다양한 불안정면에서의 스쿼트 운동 시 무릎 관절 각도에 따른 하지근육의 근활성도 차이 분석

본 연구의 목적은 안정면과 밸런스 패드, 보수에서 스쿼트 시 무릎 관절의 굴곡 각도에 따른 하지근육의 근활성도를 조사하여 효과적인 스쿼트 방법을 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상자는 남녀 성인 10명을 대상으로 선정하였다. 대상자들은 45도, 90도, 120도 각도에서 등척성 수축으로 3회 반복 측정 진행하였다. 대상자들의 무릎 각도를 유지한 상태로 안정면과 2가지 불안정면 위에서의 등척성 수축 시 근활성도를 측정하였다. 대상자들의 근활성도를 알아보기 위해 무선 근전도 측정기를 이용하여 대퇴직근, 내측광근, 외측광근, 대퇴이두근, 반건양근, 전경골근, 장비골근, 내측비복근, 외측비복근을 측정하였다. 각 요인(면, 각도)의 주효과와 상호작용 효과를 알아보기 위해 반복측정에 의한 이원분산분석(two-way ANOVA with repeated measures)을 실시하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. (1) 대퇴직근, 내측광근, 외측광근은 지지면에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았지만 무릎 각도에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 무릎 각도가 증가할수록 대퇴직근, 내측광근, 외측광근의 근활성도가 크게 나타났다. (2) 전경골근, 장비골근은 무릎 각도와 지지면에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 무릎각도와 지지면간의 상호작용 효과에서는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 무릎 각도가 증가할수록 전경골근과 장비골근의 근활성도가 크게 나타났으며, 지지면의 불안정 정도가 증가할수록 전경골근과 장비골근의 근활성도가 크게 나타났다. (3) 대퇴이두근, 반건양근, 내측비복근, 외측비복근은 무릎 각도와 지지면에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 위의 결과와 같이 스쿼트 동작 시 지지면의 차이와 무릎 굽힘 각도의 변화가 발목관절 주변 근육 근활성도 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 향후에는 다양한 중재 방식과 숙련 정도에 따른 다양한 대상자를 선별하여 스쿼트 효과를 비교하는 지속적인 연구가 필요할 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to provide an effective squat method by investigating the muscle activity of the lower limb muscles according to the flexion angle of the knee joint when squatting on the stability surface, balance pad, and Bosu. The subjects of this study were 10 male and female adults. Subjects repeated measurements three times with isometric contractions at knee angles of 45 degrees, 90 degrees, and 120 degrees. Muscle activity was measured during isometric contraction on a stable surface and two unstable surfaces while maintaining the subjects' knee angle. To investigate the muscle activity of the subjects, the rectus femoris, vastus medialis, vastus lateralis, biceps femoris, semitendinosus, tibialis anterior, peroneus longus, medial gastrocnemius, and lateral gastrocnemius were measured using a wireless electromyography device. To determine the main effect and interaction effect of each factor (surface, angle), two-way ANOVA with repeated measures was performed and the following results were obtained. (1) There was no statistically significant difference in the surfaces for the rectus femoris, vastus medialis, and vastus lateralis, but there was a statistically significant difference in knee angles. As the knee angle increased, the muscle activity of the rectus femoris, vastus medialis, and vastus lateralis increased. (2) There was a statistically significant difference between the tibialis anterior and peroneus longus muscles in both knee angles and surfaces. There was no statistically significant difference in the interaction effect between knee angles and surfaces. As the knee angle increased, the muscle activity of the tibialis anterior and peroneus longus increased significantly, and as the degree of instability increased, the muscle activity of the tibialis anterior and peroneus longus increased. (3) There was no statistically significant difference in knee angles and surfaces for the biceps femoris, semitendinosus, medial gastrocnemius, and lateral gastrocnemius. As shown in the above results, it was found that the difference in the surfaces and the change in knee angles during the squat had a positive effect on improving the muscle activity of the muscles around the ankle joint. Therefore, in the future, continued research will be needed to compare the effects of squats by selecting various intervention methods and various subjects according to level of skill.

This research is fundamentally intended to find the spirit of comedy as a searching examination of meaning of critical side appearing in Oh Young - Jin's play. Especially this research is intend to find social meaning which his comic trait has and to grasp a phenomenon started from his resistive intention which he has at the dark age under the reigh of Japan. This research is intended to explain a creative back ground in connection with his experience and realistic cognition where he couldn't help writting comic play in such an atmosphere of literary world and the setting of the period around 1940s in chapter Ⅱ Oh Young - Jin chose play without turning away reality in a dark and chaotic age unparalleled in history, chose comic style in order to express the society of the day with piercing an incisive style. Comic trait which is refiected in his play means a detour reflection of a irrational society of the day and this realistic reflection through comic world was the very Oh Young Jin's literary world. Critical theme of reality appearing in Oh Young Jin's play is mainly conspicuous : through satire and satirical techniques of his characteristic style is not different from the one and only weapon prosecuting and divulging socio - political contradiction, a patholohical. phenomenon effectively not to be able to be criticized by orthodox method in chapter Ⅲ. And. also he showed superior ability at figuring a typical - comic character. Especially a creation of character, which is described pictorically and expressed by outstanding humor, operates as a definite factor to arouse a smile of the audience and readers by climaxing the play's comic atmosphere. In his play, personal type being representative of good and evil is comfronted remarkably and positive character, who has good view of value, plays an important role to be a mouthpiece for a view of the world that the writer aimed at, And. this research is intended to be contiguous . to essence of his comic spirit by examining the meaning of smile. As a guiding principles, this research shows only a bone centering around grasping symbolic nature in subject grasping, character observing, one's part speech, etc., with concentrating more in the work which the taxtbook contains. If his play was a product of essence which was born under historical condition in 1940s, he had a intention to get into the would where is better, lighter through a smile that is the nature of comedy from the flood tide of darkness, hopelessness in those day. A smile that his comic trait is causing is integrated by a satirical and a humorous smile. The former contains a sharp criticism and a intention of punishment that went with enlightenmint and the latter contains a reconciling spirit that went with a warmheart. Namely a smile in his play gets put together : a critical smile and spirit of tolerance, and a criticism, a reconciling spirit, a spirit of demunciation that each smile implies is the very essence of Oh Young Jin's comic spirit. In the end, I think that a dramatic literature in modern Korea is in a state of low stage yet. Because of that reason, it is desirable that we should try to find a way of living by understanding about the works of previous age. This research is only talked about examining Oh Young-Din's dramatic literature with critical spirit. I want to say in addition that it is desirable that there should be a elaborate analysis of framework.
