A segmented precast panel arch system with a steel outrigger rib was proposed to efficiently exploit material characteristics and a structural section, which resists the internal and external forces caused by arch effects. This study was conducted lifting and installation tests of this arch system and flexural loading tests for precast panels to validate and examine its structural behavior. The load-bearing capacity of a precast panel was experimentally evaluated against the flexural loading that occurred during the lifting process in the flexural loading test. In the lifting experiments for the fabricated arch specimen with a span length and height of 6.2 m and 2.5 m, respectively, the structural behavior of the precast panels and outrigger ribs during lifting were compared with the structural deformations and stresses of the system components after final installation. From the lifting and installation tests conducted in this study, the structural response and behaviors of the proposed arch system and its components were validated and evaluated.
발전구조물의 자산관리 시스템 구축을 위한 시설물분류체계 활용방안에 관한 연구

Recently, the maintenance concept of infrastructure has been changed from the stability management of the structure determined by the safety inspection of the existing facilities to the asset management related to evaluating and managing the performance of the facilities. For management of the property of the facilities, it is necessary to efficiently classify their information for the maintenance and service level of the facilities and to manage them. In the case of power plant facility, especially, it is a complex structure, which is constructed in a various component and detail. In this study, therefore, the components of power plant facility were classified into facilities, spaces, parts, and elements considering the type of integrated construction classification system in Korea. To reflect the deterioration rate of the facility in accordance with environmental conditions such as airborne salt and humidity etc., it was classified by adding direction, interior, and exterior condition of each component not to be considered in the existing classification system for its effective and systematic maintenance, since it is generally located in the coastal area due to the operation of the power generation structure. The classification system developed in this study can be used as fundamental data for development of the computer system for asset management of power plant facility.
알루미늄 보강재 적용에 따른 원형 단부 콘크리트 블록의 지압 보강 효과

In this study, a bearing test was performed and analytically evaluated to evaluate the bearing performance according to the application of the aluminum stiffener in round-end concrete. In the bearing strength test, the change in bearing performance due to the aluminum stiffener using the aluminum form for manufacturing concrete with round-end, and the steel anchor bolts for member movement and assembly was confirmed. The FE analysis model was identically configured to the experimental conditions, and the result was compared with the experiment. Also, the crack patterns and stress behavior were confirmed. In addition, the effect of strength change of the aluminum stiffener on the round-end concrete was also evaluated analytically. The bearing strength of the round-end concrete increased by about 20% due to the aluminum stiffener, and it was confirmed that the steel anchor bolt did not affect the bearing strength. The maximum load and crack patterns shown as a result of FE analysis were similar to those of the experiment. As a result of FE analysis according to the strength change of the aluminum stiffener, the maximum load change according to the increase and decrease of the strength of the aluminum stiffener by 10% and 20% was evaluated to have no significant effect at a maximum of about 4% compared to before the strength change.

This study investigated the structural behavior of an arch system composed of segmental precast concrete panels and steel outrigger ribs, with respect to the cross-sectional geometries of the structural members. Thus, a three-dimensional finite element (3D FE) analysis of the proposed arch system was conducted at each construction step, and the cross-sectional geometries of the structural members were varied. From the results of the FE analysis regarding the structural-member cross-sectional configurations and geometries, the changes in stress and deformation were identified with respect to the changes in the thickness of the precast panels, thickness of the outrigger ribs, and height of the V-strip. Stresses and displacements of structural members in the proposed arch system were affected up to 48% by the height of the V-strip and the thickness of the outrigger ribs. The thickness of the precast panel affected relatively small on its structural behaviors. Therefore, the height of the V-strip and thickness of the outrigger ribs should be considered as the major design parameters for the design of the proposed arch system.

The maintenance cost is rapidly increasing due to the increased of infrastructures such as railway and port etc., it is necessary management method of facility for measures and extend life. In the case of international infrastructure, in order to asset management to reasonably and effectively, asset management systems were developed for the management of facilities in various countries such as Australia and Canada etc. In this study, to develop the asset management process, the question investigation was conducted on maintenance site personnels for maintenance of the steel structure.
아웃리거 설치 분절 프리캐스트 콘크리트 아치 시스템의 아치형성 실험

본 연구는 강재 아웃리거가 구비된 분절 프리캐스트 콘크리트 아치 시스템의 아치 형성 과정에서 나타나는 프리캐스트 패널의 접합과 형상 구현 여부 등의 구조적 거동을 평가하기 위하여 인상 실험을 통한 아치형성 실험을 실시하였다. 아치형성 평가를 위하여 현장조건과 동일한 제원의 아치 실험체를 제작하였으며, 인상 과정 중 발생하는 아치 구성 부재의 거동과 아치 시스템의 거동 특성을 확인하였다. 대상 아치 시스템의 아치 형성 실험 결과, 인상과정에서 프리캐스트 패널간 연결로 인하여 아치 시스템의 형상이 원활하게 구현되는 것을 확인하였으며, 이에 따른 구성 부재들의 국부 변형 및 응력을 확인하였다.

본 연구에서는 강재 아웃리거가 구비된 분절 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널 아치 시스템의 시공과정에서 발생할 수 있는 구조 부재간의 상대적 거동과 아치 시스템의 구조적 거동을 평가하기 위하여 현장적용 실험을 실시하였다. 제안된 아치의 시공과정을 평가하기 위하여 지간 6m, 아치 높이 2m의 아치 시험체와 18m 길이의 콘크리트 벽체가 설치되었다. 현장에서의 시공 과정 평가는 현장 조립된 아치실험체의 인상 후, 아치구조가 형성된 프리캐스트 패널 단부에 성토를 위한 콘크리트 벽체를 설치하고 실제 시공단계를 고려하여 아치시스템에 대한 성토를 실시하고 이에 따른 거동변화를 확인하였다.

본 연구에서는 분절형 콘크리트 블록과 아웃리거를 적용한 분절형 프리캐스트 패널 아치 교량의 분절형 프리캐스트 콘크리트 패널 연결부의 형상과 상세를 개선하기 위하여 프리캐스트 패널 연결부에 대한 3차원 비선형 구조해석을 실시하였다. 콘크리트 프리캐스트 패널의 경우 아치 교량의 특성에 따라 압축력이 작용하게 되므로 패널 연결부에 대한 지압 거동 특성을 반영할 수 있도록 원형 연결부를 적용하였으며, 본 연구에서는 이러한 패널 연결부의 특성과 상세에 따른 영향을 고려하기 위하여 프리캐스트 패널 연결부 상세와 지압 하중의 방향을 변화시켜 그 영향을 확인하였다.
