        콜로디온 신생아 2예

        A collodion baby is born with a tough, inelastic parchment-like membrane covering the whole body surface. As the meinbrane fissures and peels, a more characteristic ichthyosiform change is evident beneath the collodion membrane. Uncommonly, normal skin is found under it. We herein present two cases af collodion baby, which were confirmed as a sporadic case of lamellar ichthyosis and a case of lamellar exfoliation of the newborn, respectively, after long-term clinical observation. It is necessary that detailed genetical and molecular biological studies should be perforrned in order to elucidate the fur:damental, molecular changes that cause these dramatic cutaneous changes.         사람 피부에서 연령에 따른 Glycosaminoglycan의 변화에 관한 연구

        Background: The extracellular matrix constitutes the dermis supporting an overlying epidermal lining. A small portion of the cell component includes fibroblasts and mast cells, a large amount of fibrous tissue as struct ural proteins, intra-and extracellular adhesive molecules, and extracellular macromolecules, glyccsarninoglycan(GAG) and proteoglycan make up the dermal connective tissue. GAGs, polysacchavide chains secreted by fibroblasts, are the main macromolecules of the extracellular matrix. GAG chains occupy large amounts of extracellular space and form hydrated gels. The various manifestations observed during the cutaneous intrinsic aging process reflect the age-related changes of dermal connective tissue. Objective : This study was directed to observe the age-related changes of GAG in human abdominal skin without the influences of photoaeging. Materials and Methods : The subjects involved in this study were grouped according to the age span of 10 years. A minimum of 3 skin samples were included in each age group. After permission, three to five grams of skin samples without known underlying skin diseases were obtained from the pat,ients who were subjected to open abdominal surgery under general anesthesia. GAGs were extracted and purified by repeated cetylpyridium chloride-ethanol precipitation from each skin sample. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of GAGs was carried out with the action of specific GAG degradirig enzymes. Results : The amount of GAGs per gram skin tissue decreased slowly until the 4th decade and thereafter. A statistically- significant reduction in the amount of GAGs was noted between the age groups of under 10 and that of 51-60. This pattern of decline was similar with tte change of the hyaluronic acid content in gram skin tissue. The content of chondroitin sulfate and heparan sulfate also decreased as a function of ageing. The compositional ratio of GAGs showed no age related changes. The water content measured by acetone dehydration was reduced to a significant level up to the age group of over 30 years. Conclusion : These results imply that the wrinkling and laxity of skin during the chronological ageing process reflect the age-related reduction of GAGs and the water content of the skin.         In metal forming technologies, the stamping process is one of the significant manufacturing processes to produce sheet metal components. It is important to design stamping process which can produce sound products without defect such as fracture and wrinkle. The objective of this study is to propose the feasible formability diagram which denotes the safe region without fracture and wrinkle for effective design of stamping process. To determine the feasible formability diagram, FE-analyses were firstly performed for the combinations of process parameters and then the characteristic values for fracture and wrinkle were estimated from the results of FEanalyses based on forming limit diagram. The characteristic values were extended through training of the artificial neural network. The feasible formability diagram was finally determined for various combinations of process parameters. The stamping process of turret suspension to support suspension module was taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of feasible formability diagram. The results of FE-analyses for process conditions within fracture and wrinkle as well as safe regions were in good agreement with experimental ones.

        본 논문에서는 B-ISDN 서비스를 체계적으로 모델링하기 위해 ITU-T에서 제안하고 있는 서비스 모델링 방법에 대해 화상회의 서비스에 대한 모델링을 예로 들어 논하였다. ITU-T에서 제안하고 있는 서비스 모델링 방법은 3단계로 나누어 지는데 1단계에서는 사용자 관점에서 서비스의 정적인 속성을, 2단계에서는 1단계에서 도출된 서비스 요구사항을 지원하기위한 망 기능을, 3단계에서는 2단계의 결과를 바탕으로 서비스를 구현하는데 필요한 물리 장치들 간의 프로토콜 및 스위칭 기능들을 기술하도록 하고 있다. 여기에 RACE에서 제안하고 있는 계층적 서비스 개념을 추가하였다.

        본 논문에서는 최근에 효과적인 모델링 기법으로 주목받고 있는 객체 지향 기법을 이용하여 전산화된 은행 시스템에 사용될 소프트웨어를 모델링 하였다. 객체 지향 모델링 기법으로 시스템을 3가지 측면에서 분석하기 위해 정보 모델, 동적 모델, 그리고 기능 모델의 3가지 모델을 사용하였고, 마지막으로 3가지 모델로부터 각 클래스들의 동작들을 뽑아 냈다. 정보 모델에서는 시스템의 정적인 속성들과 클래스들 간의 연관성을 묘사하였고, 동적 모델에서는 시간의 변화에 따른 각 객체들의 상태 변화와 사건 발생을 기술하였다. 그 다음 기능 모델을 이용하여 시스템을 프로세스들로 나누고 외부의 입력 값들로부터 원하는 출력 값들이 나오기까지 무엇이 이루어 져야 하는 가를 보였다.

