Studies on the prevention of defects in apartment houses have been conducted for the purpose of establishing systems for classifying the types of such defects, suggesting ways of reducing the defect guaranty money, and developing a defect management table. In particular, the studies on the management of defects that have been conducted focus on the process of managing the defects that have already been found. However, There is a dearth of studies on the prevention of defects at the apartment construction stage. As for defects in many cases, the hidden factors contributing to the occurrence of defects during the construction process will come into view at the stage of use, after the completion of the construction project. Therefore, by establishing management priorities, the occurrence of defects at the apartment use stage can be prevented or minimized. To solve these problems, examples of defects in the finishing work at the apartment moving-in stage were examined, and the factors that contribute to the occurrence of such defects were analyzed. Considering both the builders and the residents, management priorities were drawn, and preventive measures at the construction were suggested.

Generally, stone pagoda structures have been constructed by stacking the masonry stone members. The problem about the safety and stability of masonry stone structure is due to the structural behavior of discontinuum surface between the contact stones rather than the failure by the lack of material strength. The masonry stone structure has the big difference with the analysis method of continuum structure as discontinuum structure. Therefore, the masonry stone should be treated as discontinuum structure that can express mechanical behavior of discontinuum surface between the contact stones. The friction between contact stones of discontinuum structure is a very important factor that affects the behavior of discontinuum surface. Especially, the roughness of discontinuum surface affects the friction. Therefore, we carry out the direct shear test of discontinuum surface for the evaluation of structural behavior according to roughness of the discontinuum surface of stone pagoda and study the characteristics of discontinuum surface according to various roughness. Also, we apply the characteristics of discontinuum surface to stone pagoda model. Finally, we estimate the structural behavior of stone pagoda according to the friction of discontinuum surface.

The field of web design has been very extensive cause of developing of the new multi-media machine and swift growing of multi-media. It takes so important position that have no mean, if it doesn`t exist, in the present time. The wed design that has taken so much important role of getting and delivering of information in the industrial society and present time asks web designer to acquire more various skills. It means that web designer have to understand the whole worth of design, culture and economy in addition to how to compose the web design. So it is proposal and study about the courses and organizational methods which can be verified a part of the web designer more objectively.

The stone pagoda on the Mireuksa temple site is one of the oldest and grandest stone pagodas which remain in Korea today. However, this stone pagoda was collapsed at past, and only six stories of the northeastern part was remained. Therefore, it is important to know original structure and form of this stone pagoda. Hypotheses about collapse cause of this stone pagoda are presented as four cases; collapse by earthquake, collapse by fragility of ground, collapse by durability reduction, and collapse by lightning. These hypotheses should be studied through detailed investigation about present state of this stone pagoda. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate collapse causes of this stone pagoda through structural analysis and virtual simulation on the basis of four collapse hypotheses.
