      • 토양 미생물 및 약용 식물에서 신규 항생물질 Thiobutacin, Aerugine, Phenazine-1-carboxylic acid, Kakuol의 분리, 구조결정 및 항균활성 연구

        본 연구에서는 식물병원진균에 대하여 항균활성을 보이는 미생물 및 식물 유래의 항균활성 화합물을 분리하기 위하여, 한국의 상이한 14 개 지역의 초지, 호수, 산림, 과수, 고추, 무 및 벼 재배지 토양에서 다수의 방선균 및 세균 균주를 분리하였다. 또한 여러가지 식물병원진균에 대한 이들 토양 미생물 및 한국산 약용 식물의 항균활성도 함께 평가하였다. Streptomyces 개체군은 모든 토양에서 우점적으로 분포하였다. Micromonospora, Dactylosporangium, Streptosporangium, Actinomadura 그리고 nocardioform 과 같은 희소방선균 속은 고추 및 벼 재배지 토양과 호수 및 산림 토양에 분포하였다. 항균활성 방선균 균주는 과수 및 호수 토양에서 많이 발견되었다. 항균활성 방선균 균주의 50% 이상이 Streptomyces 속이었다. 여러 가지 크로마토그래피법을 이용하여 Saccharothrix aerocolonigenes strain VK-A9 에서 신규 항생물질 thiobutacin,4-(2-aminophenyl)-4-oxo-2-methylthio-butanoic acid [C_(11)H_(13)NO₃S (M^(+), m/z 239.0621)], Pseudomonas fluorescens strain MM-B16 에서 aerugine [C_(10)H_(11)NO₂S (M^(+), m/z 209.0513)], Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain GC-B26 에서 phenazine-1-carboxylic acid [C_(13)H_(8)N₂O₂ (M^(+), m/z 224.0664)], 그리고 세신 (Asarum sieboldii)의 근경에서 kakuol [C_(10)H_(10)O_(4) (M^(+), m/z 194.0579)]을 각각 순수 분리하였다. 신규 항생물질 thiobutacin은 Phytophthora capsici, Botrytis cinerea, Cladosporium cucumerinum 그리고 Saccharomyces cerevisiae의 생장을 효과적으로 억제하여 10-50 mg mL^(-1) 의 범위에서 최소억제농도를 나타내었다. Candida albicans 와 세균에 대한 항균효과는 없었다. 항생물질 aerugine과 phenazine-1-carboxylic acid는 Colletotrichum orbiculare, P. capsici 그리고 Pythium ultimum의 균사생장을 완전히 억제하여 각각 10 mg mL^(-1) 와 5 mg mL^(-1) 의 최소억제농도 (MIC)를 나타내었다. 그러나 효모와 세균에 대한 항균활성은 관찰되지 않았다. 항균물질 kakuol은 10-50 mg mL^(-1) 의 농도 범위에서 C. orbiculare, B. cinerea 그리고 C. cucumerinum의 균사생장을 강하게 억제하였다. 그러나 효모 및 세균생장에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 항생물질 thiobutacin, aerugine, 그리고 phenazine-1-carboxylic acid는 온실에서 고추 식물에 처리하였을 때, 고추 역병의 발생을 상당히 억제하는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 항생물질 aerugine과 phenazine-1-carboxylic acid, 그리고 항균물질 kakuol을 처리하였을 때 오이 탄저병의 발생이 상당히 억제되는 것을 확인하였다. 그러나 고추 역병과 오이 탄저병에 대한 이들 항생물질과 항균물질의 방제효과는 살균제 metalaxyl과 chlorothalonil보다는 대체로 다소 낮았다. 항생물질 thiobutacin, aerugine, phenazine-1-carboxylic acid, 그리고 항균물질 kakuol은 500 mg mL^(-1) 의 농도로 처리하였을 때에도 고추 또는 오이 식물에 대하여 약해가 없었다. 본 연구에서 분리된 신규 항생물질 thiobutacin과 다른 항균활성 화합물이 식물병방제용 유용 살균제개발을 위한 선도화합물로서 이용될 수 있는지에 대한 평가가 계속 수행되어야 할

      • 理事의 責任과 任員賠償責任保險에 關한 硏究

