type of tea. Education of tea consulting psychology is a field, which assists in solving psychological, social maladaptive problems. It aims to diagnose client’s psychological problems through tea and learn how to apply the professional methods to retain psychological stability at companies and educational places. Applying a life style close to tea as a method of psychological treatment, the psychological treatment assists in finding main emotions through tea etiquette and in having consideration to others. Education for filial behaviors encourages filial duty, which is a beautiful tradition and cultural heritage, at national level. It approaches relief problems caused by an aging society as well as obtains driving force for development of country even global culture. It is thought that filial behavior can recover its original value through the education for filial behaviors, therefore it is educationally valuable to search practical uses at modern society mixed with diverse values and apply filial duty, which led traditional value, as new filial behaviors for teenagers. Training barista aims to acquire knowledge about a variety of coffee through not only comprehensive understanding and general knowledge of coffee but also learning skills such as extraction of espresso and cappuccino. Because barista becomes a new professional job in food service industry of South Korean hotels and it also becomes great need for the industry so it is essential to produce skillful baristas. Based on the various methods mentioned, next researches will focus on how these subjects influence on teenagers’ character development. 최근 들어 심각한 양상의 학원 폭력, 청소년 자살, 대학입시 위주의 일률적 주입식 형태의 교육, 공교육 붕괴 현상으로 인한 사교육 과열 현상 등 다양한 형태의 청소년 문제들이 공공연한 사회문제로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 사회문제를 해결하기 위하여 여러 가지 대책 방안들이 제시되었고, 청소년들의 주체적 자립심과 인성에 관한 문제가 화두로 나타나게 되었다. 또한 정상적인 학교생활에 적응이 곤란하거나 개인의 특기와 적성을 계발하기 위한 교육적 요구를 충족시키기 위해 대안교육이 실시되었다. 최근 다도교육을 차의 과학과 문화가 접목된 종합학문인 동시에 종합예술로 분류하고 있다. 이는 차문화 교육이 국민정서의 함양과 교양을 높이기 위한 교육으로서 최상의 교육 프로그램으로 평가되어지고 있기 때문이다. 차문화 교육이 청소년의 인성문제 개선에 상당한 효과를 보이고 있다는 연구가 많이 나오고 있다. 따라서 대안학교에서 차문화를 중심으로 한 교육을 실시하면 청소년 인성교육에 상당한 효과를 거둘 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 가까운 중국과 일본에서도 차문화 교육을 중심으로 한 학교가 설립 운영되고 있어 학생들의 인성문제는 물론 취업 기회까지 확대되고 있다. 이에 우리나라에서도 교육의 본래의 목적인 학생 개개인의 자아실현 추구를 위한 교육활동을 실시하고, 수요자 중심의 다양한 교육과정을 통하여, 고등학교 과정의 부적응 ․ 중도 탈락 학생에게 교육의 기회와 취업에 도움을 주고자 한다. 주요 교과과정으로는 기본교과를 제외한 차문화 중심의 특성화 교과목으로 전통차예절, 중국다예, 일본다도, 차품평, 홍차, 제다, 차심리상담, 효행교육, 바리스타 등의 교과목을 개발하여 학생들의 인성과 더불어 진학 및 취업에 효과를 볼 수 있기를 기대한다. 전통차예절 교육은 한국 및 세계의 차문화를 연구하여 차문화를 발전시키고, 전문지도자를 양성하여 청소년의 품성개발과 문화소외계층의 문화활동을 지원할 수 있는 능력을 갖춘 전문가를 양성을 목적으로 하고 있다. 전통차예절를 통해 청소년들의 인성 함양은 물론 학교폭력 예방에도 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 중국다예는 차의 종주국인 중국 차문화를 익혀 중국차에 대한 전문가를 양성을 목적으로 한다. 중국다예 교육과정을 통해 타인과의 관계 개선과 직업의 한 분야인 중국다예사로서 국내에서 활동할 수 있는 역량을 키울 수 있는 효과를 볼 수 있을 것이다. 일본다도는 일본 차문화를 이해하고 인사예법과 차도구, 배견법, 다도정신 등을 지도할 수 전문가를 양성을 목적으로 한다. 일본다도를 통해 예의를 중시하며, 배려하는 마음을 키우고, 친구들과의 관계를 소중하게여길 수 있다. 또한 다회를 통해 ‘대접하는 마음’, ‘감사하는 마음’을 배우게 되고, 자신을 돌아볼 수 있는 시간을 갖게 하여 인격형성에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 차품평은 6대 다류의 특징(생산지역, 재배, 제다, 음용 등)을 정확하게 품질평가하기 위한 전문가를 양성하는데 목적이 있다. 차품평 전문가를 양성함으로써 질 좋은 찻잎생산, 차제품의 질 향상 및 소비촉진을 유도하여 경쟁력을 갖출 수 있다. 홍차 교육은 차문화의 세계화를 위한 기초 작업으로 세계 차 시장의 80%를 점유하고 있는 홍차문화를 이해하고 그에 따른 문화, 산업을 학습함으로서, 차문화의 새로운 패러다임을 구축할 연구 작업과 지도자 양성을 목적으로 한다. 홍차를 선호하는 젊은층을 대상으로 한 교육 프로그램을 구성하고, 홍차교육 전문 강사를 양성을 통하여 홍차 전문가로서 활동할 수 있도록 한다면 홍차 산업 및 교육현장에서의 발전에 크게 일조하리라 생각한다. 제다 교육은 모든 차생활의 가장 기본적인 원인이 되는 차의 재배와 제다에 관하여 우리 차의 정체성을 확립시키고, 현장실습을 통하여 차의 이론과 제다기술을 겸비한 차 전문지도자를 육성하는데 목적이 있다. 차의 품질을 높이기 위해서는 체계적인 교육을 받은 제다사를 배출하여 일반인들의 기호에 맞는 차제품을 개발하고, 다양한 종류의 차를 개발해서 차를 대중화 시키는데 힘써야 할 것이다. 