        노화촉진 생쥐 ( SAM ) 의 진피내 Glycosaminoglycan의 년령에 따른 변화

        Background : The various manifestations of intrinsic cutaneous aging may reflect the age-related changes of dermal ground aubstances, the important components of the dermis. Objective : This study was undertaken to observe whether there is any age-relsted change, quantitatively and qualitatively, in dermal glycosaminoglycan(GAG) Methods : The Senescence-A.ccelerated-Mice(SAM) strain Prone to develop senescence(P/8), aged 4 days(P-Y a group, n=5) and 4 months old (P-0 group, n=5) were used, with SAM strain Resistance to senescence (R/1), aged 4 montha old (R-0 group, n=5). The whole skin of SAM was incubated in 0.1 sodium phosphate buffer(NaPB), 2M guanidine-HC1, and 4M guanidine-HCl, sequencially, for the extractiop of GAG. The amount of GAG was measured by using alcian blue and by methylene blue metachrometic assay. Uronic acid(UA) was estimate l employing carbazole reaction. Extracted skin protein profiles were analyed by SDS-PAGE. Results : 1. The total contents of GAG per wet weight of skin, as measured uairq, alcian blue, was highter in R-0 group than R-Y and P-Y group, which is statistically significant. 2. The methylene blue metaehromatic assay yielded highter absorbance values in 2M guanidine-HCl extract than NaPB ext:racts. 3. The total contents of UA decreased with aging in R strains, buttriking increase was noted in the P strain. 4. On SDS-PAGE, the protein profiles of NaPB extracts showed similarity to serum protein. 125 kDa protein band was noted only in guanidine-HCl extracts. 37.40kDa protein bands were appeared in 2M, 4M guanicline-HCl extract of R-0 group. But. there was no significant difference in both strains. Conclusion : These findings suggest that macromolecules, such as GAG, is one of the target molecules of the cutaneous eging process, and these change muy be related to the age-related changes of dermal water content.         어린선양 피부 질환에서 Filaggrin의 발현에 관한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Background: Ichthyosis is the name of a group of disorders characterized by a generalized, persistent, non-inflammatory scaling disorder of the skin. Filaggrin is an intermediate filament associated protein which functions to aggregate keratin intermediate filaments in the stratum corneum of mamrnalian epidermis. It is synthesized as a large precursor protein, profilaggrin, that consists of multiple filaggrin units and is localized in keratohyalin granules(KHG). Some reports elucidated the pathogenetic role of filaggrin in ichthyosis, especially autosomal-dominant ichthyosis(ADI). Objectiye : We conducted an immunohistochemical study in order to observe the relationship between clinical phenotypes of various ichthyosiform dermatoses and the exprassion of filaggrin. Material and Methods : Clinically and histopathologically proven ADI, lamellar exfoliation of the newborn, lamellar ichthyosis, epidermolytic hyperkeratosis, and acquired ichthyosis cases were included in this study. Using rronoclonal mouse anti-human filaggrin antibodies, an immunohisto- chemical study was performed with formalin-fixed, parraffin-embedded involved skin tissues via the ABC technique. Results : Filaggrin was staind linearly or in a punctuate pattern along the granular cell layer of the normal epidermis. The expression of the ~filaggrin was decreased or partly absent in the skin tissue of ADI in accordance with the changes of KHGs. Similar immunoreactivities with filaggrin antibodies were noted in the skin of acquired ichthyosis. In lamellar exfoliation of the newborn, filaggrin was staineil from the stratum granulosum to the mid-layer of the stratum corneum with basket-weave byperkeratosis. Filaggrin was intensely and focally labelled in the normal acrosyringium of the l~emellar ichthyosis from the granular layer to the mid horney layer. A decreased positive immunorcactivity was observed in the interfollicular stratum granulosum. A strong immunoreactivity was noted in the area with relatively normal KHGs of epidermolytic hyperker atosis, and a decrease l membranous staning pattern was observed in the layer with de- generated vacuolar KHGs. Conclusion. It can be concl!ded that decreased expression of filaggin may play a causative role in the pathogenesis of ADI. However in lamellar exfoliation of the newborn, lamellar ichthyo- sis, epidermolytic hyperkeratosis, and acquired ichhtyosis, the altered expression of filaggrin must reflect the changes of KHGs in the stratum granulosum.         Recent defense R&D projects have been required as weapons systems applied with advanced technology considering exports. As a result, the complexity of the applied technology increases, and the risk of system development increases. Under these circumstances, an effectives method of performing evolutionary development for economical and timely deployment is presented. To this end, we hope that this study, which proposed the maintenance of related laws and measures for realistic and active evolutionary development, will help the R&D of the weapons systems.
