The quality of costumes on stage and the process of its design heavily relies on its production system and skill not only on the designer's imaginations or experiences. What is more important, and yet not much acknowledged by theatre personnels are the importance of costume production process itself and the participation of minds of costume builders. Traditionally the theatrical costumes were made by people who loved theatre, who would happily pay their labor and time into something which will lose its charm as soon as moved away from stage. The tradition continues down to today's theatre industry with somewhat seemingly "better" and systematic environment, but it's still within the small boundry of limited fields of theatres. Sets and other theatrical crafts has similarity in every aspects, but what makes costumes more distinctive in terms of production process is that it deals closely with live actors and the characters and as a matter of fact, costumes are what they are. Costumes are live objects and needs to be created in a same manner. While actors are constantly striving to create a live character, the process of costume making should be nothing different. As a trained professional costume designer and a trained professional costume production personnel, and moreover a teacher of new growing field in Korea feeling responsible for the young and ambitious students' future, I chose to experiment on the possibility of building a field of professional theatrical costume production system in a world's most fertile environment of clothing sources.
축수산물에서 LC-MS/MS를 이용한 카라졸롤 및 아자페론 분석

The aim of the present work was to develop simultaneous methods of quantification of carazolol, azaperone, and azaperol residues in livestock and fishery products using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Samples were extracted from beef, pork, chicken, egg, milk and shrimp using acetonitrile (ACN); while flat fish and eel were extracted using 80% ACN. For purification, ACN saturated n-hexane was used to remove fat composition. The standard calibration curves showed good linearity as correlation coefficients; r 2 was > 0.99. Average recoveries expressed were within the range of 67.9-105% for samples fortified at three different levels (0.5 × MRL, 1 × MRL and 2 × MRL). The correlation coefficient expressed as precision was within the range of 0.55- 7.93%. The limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.0002-0.002 mg/kg. The proposed analytical method showed high accuracy and acceptable sensitivity based on Codex guideline requirements (CAC/GL71-2009). This method can be used to analyze the residue of carazolol, azaperone, and azaperol in livestock and fishery products.

Cyber 세계와 현실 세계를 연결시키는 ICT 비즈니스 업계에서는 Cyber 업무와 현실의 업무를 연결시켜야 한다. Cyber 업무와 현실의 업무의 연결 방법 중 한 가지로 AR명함을 사용하는 것이다. AR명함을 스마트폰으로 인식하면 3D 캐릭터가 등장하여 명함 주인공을 소개하도록 한다. 또한, AR 명함은 사업자의 상품·제품·서비스가 AR로 반영되어 제품, 서비스 등에 대한 홍보가 가능하도록 한다. 연결된 유무선 5G 통신을 이용하면, 실시간 전자상거래도 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 Source Coding으로 AR명함 제작하고 AR 명함 platform을 설계할 것이다. The technological development of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is accelerating the development of the world and society. Fourth industrial technology is connected to Cyber World to develop national and social infrastructure. The application of the fourth industrial technology can create Cyber-city and Cyber-life systems. In the ICT business industry that connects Cyber with the real world, we need to connect Cyber with real-life work. It is to use AR business cards as one of the ways to connect Cyber business with real business. When an AR business card is recognized as a smartphone, a 3D character appears to introduce the main character of the business card. In addition, AR business cards are reflected in AR for product and service of business operators, enabling promotion of products, services, etc. Using connected wired and wireless 5G communication, real-time e-commerce is also possible. In this paper, AR business card will be produced with Source Coding and AR business card platform will be designed.
Acer okamotoanum improves cognition and memory function in Ab25–35-induced Alzheimer’s mice model

We studied the effect of ethyl acetate (EA) fraction from Acer okamotoanum on cognitive improvement and protective abilities in amyloid beta (Ab)25–35 peptide-injected Alzheimer’s disease (AD) mice. EA was oral administration at 100 and 200 mg/kg/day during the 14 days. We studied the protective effect of EA against AD on the basis of behavioral tests including T-maze test, Novel object recognition test, and Morris water maze test. Control group injected with Ab25–35 showed significant impairments in memory function. But the oral administration of EA (EA 100 and EA 200 groups) improved the cognition and memory function. In addition, EA against Ab25–35 peptide has been shown to inhibit lipid peroxidation levels and nitric oxide production in tissues. Acetylcholinesterase (AChE) was elevated in the brain by Ab25–35 peptide, whereas administration of EA (EA 100 and EA 200 groups) significantly decreased AChE level. Our results indicated that EA improves learning and long-term memory against Ab25–35 peptide–caused deficit through attenuation of oxidative stress.