차심리상담 교육은 사람의 정서적, 사회적으로 부적응적인 문제들을 해결하는데 도움을 주고자 하는 상담의 한 분야로써, 기업 및 각 교육현장에서 차를 매개체로 내담자의 심리적 문제를 진단하고 이를 심리안정에 활용하는 전문적 기법과 방법을 배우는데 목적이 있다. 차생활을 심리치료의 한 방법으로 활용하여 다도를 통해 핵심감정을 찾아내고, 타인을 배려하는 마음을 심리치료에서 많은 효과를 볼 수 있다. 효행 교육은 아름다운 전통문화유산인 효를 국가차원에서 장려함으로써 효행을 통하여 고령사회가 처하는 문제를 해결할 뿐만 아니라 국가가 발전할 수 있는 원동력을 얻는 외에 세계문화의 발전에 이바지함을 목적으로 한다. 효행 교육을 통해 효행에 대한 가치가 회복될 수 있다고 생각하여 가치관이 혼재되어 있는 현대 사회에서 전통적 가치관을 주도하였던 효를 현대의 청소년들에게 새로운 효행 의식으로 조감 해보고 교육적 활용방안을 모색해 보는 것은 상당한 교육적 가치가 있을 것으로 생각된다. 바리스타 교육은 커피에 관한 전반적인 이해와 일반상식, 에스프레소와 카푸치노 추출에 관한 기술 교육을 통하여 다양한 커피에 대한 지식 습득을 목적으로 한다. 국내 호텔 외식산업분야에서 바리스타가 새로운 전문 직업 분야로서 등장하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 경향으로 바리스타 양성을 위한 필요성이 증대되고 있기 때문에 전문적인 인재 양성이 필요하다. 앞으로 위에서 언급한 특성화 교과목들이 구체적으로 청소년의 인성발달에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해서는 향후 연구 과제로 삼고자 한다.

해결중심 단기가족치료를 통한 전화상담 모델 연구

This study started from this question that is there have some family counseling model which can help more efficiently than short-term telephone counseling. Therefore I studied what is the critical point of telephone counseling and what can be its alternative plan above all. The study method is identifying the difference between the theory and reality of telephone counseling. Especially I analyzed and collected statistics about telephone counseling data recently in three years of Seoul Women University's family counseling association with classifying it into itemized contents and counseling contents. With this analysis I could figure out the efficiency and effects of telephone counseling, and recognize necessity of the family counseling model for over passing the limitation of telephone counseling. Among lots of family counseling theories, I found that Solution-Focused Family Therapy theory is used usefully and can be a great help of this. For structuralizing sixty minutes more efficiently, focusing on rather solution than problem and rather positive than negative makes a big change in short time . Also it is not concerned about consulter's weak point, but strength, so Solution-Focused Family Therapy is useful in here. And with this therapy, a consultant set a goal with a consulter, so it makes synergy effects, because most of consulters use this telephone counseling by their own choice. Moreover it blocks up that only consultant leads to set a goal, and supports consulter to a professional position to make his or her own goals of counseling, which can be possible, so the efficiency of counseling can increase. The biggest worry of consultant can be solved in Solution-Focused Family Therapy. Whenever they consult consulters without any information about them, they feel the need of questions which can understand consulters more effectively. That question has two strength points. One thing is that make consultant to manage counseling immediately, and the other is that it has successful and effective question technique to understand consulters in a short time. This question technique makes consultant to find consulter's exceptional things, strength points, and the degree of change, in addition to this, it makes counseling progress more systematically in a short time. Also it is not problem-focused questions, but solution, so that it gives counseling lot of powers. This Solution-Focused Family Therapy overcomes the telephone counseling's weaknesses and shows the family counseling model with telephone to make a help consulters more effectively. If some theory is very good, but no consultants use it in the real counseling field, it's not good anymore, that's why I show counseling cases. Solution-Focused Family Therapy, thus, makes up the weak points of telephone counseling and maximizes its strength, so I expect it helps telephone counseling makes more professionally with this new family counseling model.
