태권도 교육 서비스 구매 후 소비자 만족도와 수련 지속성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 태권도 교육 소비자인 학부모와 수련생이 태권도 교육 서비스를 구매한 후 소비자 만족도가 수련 지속성에 미치는 영향에 대하여 규명하여 성공적인 태권도장 경영과 질 높은 교육 서비스를 학부모와 수련생에게 제공하기 위해 연구를 진행 하였다. 연구대상은 경기도 과천지역에 소재하고 있는 태권도장에 다니는 수련생 194부에 대한 자료를 분석하였다. 조사 도구는 소비자 만족도와 지속성에 관한 선행연구에서 사용한 설문지를 참고로 전문가의 자문을 통하여 본 연구의 목적에 맞게 수정 보완하여 사용하였으며, 작성된 설문지는 Window용 SPSS/PC+12.0 Version 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석의 목적에 따라 분석 하였다. 첫째, 설문지의 각 항목에 대한 타당도와 신뢰도를 알아보기 위해 탐색적 요인분석(Exploratory Factory Analysis:EFA)과 신뢰도분석(Internal Consistency Reliability)를 실시하여 Cronbach's Alpha(α)의 값으로 신뢰도를 판단하였다. 둘째, 태권도 수련생들의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 태권도 교육 서비스 구매 후 소비자 만족도 차이를 알아보기 위하여 독립표본 t 검증(Independent samples t-test), 일원변량분산분석(One-way ANOVA)을 실시하였고 사후검증은 Scheffe의 방법을 이용하였다. 셋째, 태권도 수련생들이 인식하고 있는 태권도 교육 서비스 구매 후 소비자 만족도에 따른 수련지속성에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위하여 상관관계분석과 다중회귀분석(multiple regression analysis)을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 태권도 교육 서비스 구매 후 소비자 만족도가 수련 지속성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 급수에 따른 태권도 교육 서비스 구매 후 소비자 만족도를 알아보니 회원만족, 수련만족, 지도자만족, 소비자 만족 항목에서 유급자가 유품자 보다 만족도가 더 높았다. 둘째, 수련 빈도에 따른 태권도 교육 서비스 구매 후 소비자 만족도는 주5회 수련이 주 3회에 비해서 더 만족도가 높았다. 셋째, 태권도 교육 서비스 구매 후 소비자 만족도가 높을수록 수련 지속 욕구와 수련 지속 의지도 높았다. 넷째, 태권도 교육 서비스 구매 후 소비자 만족도가 높을수록 참여지속 욕구와 참여지속 의지가 강했다. This study was conducted to examine the effect of customer satisfaction about purchased Taekwondo education service on training durability and to provide successful management of Taekwondo academies and high quality services to parents and students. 194 trainees attending Taekwondo academies in Gwacheon, Gyeonggi region were selected as experimental subjects for the survey. The survey used in a preceding study on customer satisfaction and durability was modified and supplemented with the advices of experts to fit the purpose of this study, and the returned survey was analyzed according to the purpose of analysis using a statistics program called SPSS/PC+ Version 12.0 for Windows. First, exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and internal consistency reliability analysis were performed to examine feasibility and reliability of each survey item using Cronbach's alpha (α) value. Second, to find the difference in customer satisfaction after purchase of Taekwondo education service according to demographical characteristics of trainees, independent samples t-test and one-way ANOVA were performed. The method of Scheffe was used for post-hoc test. Third, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were done to examine the effect of customer satisfaction about Taekwondo education service on training durability. The analysis results found in this study about the effect of customer satisfaction after purchase of Taekwondo education service on training durability are as follows. First, trainees with geup level showed higher degree of satisfaction compared to trainees with poom or dan in the items of member satisfaction, training satisfaction, trainer satisfaction and customer satisfaction after purchase of Taekwondo education service. Second, in terms of frequency of training after purchase of Taekwondo education service, higher degree of customer satisfaction was shown by five trainings a week than three trainings a week. Third, trainees with higher degree of customer satisfaction after purchase showed greater desire and will to continue the training. Fourth, trainees with higher degree of customer satisfaction after purchase showed greater desire and will to participate.