        주식회사의 이사의 회사와의 委任關係에 있으므로 商法은 理事에게 法令과 定款이 정하는 規定과 株主總會의 決義를 준수하여, 회사를 위하여 善良한 管理者의 主意로서 忠實히 회사의 사무를 처리해야 할 의무를 지우고 있다. 즉 회사와의 이익충돌을 피하기 위하여 競業禁止義務, 自己去來禁止義務 등을 지우고 있으며, 理事의 責任에 관한 규정으로서 理事의 會社의 責任 및 第3者에 대한 責任을 규정하고 있다. 아사가 법령 또는 정관에 위반한 행위를 하거나 그 임무를 懈怠한 때에는, 그 이사는 회사에 連帶하여 損害賠償責任을 진다. 그리고 개정 상법에서는 이사의 忠實義務違反에 대해서도 규정하고 있는데 이사가 이 의무에 위반한 경우에도 회사에 대하여 손해배상책임을 부담한다. 그리고 이사는 新株發行의 경우 이로 인한 變更登記가 있은 후에 아직 引受하지 안은 주식이 있거나 株式引受의 請約이 取消된 때에는 이사가 이를 共同으로 引受한 것으로 보며 , 이렇게 인수가 擬制된 주식에 대하여는 이사는 納入責任을 부담한다. 이를 이사의 資本充實責任이라 한다. 우리나라의 기업현실은 대기업의 지배주주를 일컫는 재벌 총수가 모든 계열기업의 상위에서 그룹 전체에 대한 경영권을 행하고 있는 실정이다. 그런데 개정전 상법은 경영자가 이사인 경우만을 상정하고 이사의 책임규정(상법 제399조, 제401조)만을 두고 있어 支配株主와 같이 이사로 등기되어 있지 않으면서 경영에 관여한 자에 대하여는 책임을 물을 수 있는 불합리한 점이 있었다. 이에 대해 개정상법은 業務執行指示者 등의 책임이라 하여, 業務執行을 指示한 者, 理事名義로 直接 業務를 執行한 者, 表現的 名稱을 사용하여 業務를 執行한 者에게 이사에 준하여 손해배상책임을 인정하고 있다. 상법은 이와 같이 이사 및 업무집행관여자의 책임을 무겁게 인정하여 회사와 제3자를 보호하려 하고 있다. 그러나 만약 당해 이사 및 업무집행관여자에게 이를 감당할 만한 충분한 자력이 없으면 아무런 실효를 거둘 수 없게 되고, 이사의 책임이 무겁기 때문에 경영능력이 있으면서도 사회적으로 신용이 있고, 그 밖에 자산도 있는 유능한 인재가 위와 같은 위험을 부담하게 될 이사의 지위에 취임하는 것을 거절하게 된다는 문제가 발생하였다. 이에 대한 대책의 하나로서 인정된 것이 理事 및 任員의 責任을 保險에 부보하는 任員賠償責任保險制度이다. 任員賠償責任保險이란 회사의 임원이 그 직무를 수행하는 중 법적 책임을 부담함으로서 발생한 손해의 전보를 목적으로 하는 責任保險을 말한다. 이는 1929년에 보상제도의 불충분, 주주가 제기하는 책임추궁소송으로부터 임원을 보호하기 위하여 영국의 Lloyd's사가 미국의 기업에 발매한 것을 그 출발로 한다. 우리나라에서는 1991년 동부화제에서 처음 개발하였으나 최근에 IMF구제금융과 대표소송요건완화 등의 이유로 관심을 갖기 시작했다. 임원배상책임보험은 有能한 人才確保, 責任分散, 會社의 福祉와 經濟安定에의 寄與, 補償制度에 대한 補完 등의 기능을 한다. 임원배상책임보험은 責任保險에 속하며, 專門職業人賠償責任保險에 해당한다는 법적 성직을 가지며, 이사가 부당행위를 이유로 배상청구를 받았을 때 회사가 이에 대하여 보상한 경우 회사가 보상한 금액에 대하여 보험금을 지불하는 규정이 會社報償條項과, 피보험자인 이사가 업무수행상 부당행위로 배상청구를 받을 경우 이사가 법률상 부담해야할 損害賠償金 및 防禦費用에 대하여 보험금을 지급하는 任員賠償責任條項으로 구성된다. 그리고 임원배상책임보험에 임원의 故意에 의한 不當行爲에 의한 損害賠償責任, 刑事責任 및 懲罰的 損害賠償에 대한 補償이 社會秩序에 반하지 않는 지가 문제되며, 會社가 保險料를 부담하는 것이 社會秩序에 반하지 않는 지도 학설상의 논란이 많다. 임원배상책임보험에서의 契約者는 保險者와 會社이며, 被保險者는 會社 및 理事와 任員이다. 이때 회사가 이 보험에 가입하는 것은 이사로 하여금 적극적으로 직무를 수행하도록 하기 위함이므로 定款의 目的範圍 內에 속하여 회사는 이 보험은 締結能力을 가지며, 이사의 故意行爲에 의한 損害賠償請求에 대하여는 免責事由로 하고 있고, 이사는 自己損害額에 한해서는 자신이 배상책임을 지므로 회사가 계약자가 되는 것이 위법하다고 할 수도 없다. 회사는 보험자와 계약이 체결할 때 계약내용에 영향을 줄 수 있는 중요한 사항을 告知해야 할 義務를 지고, 보험자는 회사의 규모, 회사의 과거 청구기록과 소송기록, 회사자산 등을 고려하여 보험계약 체결여부 및 보험료 산정에 참작하여야 한다. 임원배상책임보험에 있어 특히 문제가 되는 것이 會社가 任員을 위하여, 保險料를 支給할 수 있는 가이다. 이에 대해서는 忠實義務違反, 利益相反去來, 支給의 循環 및 責任免除, 一種의 無償供與, 違法行爲抑制效果損傷 등을 이유로 否定하는 見解와 회사가 보험료를 지급하는 것이 安全經營, 有能한 人才確保 등 회사에게도 利益이 된다거나, 委任事務處理費用에 해당한다거나 會社의 必要經濟라는 이유로 肯定하는 見解가 대립하고 있다 임원배상책임보험이 있어서의 保險事故는 이사의 위법행위를 원인으로 한 청구로 인하여 발생한 회사의 손해 또는 보험기간 중에 이사에 대한 배상청구를 보험기간 또는 발견기간 중에 회사나 피보험자가 보험자에게 書面通知하는 것을 이른다. 이 때 보상되는 손해는 임원이 업무수행상 범한 위법행위로 法律上 賠償責任을 負擔하고 防禦費用을 支出함으로써 입게 되는 損害이다. 보험자는 위법한 보수, 내부자거래 등에 의한 손해배상청구와 같이 일정한 손해에 대해서는 보상하지 않는다는 免責事由를 규정하고 있다. 보험자는 면책사유 뿐만 아니라 自己保有限度額만큼은 책임을 면한다. 그 밖에 보험자와 피보험자는 상호간에 의무를 부담하는 데 피보험자는 通知義務, 協力義務, 損害防止義務 등을 부담하며, 보험자는 防禦費用 先給義務 등을 부담한다. 