        이질 구조부 보강방법에 따른 혼합구조보의 휨거동 특성에 관한 연구

        This study was to investigate structural behavior of composite structure beams composed of end-RC. center-Steel according to respective reinforcing method for connection zone composed of different materials (SRC) while attaching main bars on steel-flange by welding. The main reinforcing methods are as follows ; non-reinforcing, vertical shear reinforcing (type-stirrup), inclined reinforcing(type-x), horizontal reinforcing(type-web, 0.3L), double horizontal reinforcing (type-web, 0.3L), vertical reinforcing (type-flange, 0.3L). Consequently, It showed little difference in structural properties like ductility and strength according to the attaching method of main bars. For Maximizing the structural properties of composite beam, the most effective methods were vertical reinforcing one and double horizontal reinforcing one. 본 연구에서는 단부 RC 중앙보 S조 혼합보에 대해 RC부 주근의 정착방법(플랜지 위에 직접 용접, 스터드 볼트 용접 정착) 과 이질구조부 (SRC 부)의 보강 방법에 따른 구조적 거동 분석을 고찰하였다. 이질구조부 보강방법으로는 무보강, 수직전단보강근 보강[D10-@50], 경사보강(X자형 보강), 수평보강1[웨브보강(0.3L)], 수평보강2[웨브보강(0.3L)], 수직보강[플랜지보강(0.3L)]과 같은 보강방법을 주요변수로 하여 구조적 특성을 상호 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 보 주근의 정착방법에 따른 연성능력 및 내력 등과 같은 구조적 특성에는 큰 차이가 없었으며, 혼합구조보의 구조적 특성을 극대화시키기 위해서는 이질구조부를 수직보강한 경우와 2열 수평으로 보강한 방법이 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

        철골철근비에 따른 혼합구조보의 내력 및 변형 특성에 관한 연구

        기존에 수행된 연구에서는 혼합구조보의 구조적 특성을 결정할 수 있는 제 영향인자 중에서 주근의 정착방법, 전단스팬비의 변화, 이질구조부의 보강 유무, 보강 방법의 변화 등에 따른 일련의 연구 성과들을 발표하였으며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 이질구조부에 대한 응력전달 및 내력상승 측면에서 철골단면적에 대한 인장철근비(철골철근비)를 변화시킨 단부 RC 중앙부 SC조 혼합보에 대해 RC부 주근의 정착방법(플랜지위 직접 용접, 스터드볼트 용접정착)에 따른 구조적 거동 특성을 고찰하였다. 그 결과 주근의 정착방법에 따른 구조적 특성은 거의 나타나지 않았으며, 철골철근비가 증가함에 따라 내력면에서는 효율성을 기대할 수 있으나, 연성능력이 저하될 수 있으므로 혼합구조보의 구조적 특성을 극대화시키기 위해서는 적정한 철골철근비로 제한하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. In the preceding study, a series of results was presented according to factors like as attaching method of main bar, shear span to depth ratio, reinforcing method for different types of region among various factors, which could determine the properties of composite beams. Based on these results, this study was planned to investigate the structural behaviors of according to attaching method of main bar for composite beams(end-reinforced concrete(RC), center-steel concrete (SC)) varying ratio of tensile bar to steel mainly. Consequently, there were little difference according to attaching method of main bar. And as the ratio of tensile bar to steel increase, the efficiency of strength was high, but ductile capacity of beams could deteriorate. Therefore, to maximize the structural properties of composite beams, it was considered that the ratio of tensile bar to steel should be limited.

        고관절 고위 탈구 환자에서 전자하 단축 절골술을 이용한 조립식 무시멘트형 고관절 전치환술

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to report on the results of performing modular cementless total hip arthroplasty with a simultaneous subtrochanteric shortening osteotomy in patients with high hip dislocation. Materials and Methods: We evaluated 23 patients (24 hips) with high hip dislocation and who had undergone total hip arthroplasty using a proximally modular cementless stem in combination with a subtrochanteric shortening osteotomy in order to place the acetabular cup at the level of the anatomic hip center between May 1996 and June 2008. There were 6 males and 17 females with a mean age of 44 years. The mean duration of follow-up was 5.6 years. Results: The mean Harris hip score improved from 53 points preoperatively to 88 points at the time of final followup (P<0.001), and there were good or excellent results in 21 hips (87.5%). There was one instance of isolated loosening of the acetabular component. With the exception of one hip requiring revision surgery at 12 years postoperatively because of polyethylene wear and cup loosening, all the remaining components were well-fixed at the time of the last follow-up. A total of 4 hips (17%) had complications during follow-up; one dislocation, two transient femoral nerve palsies and one nonunion of the subtrochanteric osteotomy site. Conclusion: Modular cementless total hip arthroplasty with a subtrochanteric shortening osteotomy in patients with high hip dislocation was associated with excellent clinical outcomes while it minimized additional fixation of the osteotomy site.

        도시의 중심성과 연관성에 기초한 지역의 공간구조 설정방법 및 탐색적 적용에 관한 연구 : 충청권 적용 사례를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to establish a analysis method of spatial structure and apply the method to the case area of Chungcheong. In this study, the components of spatial structure were set up in three categories: population, facilities and activities. The total population and the productive population were selected as indicators of population category. The number of employees, the number of hospital beds, the area of commercial facilities, and the number of high school students were chosen as those of facilities category. And the number of transfer and commuters were selected as those of activities category. To establish spatial structure, the centrality index and the relationship index were derived from the selected indicators. The centrality index was derived from the indicators of population and facilities, and the relationship index was derived from those of activities. The final outcome of spatial structure was completed by scheming the index of centrality and relationship into the space. In accordance with the above methodology, the spatial structure of Chungcheong province was analyzed. The results showed that the centrality and relationship of Daejeon, Cheongju, Cheonan, and Sejong in Chungcheong province were high and strong. This study is expected to be provided as a basis research for various discussions on spatial structures.

