국내에서 생산되는 정어리어분, 청어어분, 멸치어분, 명태부산물어분 그리고 취치부산물 어분의 일반조성분, 칼슘, 인, 그리고 아미노산 함유량을 측정하였다. 이들 어분의 몇가지 필수아미노산(valine, methionine, isoleucine, leucine)을 제외하고는 필수아미노산 진정이용율의 유의한 차이가 있었다. 어분의 종류별 필수아미노산 이용율은 멸치어분, 정어리어분, 쥐치부산물어분, 청어어분 그리고 명태부산물어분이 각각 95, 93, 91, 91%순위였다. 개별 필수아미노산의 진정이용율은 시험 어분들간에 유의성이 인정되었다. (P<0.01). Lysine 의 진정이용율은 청어어분, 명태부산물어분 그리고 쥐치부산물 어분순으로 낮은 반면에 phenylalanine은 쥐치부산물과 명태부산물어분 순위로 가장 낮았다. 일반적으로 멸치어분은 모든 어분중에서 진정아미노산 이용율이 높게 나타났다. Proximate, calcium, phosphorus and amino acid composition were determined for sardine fish meal (SM), herring fish meal (HM), anchovy fish meal (AM), alaskapolack by-product meal (ABM) and file fish by-product meal (FBM) produced domestically. These fish protein sources were fed to adult male of meat type (Waren G) broiler chicks to determine the true availability of amino acids. The true availability of essential amino acids were closely related to various fish meals with a few exceptions (e.g. valine, methionine, isoleucine and leucine). Average true availability of essential amino acids (9 amino acids) were 95, 93, 93, 91 and 91 percent for AM, SM, FBM; HM and ABM, respectively. Significant differences in the true availability of each individual amino acid were observed among fish meal tested (P<0.01). Lysine availability was low in HM, ABM and FBM whereas phenylalanine was the lowest in FBM and ABM, respectively. AM showed the highest true amino acid availability among all fish meal tested.

Benzophenoneoxime(BZPO), ethyloximinocyanoacetate(EOCA), and terephthaldio- xime(TPDO) were synthesized from benzophenone, ethylcyanoacetate, and terephthalaldehyde, respectively. Oxime derivatives were synthesized from 6ximes with benzoylchloride, toluoylchlo-ride, anisoylchloride, ethylchlorocarbonate, and acetylchloride. And oxime monomer, benzophe-none-g-methacryloyloxime (BZMO), was synthesized from methacrylolychloride with BZPO. Photodegradation of oxime derivatives was carried out by the irradiation of W light in which the free radicals, produced during the photodegradation, could initiate vinyl monomer. The relative decomposition efficiency of oxide derivatives was estimated by comparing UV absorbance decreasing at Lmax in function of irradiation time. In addition, polymers containing oxime ester in pendant group, p(BZMO- MMA), were photografted with vinyl monomer. The graft yield of polymers increased with the mole fraction of BZMO.

Polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and sodium aside were reacted to synthesize PVC-azide, photosensitive polymer, the photosensitive characteristics of which were investigated by yield of residual film and I.R. Spectrum. PVC-azide, 42.01% conversion of chlorine, was prepared by the reaction of 0.2 mole of PVC with 0.1 mole of sodium azide at 60$^{\circ}C$ for 5 hours. 5-nitroacenaphthene, acetophenone and benzophenone were used as a sensitizer. When PVC-azide was irradated for 8 and 16 min. with the addition of 3% of the above three sensitizers, it was observed that the effect of sinsitizer is as follows; 5-nitroacenaphthene> acetophenone> benzophenone and the best result was obtained when the 5-nitroacenaphthene, acetophenone and benzophenone was 3%, 5%, and 8% respectively. The less the weight of film Per area, the better the yield of residual film. The characteristic peak (2,100cm-1) of PVC-azide by ultraviolet irradiation was strikingly decreased.
