대구지역 중소기업의 인적자원관리 현황에 관한 연구

중소기업을 대상으로 경쟁력의 주요 결정요소 중 하나인 인적자원관리 실태 를 살펴보았다. 제조업을 비롯해 4개 업종에 속한 763개의 대구지역 중소기업을 대상으로 인적자원관리 여건과 인력관리 애로사항에 관해 분석하였다. 전체 응 답 기업 중 2%에만 노조가 결성되어 있었으며, 43%가 고용여건이 어려운 것으 로 평가하였다. 그리고 자사의 보유인력이 타사에 비해 경쟁우위에 있다고 평가 한 기업은 39% 정도였다. 인센티브 규정, 고충처리제도, 제안제도, 고용안정성 보장제도, 업무수행결과 평가제도, 그리고 정기적 교육 · 훈련 등의 인적자원관 리 제도 실시 여부와 활용 정도를 살펴보았다. 전체 응답 기업들에서 실시되고 있는 비율이 가장 높은 제도는 정기적 교육 · 훈련이었으며, 업무수행결과의 평 가제도의 도입 비율이 가장 낮았다. 그리고 도입한 인적자원관리 제도 중 활용 정도가 가장 높은 것은 고용안정성 보장 제도인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이런 결과의 시사점과 앞으로의 연구방향이 제시되었다.

Serum glycated albumin as a new glycemic marker in pediatric diabetes

Purpose: Serum glycated albumin (GA) has been recently used as another glycemic marker that reflects shorter term glycemic control than glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c). Insulin secretory function and glycemic fluctuation might be correlated with the ratio of GA to HbA1c (GA/HbA1c) in diabetic adult patients. This study investigated the association of GA and GA/HbA1c ratio with the levels of fasting C-peptide, fasting plasma glucose in type 1 and type 2 pediatric diabetes. Methods: Total 50 cases from 42 patients were included. The subjects were classified into type 1 diabetes mellitus (T1DM) (n=30) and type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) (n=20)group. The associations among HbA1c, GA, and GA/HbA1c ratio were examined. The relationship between the three glycemic indices and fasting glucose, fasting C-peptide were analyzed. Results: Mean values of GA, the GA/HbA1c ratio were significantly higher in T1DM than T2DM. GA (r =0.532, P =0.001), HbA1c (r =0.519, P =0.002) and the GA/HbA1c ratio (r =0.409, P =0.016) were correlated with the fasting plasma glucose. Fasting C-peptide level arranged 4.22±3.22 ng/mL in T2DM, which was significantly above the values in T1DM (0.26±0.49 ng/mL). There were no significant correlation between HbA1c and fasting C-peptide level. However, GA and the GA/HbA1c ratio exhibited inverse correlations with fasting C-peptide level (r =–0.214, P =0.002; r =–0.516, P <0.001). Conclusion: GA seems to more accurately reflects fasting plasma glucose level than HbA1c. GA, GA/HbA1c ratio appear to reflect insulin secretory function.

생산직 근로자들의 노동조합에 대한 태도에 관한 연구

The labor -management relationships in Korea has undergone a great change during last five years, which make necessary an empirical research on the determinants of workers' attitudes towards unions. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of demographic and organizational variables on attitudes towards unions. The demographic variables included are age, education, and marriage. Pay, job satisfaction, and satisfaction with personnel and labor management were entered as organizational variables. Three variables of attitudes towards unions - assessment of unions' role as mouthpiece of employees, satisfaction with union performance, and involvement in union activities -were analyzed in terms of the relationships with demographic and organiational varibles. Using 560 workers in 51 steel related firms as a sample, a questionnaire survey was conducted. The results showed that the effects of demographic variables are moderated by organizational variables. The ‘'pay-assessment of unions' role as mouthpiece of employees', ‘'job satisfaction -satisfaction with union performance', and ‘'satisfaction with personnel and labor management -involvement in union activities'were found stronger than those of others.

Based on activation theory, which suggests that intermediate rather than low or high levels of qualitative job demands benefit innovative work behavior of organizational members, it is hypothesized that there is an inverted ∩-shaped relationship between them. To test the curvilinear relationship, a quadratic regression equation is analyzed form the data collected through a questionnaire survey of 1,327 employees of 33 organizations in various industries. Results of regression analyses confirm that job demand and innovative work behavior have inverted ∩-shaped relationships. It supports that an increase in job demand is beneficial for innovative work behavior to, but not beyond, a certain level; after attainment of that optimal level of job demands, innovative work behavior starts to decline. Theoretical and practical implications of the results and suggestions for future research are discussed.

사진 위·변조 검출 방법의 한계성 연구

Recently advancement of digital device and image editing program makes image forgery more sophisticated. Image forgery is performed with various methods like synthesis, cut, resize, color correction, and so on. So it is difficult to detect all the forgery cases just with one method because of individuality of the forgery. In this study, we analyzed the limitation of two image forgery detection methods, which are double quantization detection method and interpolation detection method. Those methods are based on the JPEG image format that is most popular image compression format. The double quantization detection method does not guarantee the performance at low quality of original image. And under the low quality of original image, the double quantization detection method does not guarantee the performance at low difference of quality between original and tampered image. Interpolation detection method does not guarantee the performance under some ratio of the tampered region in a whole image. But resized ratio with interpolation is not a big component for the performance of the interpolation detection method when a whole image region is tampered. Also, both of the detection methods does not guarantee the performance at low quality in JPEG compression process. 최근 디지털 기기의 고도화 및 편집 프로그램의 발달로 위·변조된 사진들이 더욱 정교해지고 있다. 사진 위·변조는 사진 합성, 사진 잘라내기, 크기 보정, 색상 보정 등과 같은 다양한 방법으로 이루어지기 때문에 위·변조 검출도 기법별 특징으로 인해 한 가지 방법만으로는 위·변조를 판단하기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 가장 많이 사용하는 사진 압축 방법인 JPEG 을 대상으로 Double Quantization 검출 기법과 Interpolation 검출 기법에 대해 검증하고 그에 대한 한계성을 분석하였다. 기존의 Double Quantization 검출 기법은 위·변조 작업 전 JPEG 원본 사진 자체의 압축 품질이 일정 수준 이하인 경우 그 성능에 한계성을 나타냈으며, 원본 사진의 압축 품질이 낮은 경우에는 원본 사진과 위·변조된 사진의 압축 품질 편차가 일정 수준 이상이 되지 않으면 성능에 한계성을 나타내었다. 기존의 Interpolation 검출 기법은 영상 내에 위·변조된 부분 영역이 일정비율 이상 되지 않으면 성능에 한계성을 보였지만, 영상 전체를 특정한 확대/축소 비율로 보정 하였을 때 해당 비율의 정도는 그 성능에 큰 영향을 미치지 않았다. 또한, 두 가지 검출 기법 모두 JPEG 압축 과정에서 압축 품질 자체가 일정 수준 이하인 경우에 그 성능에 한계성을 나타내었다.

Quantum Phase Transitions in an ionic Hubbard Model in One Dimension

We study quantum phase transitions in an ionic Hubbard model in one dimension. This model accounts for the electrons in the alternating potentials with a lattice period of 2. For a specified alternating potential of strength Δ, we change the local repulsion between spin-up and spin-down electrons U for the model to exhibit a quantum phase transition from a band insulator to Mott insulator. Via exact diagonalization with a modified Lanczos method, we find that the ground-state energy shows a level crossing at half-filling as we tune U. We obtain a phase diagram of the model by finite-size scaling method. Also we find an interesting feature of double occupancy around the phase transitions.