Fulfillment System 방식을 적용한 통합 통신판매 운영시스템의 설계 및 구현

불과 몇 년 전까지만 해도 국내 통신판매 업체에서의 일반적인 운영방식은 여러 가지 다양한 시스템 환경을 적용하기 조차 필요 없을 정도로 단순하였다.하지만 급변하는 통신기술과 컴퓨터 운영환경의 발전으로, 이제 통신판매 업체들은 새로운 운영방식과 통신환경에 발 맞추어 변화되지 않으면 자연 도태될 수 밖에 없는 시기를 접하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 현 국내외 통신판매시장에 대한 구체적이고 상세한 현황분석을 통하여 현재 및 앞으로 나아갈 방향에 대한 방안으로 Fulfillment System방식을 적용한 통신판매 통합 시스템을 구현하였다. Fulfillment System방식이란, 고객 DataBase, 상품정보관리, 주문접수, 민원관리, 물류, 배송, 고객서비스 등이 연계되어 모든 작업이 한번의 처리수행으로, 순차적인 순환작업으로서 운영되도록 하는 시스템 방식을 말하며, 이에 관계형 데이터베이스와 객체지향 프로그래밍 기법의 장점을 최대한 이용하여 앞으로 전자상거래 등에서의 그 효용가치가 매우 높은 판매유통 시스템으로 응용될 수 있다고 본다. 고객의 전화를 통한 기존의 주문수주 방식은 물론 인터넷상의 쇼핑-몰을 이용한 자동주문접수 방식까지, 포괄적으로 연계하여 운영할 수 있도록 하였으며 이를 바탕으로 구축된 데이터베이스를 이용하여 각종 고객정보 및 운영집계정보, 판매상품의 자동재고 처리와 거래처에 대한 자금관리 등, 철저한 분석을 통한 자동화 통합 시스템으로 설계하였다. 지속적인 유지보수와 추가모듈 개발에 손쉬운 개발방법으로서, 프로그래밍 작성 Tool언어로는 MS Visual Basic6.0을 이용하였으며, 중소규모의 통신판매업체에서 실제 설치 운영하기 위한 비용적인 측면을 고려하여 DB Server 를 위한 OS 및 데이터베이스로는 Linux(알짜 레드헷 6.0)와 Linux에서 기본적으로 제공하는 DB-Package PostgreSQL을 사용하여 설계 및 구축하였다. Up until a few years ago, the general way of administering Korea's domestic communication sales' business remained simple, even easy to maintain without the need for the application of various system environments. However, as the development of new communication technology rapidly grows, it is also changing. Therefore, if communication sales' businesses can not come up with new ways of administering in step with the rapid growth and change of communication environments, then it is time for the demise of such businesses. This thesis presents a concrete, detailed present condition analysis of present and future directions for the plan and application of the fulfillment system methods in the present domestic communication sales market. A fulfillment system is what is designed to be operated one after another where the user can manage all the works like management of product information, requisition of orders, management of civil appeal, management of distribution, management of delivering, client management, etc., at a process. The method can therefore be used for selling and distributing system which is most valuable in the electronic commerce because the system adopted the merits of object relational database management system and object oriented programming. The system is designed to be applicable to an internet ordering form as well as a classical ordering by phone. And the user can construct an integrated automatic system by analyzing the database obtained by application the fulfillment system. The program is written by the MS Visual Basic 6.0 which is efficient for maintaining and updating the program, and I adopted the Linux(Alzza RedHat) and the attached DB-Package PostgreSQL for OS and database for the DB Server because it is beneficial for its cost

Molecular Targeting of Magnolin on ERKs Inhibits Neoplastic Cell Transformation Cheol-Jung Lee College of pharmacy, Graduate School The Catholic of University Korea, Korea (Supervised by Professor Yong-Yeon Cho) Mitogen activated protein kinases (MAPKs) play a key role in cell proliferation, cell cycle progression and cell transformation, and activated Ras (rat sarcoma)/ERKs (extracellular signal-regulated kinase)/RSK2 (ribosomal S6 kinase 2) signaling pathways have been widely identified in many solid tumors. In this study, we found that magnolin, a compound found in Magnolia species, directly targeted and inhibited ERK1 and ERK2 kinase activities with IC50 values of 87 nM and 16.5 nM by competing with ATP in an active pocket, respectively. Further, we demonstrated that magnolin inhibited EGF-induced p90RSKs phosphorylation at Thr359/Ser363, but not ERKs phosphorylation at Thr202/Tyr204, resulted in inhibition of cell proliferation by suppression of G1/S cell cycle transition. Additionally, p38 kinases, Jun N-terminal kinases, and Akts did not involved magnolin-mediated inhibitory signaling. Magnolin targeting on ERK1 and 2 activities suppressed the phosphorylation of RSK2 and downstream target proteins including ATF1 and c-Jun and AP-1, a dimer of Jun/Fos, and the transactivation activities of ATF1 and AP-1. Notably, ERKs inhibition by magnolin suppressed EGF-induced anchorage-independent cell transformation and colony growth of RasG12V-harboring A549 human lung cancer cells and NIH3T3 cells stably expressing RasG12V in soft agar. Taken together, these results demonstrated that magnolin might be a naturally occurring chemoprevention and therapeutic agent capable of inhibiting cell proliferation and transformation by targeting ERK1 and ERK2.

본 연구는 점토 광물 중에서 대표적인 점토와 Kaolin의 가소성에 대하여 그 동안 가소성 측정방법과 가소성의 수치화가 되어있지 않아 현장에서 새로운 소지개발에 어려움이 있다. 따라서 보다 손쉬운 가소성 측정방법으로 가소성을 측정 해보고 수치화 하여 점토 및 Kaolin을 선택에 하는데 있어서 그 기준을 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 잘 알려진 점토 10종과 Kaolin 11종을 선정하여 변형력, 점착력, 부착력, 입자의 입도와 내부마찰 그리고 활도에 대한 실험을 실행하였다. 그 결과 이들에 대한 가소성을 수치화 하였고, 또한 간편한 실험 방법을 선택하여 누구든지 손쉽게 활용 가능토록 하였다 The quantitative methods of measuring plasticity of clay and kaolin were studied. These included (a) deformability, (b) cohesion, (c) adhesion, (d) particle size distribution, internal particle friction, and degree of sliding. 10 types of clay and 11 types of kaolin were examined. From this study plasticity of these clay and kaolin were measured quantitatively. Therefore these methods could be a very effective tool to evaluate plasticity of clay and kaolin.
