정밀 직교 피딩 로봇시스템 적용 롤 밴딩 공정 기술 개발

본 연구는 기피공정중 하나인 롤밴딩 공정의 자동화시스템을 평가하였다. 그 결과 기존 1시간에 20개의 장약통을 생산하는 효율성을 1시간에 50개를 생산하는 공정으로 변화시켰다. 생산량의 평균값은 1시간당 57.6개의 생산, 반복정밀도의 오차는 0.03mm, 평균 롤 직경 오차값은 0.49mm, 평균 정렬 오차값은 0.09mm, 평균 공정리드타임은 43.21초로 나타났다. 생산성, 반복정밀도, 불량률, 얼라인 불량률, 공정 리드타임 등 구체적인 평가 방식을 제시하였다. 이를 통하여 자동화된 시스템을 검증하였다. 추후 본 연구에 수행된 내용들이 다른 자동화 시스템의 검증에 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다. This study evaluated the automated system of the roll bending process, which is one of the difficult processes. In the past, 20 cartridges were produced per hour. but Automation changed it to a process that produces 50 pieces per hour. The average value of production was 57.6 pieces per hour, error of repeatability was 0.03 mm, average roll diameter error value was 0.49 mm, average alignment error value was 0.09 mm and average process lead time was 43.21 seconds. This paper presented specific evaluation methods such as productivity, repeatability, defect rate, alignment defect rate, and process lead time. It is thought that the contents performed in this study will be helpful in the verification of other automation systems in the future.

주택용 가스배관 체크앵글 안전밸브 개발 연구

본 연구는 주택용 가스배관 체크앵글 안전밸브에 관한 것으로 긴급 발생시 1초 이내에 수동으로 차단이 가능하고, 또 손의 힘으로 가압 3kg에 터치가 가능 하도록 하고, 또 긴급시 차단 작동 후 차단 볼 지름이 7mm로 번복 사용이 가능하도록 기술 개발 하였다. 연구결과 첫째 밸브 작동 후. 평균 0.61 초로 나타났다. 따라서 안전밸브로서 사용하여도 작동에는 문제가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 손의 힘으로 가압 3kg이내 터치에 모두 작동 되었다. 셋째, 차단 볼 지름이 7mm로 번복 사용한 결과 모두 이상 없는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 가스배관 체크앵글 안전밸브를 개발하고 기존 밸브와의 시험을 통하여 성능을 검증한 것에 의미가 있다. This study deals with the check valve safety valve for residential gas piping. It can be manually shut off within 1 second in case of emergency, and it is possible to touch 3kg of pressure by hand force. To develop the technology so that it can be used repeatedly. Study results after first valve operation. And 0.61 seconds on average. Therefore, it was found that there was no problem in operation even when used as a safety valve. Third, it was found that all of the results of using the blocking ball diameter of 7mm were not abnormal. In this study, it is meaningful to develop the check valve safety valve of gas piping and verify the performance by testing with existing valve.

태권도이벤트에 대한 지역사회 의식 및 협력의사의 관계

이 연구는 태권도이벤트 효과 인식이 지역사회 의식 및 협력의사에 관여하고 있는지를 실증적으로 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 태권도이벤트 효과 인식과 지역사회 인식, 협력의사의 관계모형을 설정한 다음 구조방정식모형(SEM: structural equation model)을 통하여 변인간의 인과적 관계를 규명하였다. 연구대상은 강원도 춘천시에서 개최되는 "2007 CHUNCHEON OPEN 국제태권도대회" 기간 중 지역주민을 모집단으로 선정한 다음 편의표본추출법을 이용하여 460명을 표집 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS V13.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석(frequency analysis), 탐색적 요인분석(exploratory factor analysis), 상관분석(Correlation Analysis)을 실시하였으며, AMOS 5.0 프로그램을 이용하여 각 측정모형의 구성타당도(construct validity)를 검증하기 위해 확인적 요인분석(confirmatory factor analysis)을 실시한 후, 이론모형의 적합도를 공변량 구조분석(covariance structure analysis)으로 검증하였다. 태권도이벤트 효과 인식이 지역사회 인식에 미치는 직접효과는 .793으로 나타났다. 지역사회 인식이 협력의사에 미치는 직접효과는 .730으로 나타났으며, 태권도이벤트 효과 인식이 지역사회 인식을 통해서 협력의사에 미치는 간접효과는 .579로 나타났다. 즉, 태권도이벤트 효과인식은 지역사회의식과 협력의사에 긍정적으로 영향을 미치고 있다. The purpose of this study is to investigate how Taekwondo events are related to sense of community and local residents` cooperative intention "2007 Chuncheon Open International Taekwondo Competition" held from 2007 in Kwangwondo Chuncheon. And 460 were used for data analysis. For data process, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis were employed using the SPSS V13.0 program, and the AMOS 5.0 program, the validity of the theory model was verified by covariance structure analysis. the direct effect that the effect recognition of Taekwondo events influenced the sense of community was .793, the direct effect that the sense of community had an effect on cooperation intention was .730 and the indirect effect that the effect recognition of Taekwondo events influenced cooperation intention through the sense of community was .579. In sum, Taekwondo events have an effect on sense of community and local residents` cooperative intention.

