모-태아 상호작용 증진 프로그램이 임부 및 영아의 수면-활동 양상에 미치는 효과

Relationship between Mother's Sleep and Infant’s Sleep (n=34)Variables rNo. of infant night awakening 을 대상으로 종단적 연구를 수행하였다. 연구 결과 출산 전 두군 초임부의 수면/활동 양상에는 별 차이를 보이지 않았으며,출생 후 영아의 수면 양상에서도 유의한 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 비록 중재 프로그램의 효과는 나타나지 않았으나 본 연구 결과 출산 전 어머니와 출생 후 영아의 수면 간에는 유의한상관관계가 있음을 확인한 것은 임신기 동안 초임부에게 수면/활동 조절 중재의 적용이 필요함을 나타내는 결과이며, 이러한연구결과들은 국내 아동간호실무영역에서 실무지식개발의 자료로서 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구의 결과를 근거로 태교관점 모-태아 상호작용 증진프로그램의 반복 연구를 실시하여 경험적 증거를 확대하고, 종단적 연구를 통해 임신모와 영아의 수면 및 활동에 대한 자기조절에 관한 좀 더 장기적인 효과를 검증할 수 있는 추후 연구가이루어지기를 제언하며, 어머니 및 영아의 수면-활동 리듬에대한 질적 측정과 서술적 분석을 기초로 구체적인 중재를 적용한 후 효과를 검증해보는 연구를 시도해 볼 필요가 있다.

전시하의 대중예능(大衆藝能)에 대해서는 영화, 다카라즈카(宝塚)와 대중가요, 로쿄쿠(浪曲), 라쿠고(落語), 만자이(漫才)등의 분야에 관한 선행연구는 다수 확인할 수가 있으나, 분라쿠(文楽)와 노(能), 가부키(歌舞伎)에 관해서는 거의 연구가 되어 있지 않다. 이 시기 어떤 사건, 배경으로 인해 분라쿠 작품이 만들어지고, 그 작품들은 어떤 내용을 가지고 있으며, 무엇을 호소하고자 했는지, 분라쿠측에서의 시국적 대응에 대한 동행을 살펴보고자 한다.

건강사정에 근거한 보육시설 영유아의 건강상태 및 건강관리 요구 -서울시 일개 구의 구립어린이집을 중심으로-

Purpose : To investigate the children's health status such as growth and development, current health problems, past medical history, health behaviors and parents' need for child health in day care centers. Methods : A cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted on 244 children at 6 day care centers in Seoul. Parents completed a structured questionnaire and research assistants conducted growth and development assessment, physical exam and surveyed children's health behaviors for a month, Feb 2007. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS Win, and analyzed through descriptive statistics. Results : For 26.6% of the children were chronic illness such as cold, atopy, asthma, respiratory disease, chronic renal failure, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder. And 4.1% of them had acute disease. About eleven percent of children missed standard vaccination in partially. Failure of growth was found in 3.3% of subjects and there was 8.6% of them who were under weight and 7.8% were obese. The result of Korean Denver II developmental screening test showed 8.6% of subjects were classified as questionable or untestable. On the physical exam, 6.2% of the children had hypertension and about 8% did the other health problems. Many parents was unsatisfied with child health care and needed revision of facilities, health care provider for their children in child day care centers. Conclusion : As a result, quite a number of children in child day care centers had health problems. These results represent there is a need to develop and make provisions for health service programs for children in day care centers by health experts.

오카모토 기도(岡本綺堂)의 가부키 『조선병풍(朝鮮屏風)』에 대한 고찰

In November 1929, Kido OKAMOTO's Kabuki "Chosen Byobu" (Korean folding screen) premiered at Kabuki-za Theater. This article examines what kind of Kabuki "Chosen Byobu" was. The term "Chosen Byobu" refers to a gold folding screen sent by the Edo bakufu to the King of Chosun as a souvenir when the Joseon tongsinsa came to Japan. In 1815, Hironobu KANO, a painter of the innermost part of the Edo period, completed a folding screen painting to be presented to the King of Korea by order of the Edo bakufu, but he refused an order from Roju (member of shogun's council of elders), who was dissatisfied with the thinness of the gold sand and committed ‘seppuku’ (suicide by disembowelment) in a palanquin on his way home from the castle. "Chosen Byobu" was Kabuki written at the request of Sadanji for a performance in which Tossho was adopted, and it was performed with ingenuity to attract the interest of painters in an atmosphere where the public interest in paintings and painters was at a height. Kido did not disclose what he covered as in "Shuzenji Monogatari" (The Tale of Shuzen-ji Temple), but it is considered that 'the bitter death of Yusen KANO' by Shugetsu KOBAYASHI, who was his friend, had some influence. Deciding to die, he said to his disciple, 'Be a town painter and draw the picture you want to draw. That's what I really want to do in painting,' says Hironobu, who can see that the conflicts that arise from sticking to his opinion are resolved by 'given-up' which is a characteristic of Kido's later works. 1929年11月、歌舞伎座では岡本綺堂の歌舞伎『朝鮮屏風』が初演された。本稿は、『朝鮮屏風』がいかなる歌舞伎であったのかを考察したものである。朝鮮屏風とは、朝鮮通信使の来日の際、幕府から朝鮮国王へのお土産として送られた金屏風をいう。文化12年(1815)、奥絵師狩野寛信は幕府からの命令により、朝鮮国王に献上する屏風絵を完成したが、金砂の薄さを不満に思った検分役の老中からの修正命令を拒み、下城し帰宅中の駕籠の中で意を貫き切腹自害したという逸話を素材としている。『朝鮮屏風』は、左団次の依頼により、彼が訥升を養子に迎えた披露公演に当てて書かれた歌舞伎であり、当時大衆の絵画・画家への関心が高潮していた雰囲気の中、画家の関心を引きつけるような工夫が施されつつ上演された。『修禅寺物語』のように何に取材したのか綺堂は明かにしていないが、親交のあった小林蹴月の「痛烈なる狩野融川の最期」が何らかの影響を与えたものと考えられる。死を決意し、弟子に「町絵師になつて、自分の書きたい絵を勝手にかけ。それが絵かきの本望だぞ」と語る寛信には、自己の考えや主張を貫き通そうとすることから起こるまわりとの衝突や葛藤が、綺堂の後期作品の特徴である「諦観」を以て表現されていることが確認できる。

The objective of this study is to develope the record forms for the home care nursing. Through the literature review and 4 times of workshop participated with the health practitioner and nursing professors from July 1993 to March 1995, the standands of home nursing care, initial assessment tools, progress notes by diseases and the referral sheet were developed. The Community health practitioner were trained for home nursing care and participated with 5 nursing professors in the workshop to validate the content of the record forms. It is suggested that the more refinement of these record forms fased a defined conceptual framework in the various home nursing area is needed in the future.