기타 契約의 解止, 保險者 代位, 租稅法上의 問題가 발생한다. Directors are obliged to observe statute and articles in corporation and execute business affair with duty of care and diligence because they have mandatory relationship with corporation. they have responsibility in the management of the company's business and are liable to account for their conduct, though they are not necessarily its chief representative. It is the hard fact of corporation in korea that the head of 'jaebol' command a right of management to all companies of the business group as a dominant stockholder. Therefore, the revised commercial law regulate the liabilities of participants of the management of business. However, the responsibilities to the companies and the third parties are regulated so strictly that there is side effect of this regulation. The tighter enforcement of the rules governing negligence has resulted in the growing reluctance of competent persons to join the board. And in case they do not have enough resources, these regulations will be ineffective. In order to get the most responsible and competent persons to run the business, and guarantee resources to compensation, it is essential to provide them with some protection against potential liabilities. The one of means of these is D&O Liability Insurance which is devised. It is influenced by the American system of indemnification and liability insurance for directors. In korea, Dong-bu fire insurance co. revised this first time in 1991, but concern is initiated recently due to special situation such as IMF and the spread of class action. D&O Liability Insurance contributes to the maintaining competent personnels, diversion of liabilities, company's welfare, and stability of economy. D&O Liability Insurance is a kind of liability insurance and composed of company compensation clause and D&O liability clause. Such clauses will be examined in the aspect of public order as any payment for loss in connection with any claim made against the directors or officers for any intentional failure or ommission on the part of the directors or officers. In D&O Liability Insurance, it is issued that the company can pay an insurance bill for the staff. Confliction in affirmative and negative opinions is based on contrary interests; one is duty of care and illegal payment, the other is safe management and personnel management. Public policy as to liability insurance for directors have exclusion clauses-any payment based upon or attributable to any failure on the part of the directors to procure or maintain personal profits and advantages, dishonesty, illegal payment. Besides, also examined co-insurance, notification, cancellation clause subrogation clause, and tax problem.