산업진흥융합 : 물 재이용에 대한 인식이 물 재이용 실천의도에 미치는 영향

물 재이용에 대한 인식이 물 재이용 실천의도에 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 연구결과 물 재이용 절수제품구매의도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 물 재이용 실천 필요성 인식, 세면수 재활용 양변기 효과 인지도(p<.01),공공기관 절수제품 의무설치 인식, 절수제품 의무설치 대상 확대 찬성도, 물 재이용 법률 인지도(p<.05)로 나타났다. 또한 월평균 가구소득이 150만원 이하인 경우, 직업이 전문가 및 관련 종사자와 판매 및 기능 종사자인 경우, 월평균 수도요금이 4만원대 이상인 경우 물 재이용 절수제품 구매의도가 상대적으로 높은 집단 간 차이가 나타났다. 본연구는 물 재이용에 대한 인식이 물 재이용 실천의도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 물 재이용 실천율을 높이기 위한 물 재이용 정책 추진방향에 시사점을 제공한 데 그 의의가 있다. This study verified the effect of the perception of water reuse on water reuse practice intention. The study results showed that the perception of water reuse practice necessity, the effect of water recycling toilet(p<.01), compulsory installation of water recycling product in public institution, expansion of compulsory installation of water recycling product, the law of water reuse promotion and support(p<.05). Also, monthly household income, occupation and monthly water rate significantly affected the between-group differences of water reuse practice intention. This study provided implications for operating water reuse policy by analyzing the effect of the perception of water reuse on water reuse practice intention to enhance water reuse practice.

중소제조업의 NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 중소제조업의 NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, NCS적용 교육훈련이 직무수행을 높이는 데 미친 영향을 분석한 결과 집체교육이 직무지식(p<.001, β =5.130), 현장훈련이 직무기 술(p<.01, β =3.783), 현장훈련이 직무태도(p<.05, β =-2.448)에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행 상관관계에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 직무기술과 직무지식(p<.01, β =.740), 직무기술과 집 체교육(p<.01, β =.459), 직무지식과 집체교육(p<.01, β =.575)과 직무태도와 현장훈련(p<.05, β =-.320), 집체교육과 현장훈련(p<.05, β =.268)이 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 일반적 특성의 연령이 직무태도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 20대(3.44), 30대(3.26), 40대(3.63)보다 50대(3.75)가 직무태도가 높은 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 중소 제조업의 NCS 기반 교육훈련이 직무수행에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 성과 분석에 관한 연구의 폭을 넓히고 학습형태에 따른 효과성을 규명하는 데 연구의 의의가 있다. This study analyzed the effect of NCS - based education and training of small and medium manufacturing on job performance. The results of this study were as follows: First, the effects of NCS education and training on job performance (p<.001, β =5.130) were analyzed. As a result, (p<.01, β =3.783) and on-the-job training had a significant effect on job attitude (p <.05, β = -2.448). (P <.01, β = .740), job skill and collective education (p <.01, β = .459), and job skill (P <.01, β = .575), job attitude and field training (p <.05, β = -. 320), collective education and field training (p < .268) were found to be correlated. Third, the analysis of the effect of the age of general characteristics on job attitude showed that the fifties (3.75) had higher attitude than the 20s (3.44), 30s (3.26) and 40s (3.63). The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of NCS - based education and training on the job performance of small and medium manufacturing industries.

The malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor(MPNST) is an extremely rare soft tissue sarcoma of ectomes-enchyme also known as malignant schwannoma or malignant neurilemoma. It is a highly malignant sarcoma, which is locally invasive, frequently leading to multiple recurrences and eventual metastatic spread. The peak incidence of this disease is known to arise in the seventh decades. In human body, trunk and extremities are the most commonly involved sites, and only 8-14% of all lesions appear in head and neck region. Because immu-nohistochemical staining is essential in final diagnosis. The authors report a case of malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor in neck with hypopharyngeal cancer simultaneously on a review of the literature.

산업진흥기술경영 : 학습조직 구축수준이 학습조직화 사업 만족도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 학습조직화 사업에서 학습조직 구축수준이 학습조직화 사업 만족도에 미치는 영향과 강한 리더십의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구결과 학습조직 구축수준이 학습조직화 사업 만족도에 유의한 영향(p<.001, β=.652)을 미쳤으며 세부 요인별로 자아완성은 지식창출과 이전 및 재무적 성과에, 시스템사고와 팀학습은 학습인프라 구축에, 비전공유는 학습문화 및 활동·팀워크 및 네트워킹·재무적 성과에 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 상사의 강한 리더십에 따라 학습조직 구축수준의 팀학습 요인이 학습조직화 사업 만족도에 미치는 영향이 달라지는 조절효과가 나타났다. 본연구결과를 통해 학습조직 구축수준이 학습조직화 사업의 만족도에 미치는 영향을 밝힘으로써 학습이론과 실제 사업성과를 연결시켜 인과관계를 분석했으며 성공적인 학습조직 운영을 위한 시사점을 제공한 데 그 의의가 있다. This study verified the effect of the level of learning organization on satisfaction of learning organization support project and the moderating effect of charismatic leadership. The level of learning organization positively affected satisfaction of learning organization support project. Especially, personal mastery affected creating&spreading knowledge and financial performance, system thingking affected building learning infra, shared vision affected learning culture&activity, teamwork and financial performance. Also, charismatic leadership partially moderated the effect of learning organization. This study provided implications to manage successful learning organization by analyzing causal relationship between learning theory and practical corporate performance.

산업진흥경영 : 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 적용이 직무 몰입도에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 적용이 직무 몰입도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 기업의 채용과정, 성과평가 및 역량개발에 대한 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 적용도와 직무만족, 조직몰입, 직무성과 및 이직의도의 관계성을 검증하였다. 연구결과 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 적용도가 조직몰입(p<.001)과 직무성과(p<.01)에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 세부 요인별로 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 채용과정과 역량개발에 대한 적용도는 조직몰입에 유의한 영향(p<.001)을 미쳤으며, 국가직무능력표준(NCS)의 역량개발 적용도는 직무성과에 유의한 영향(p<.05)을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 적용이 직무 몰입도에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 기업 현장에서의 국가직무능 력표준(NCS) 도입의 타당성과 효과성을 밝힌 데에 그 의의가 있다. This study verified the effect of the application of National Competency Standard on job involvement. The study results showed that the application of National Competency Standard significantly affected Organizational Commitment(β=.583, p<.001) and Job Performanc(β=.366, p<.01). Spcecifically, the application of National Competency Standard in hiring process and developing ability significantly affected Organizational Commitment(p<.001), and the application of National Competency Standard in developing ability significantly affected Job Performance(p<.05). This study proved the validity and effectiveness of adopting National Competency Standard in human resource management by confirming the effect of the application of National Competency Standard on job involvement.

스포츠이벤트가 지역사회 형성에 미치는 영향

The purpose of this study is to investigate how sport events are related to community formation. The subjects were residents of Jeonju city who came to watch sport events during ``World Takwondo Cultural Festival``. Using convenient sampling method a total of 650 samples were extracted, among which 610 samples were used for final data analysis except 40 unsincere and inadequate samples. Self-administration method was used based on schematized questionnaires. Frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze collected data. The results are as follows. First, sport events have an effect on community affection. Second, sport events have an effect on willingness for commitment. Third, sport events have an effect on cognition of integration. Fourth, sport events have an effect on community evaluation.