        주거환경개선사업과 주택재개발사업의 주거환경 만족도 및 만족요인 비교연구

        본 연구의 목적은 주거환경개선사업지구와 주택재개발사업지구 내 거주자들의 주거환경 만족도 및 영향요인을 비교·분석하는 것이다. 정비사업의 사후평가 차원에서 대전광역시에 위치한 주거환경개선사업지구와 주택재개발사업지구 거주자를 설문조사하여 그 특성을 비교·분석하였다. 연구를 통해 도출된 주요 내용을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주택재개발사업지구내 거주자의 주거환경 만족도가 주거환경개선사업지구 거주자에 비해 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 상대적으로 주택재개발사업은 단지 내부적 요인 그리고 주거환경개선사업은 외부적 요인의 개선이 필요함을 인지할 수 있다. 둘째, 주거환경개선사업지구내 거주자의 주거환경 종합만족도는 물리적 환경에 대한 만족도와 연관이 높은 반면, 주택재개발사업지구에서는 경제적 환경이나 근린의식과 연관이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 세부항목간 상관관계 특성을 효과적으로 활용한다면 정비사업 유형별 거주자들의 주거환경 종합만족도를 보다 효과적으로 높이는 전략으로 연결할 수 있을 것이다. 마지막으로, 주거환경 종합만족도에 영향을 주는 공통요인은 경제적 환경에 대한 만족도로 파악되었다. 경제적 요인 외에 주거환경개선사업지구에서는 ‘현재 단지에 대한 인식·이미지’ 항목의 만족도가, 주택재개발 사업지구에서는 ‘단지의 청소 및 관리상태’와 ‘단지 주변 치안·방범’ 항목 등의 만족도가 주요 영향요인으로 도출되었다. 본 연구는 실제 정비사업지구 내 거주자 대상의 설문조사에 기초한 실증분석이라는 점에서 의미가 있다. 특히 정비사업 유형인 주거환경개선사업지구와 주택재개발사업지구를 비교?분석하였다는 점에서 기존 연구와 차별성이 있다. 또한, 주거환경 종합만족도와 세부항목 간의 만족도 연관관계 및 영향요인에 있어서 정비사업 유형별로 차이가 있었다는 점은 연구를 통해 도출된 중요한 성과라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구에서 다루지 못한 다양한 관점의 연구를 진행하고, 이를 주거환경 개선전략과 연계한다면 사업유형별로 보다 효과적인 주거환경 개선을 도모할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to compare the residential environment satisfaction and to deduce the factors of dwelling satisfaction in RIPD(Residential Improvement Project District) and HRPD(Housing Redevelopment Project District) in Daejeon Metropolitan Area. This study conducted surveys of 120 inhabitants in RIPD and 70 in HRPD to achieve our goals and the results are follows. Firstly, the residential environment satisfaction in RIPD was higher than that in HRPD. Secondly, the total residential environment satisfaction in RIPD was highly associated with the physical environment satisfaction. but the financial condition and neighborhood environment are more important in HRPD. Lastly, the common factor affecting to the total residential environment satisfaction in the both districts is the financial condition. And the satisfaction of impression about the current district is another main factor influencing to the total residential environment satisfaction in RIPD. Meanwhile, the satisfactions of management and cleaning condition and of security and crime prevention are crucial in HRPD. This study is significant as an actual proof analysis based on the survey with residents in the current urban redevelopment districts. The comparison analysis method of the total residential environment satisfaction in RIPD and HRPD is especially worthy of notice. Also one of the important results from this study is the differentiation of the residential environment satisfaction by urban redevelopment project types. If further research with various viewpoints and methods would be carried out, it will be helpful for the residential environment improvement.

        고속철도 개통이 대전역세권에 미치는 영향 -업종변화 및 인식조사를 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the impacts of KTX opening on Daejeon Railway Station Impact Area(DRSIA). The major findings of the empirical study based on the comparative analysis of land use between 2005 and 2008 as well as survey on the shopkeeper are summarized as follows. First, dwellings had a high distribution ratio continuously and the responses of shopkeepers showed that the impacts of KTX opening were weaker than that it had been expected. Secondly, the vacancy rate in DRSIA had been reduced and the number of store for shopping goods such convenience stores, foods and beverages, clothes-accessories had been increased. Especially these changes were almost found around the KTX station area as well as the main street. Finally, the correlation between the number of store changes and the KTX opening was not clear, and different depends on the types of business of the store in DRSIA.

        가구특성 및 주거환경이 공동주택 리모델링 선호에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to analyze the impacts of household`s characteristics and residential environment on remodeling preference. The results of analysis in this study revealed that; First, the Cross-tabulation Analysis is conducted to study whether there is difference in housing preference according to household`s characteristics. In the result, there are no differences in it`s favor except for distinction of sex. Second, this study calculated the satisfaction about residential environment as to internal residential environment or external one and housing preference groups(remodeling preference group and new-housing one). Through the result of analysis, the group having a high satisfaction about residential environment prefer to remodeling housing. And the group of remodeling preference has a high satisfaction on the infrastructure. On the other hand, the group of new-housing chosen is contented with non-physical environment. After the analyzing of the difference of housing preference as to residential environment`s satisfaction, it is found that the favor of remodeling is relative to not only internal residential environment but also external one. At the end, the Discriminant Analysis is executed to find out the factors affecting to housing preference. The result is that impacts of external residential factors such as ``convenience facilities`` and ``road & parking`` are larger than that of internal residential factors. According to the upper results, it is necessary to make a profound study of ``remodeling`` in the aspect of urban planning as well as that of architectural and inner-housing design.