      • 세로토닌 5HT6 수용체 길항제로서의 신규 퀴놀린-2,4-디온 유도체 합성 및 약리학적 연구

        Of G-protein coupled receptor (GPCR) family, serotonin receptor (5HT), are now known to be one of major transmitter receptors involved in synaptic excitation. 5-HT has been implicated in the aetiology of many disease states and may be particularly important in mental illness, such as depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, eating disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), migraine and panic disorder. Indeed, many currently used treatments of these disorders are thought to act by modulating serotonergic tone. During the last decade, multiple 5-HT receptor subtypes have been characterized. This has led to the realization that many treatments acting via the serotonergic system have non-selective effects on postsynaptic 5-HT receptor subtypes. The development of more selective ligands may therefore lead to treatments with increased efficacy and reduced side effects. Alternatively, selective ligands may form completely novel therapies. Thus, our research has been focused on the development of 5HT6 receptor selective antagonists. Currently, we have developed several potential candidates and also explored the preliminary pharmacological investigation. Of compounds we made, the quinoline derivatives were most accessible and promising for our synthetic and biological assay tasks in the future development of 5HT6 receptor antagonists so far. Therefore, our efforts have been intensively focused on the synthesis of new compounds containing 3-substituted-quinoline ring as a mother-nucleus, which can show the improved in vivo activity. In addition, we have simultaneously searched for the alternative structures as new lead compounds to provide the appropriate hydrophobicity as well as H-bonding ability to interact with the corresponding binding domains of the receptor. A 5,7-dichloro-3-phenyl-3-methyl-quinoline-2,4-dione (17a) has been identified in a random screen as a potent and selective 5-HT6 antagonist. During the lead optimization process, several analogs were synthesized and their biological activities were investigated. Within this series, several compounds display high binding affinity and selectivity for the 5-HT6 receptor. In particular, 3-(4-hydoxyphenyl)-3-methyl-quinoline-2,4-dione (17p) exhibits high affinity (Ki = 12.3 nM) for 5-HT6 receptor with good selectivity over other serotonin and dopamine (D1~D4) receptor subtypes. In a functional adenylate cyclase stimulation assay, this compound exhibited considerableantagonistic activity (IC50 = 0.61 mM).

      • 韓國製造企業의 國際多角化 戰略에 따른 成果測定 : Diversification categories & type을 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 한국제조기업의 국제다각화전략에 따른 경영성과 차이를 살펴보기 위한 것으로, 실증적 측면에서 경영성과는 회계적 성과, 경제적 위험 그리고 시장가치 측면으로 나누어 연구되어졌다. 또한, 국제다각화전략을 유형별로 분류하여 경영성과를 비교한 후, 한국제조기업이 보다 효율적으로 추구해야 할 국제다각화 전략이 무엇인지도 살펴보았다. 본 연구와 기존연구들간의 차이점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국제다각화 정도를 Herfindal Index 와 GMD Index, 두 가지 방법으로 나누어 보다 다양한 측정방식을 이용하였다. 둘째, Categorical typology를 이용하여 국제다각화 전략을 유형별로 분류하였다. 셋째, 국제다각화 전략에 대한 성과측정에 회계적 성과(Return on Sales)와 시장가치(TOBIN-Q)를 혼합하여 사용하였다. 실증분석은 secondary data를 이용하여 한국 해외진출기업 80개에 대한 자료를 수집하였으며, 실증분석 방법은 Regression, T-test 이용하였으며, statistical package는 SPSS 10을 활용하였다. 실증분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 국제다각화 정도는 기업의 회계적 성과와 부(-)의 관계에 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 국제다각화 정도는 기업의 경제적 위험과 시장가치에는 유의하지 못한 결과를 나타내고 있었다. 이러한 결과는 한국제조기업의 경우 국제진출이 일천하여 지역적으로 분산된 경영활동 등을 효과적으로 통합, 조정하는데 지출되는 비용이 신 기술을 접하거나 국가간에 존재하는 제품가격과 요소비용의 차이를 아비트라쥐함으로써 얻는 이점을 상쇄한다는 것을 의미한다. 둘째, 관련 국제다각화 전략을 추구하는 기업은 비관련 국제다각화 전략을 추구하는 기업보다 회계적 수익성 및 시장가치에 더 나은 성과를 나타내고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이러한 결과는 문화적, 경제적 특성이 비슷한 지역 내에서 여러 국가로의 진출이, 다양한 시장특성을 지닌 여러 지역의 여러 국가로의 진출보다 더 나은 경영성과를 가져온다는 것을 시사해 준다. 결론적으로, 한국제조기업이 국제다각화전략을 수행하는데 있어, 지나친 확장보다는 국제경쟁력이 있는 핵심역량을 활용해야 한다는 것이라 할 수 있다. 또한, 관련지역내의 국제다각화 경험을 활용하여 보다 효율적인 성과를 추구하여야 함을 시사한다. The purpose of this research is to study differences in management performances of Korean manufacturing firms which employ international diversification strategy. Management performances were studied in such areas as accounting, economical risk and market value. This study also classified international diversification strategies by type and compared management performance to examine the kind of international diversification strategy that Korean manufacturing firms should pursue. The difference of this study from existing researches are as follows. Firstly, this study utilized two measuring methods such as Herfindal Index and GMD Index for measuring the degree of international diversification. Secondly, this study classified international diversification strategies by employing categorical typology. Thirdly, this study used Return on sales and TOBIN-Q in measuring international diversification performances. For the analysis, the author not only used secondary data, but also collected data from 80 Korean firms that have expanded overseas. In this analysis, statistical methods such as regression and T-test were used. SPSS 10 statistical package was used. The analysis results are as follows. Firstly, degree of international diversification were negatively corelated with accounting performances. And also the degree of international diversification did not significantly affect firm's economical risk and market value. These results show that the expenditures Korean manufacturing firms spend in effectively unifying and controling regionally dispersed management efforts are greater than benefits deriving from receiving new technologies and arbitraging product prices and factor costs across national borders. Secondly, firms that employ related international diversification strategy showed better accounting profitability and market value than firms with unrelated diversification strategy. These results show that entering into countries that are in a region with similar cultural and economical characteristics show better management performance than entering into region that has various market characteristics. Finally, Korean manufacturing firms should avoid excessive overseas expansion and utilize their core competency in pursuing international diversification strategy. And firms should utilize international diversification experiences in related area and seek efficient performances.

      • 文學的 接近을 活用한 幼兒 性敎育 活動이 性知識과 性態度에 미치는 影響

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of literary approach sex education activities on young children's knowledge and attitude about sex. Subjects of this study were 26 Young Children sampled from two kindergartens in Jinju city. The test used examination of sex education restudied by Beok, Ra-ji(2004) which Woo and Min-jung(2010) had used in pre-studying of 'knowledge of sex' and 'Attitude about Sex' for measuring young children's knowledge of sex and attitude about sex. Nothing had not been done except telling only fairy tales in the controlled group. On the other hand, the fairy tales had been told and the accomplished integrated activities was applied to the experimented group for 6 weeks, three time a week(Mon, Wed, Fri), for 20~30 minutes in each time. Educational content includes four fields; 'understanding the body', 'understanding the process of pregnancy and birth', 'understanding sex-role', 'prevention and management of sexual violence'. * A theses submitted to the Committee of the Graduate School of Education, Gyeongsang National University in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the Degree of Master of Education in August, 2011 The data was analyzed by 't-test' of the SPPS(Statistical Package for Social Science) program to detect the statistical differences between tow groups. Main finding of the study were as follows: First, This study showed meaningful differences statistically between experimented group which is accomplished with the literary approach sex education activities and controlled group which is told nothing but fairy tales of young children's knowledge of sex. Second, This study showed meaningful differences statistically between experimented group which is accomplished with the literary approach sex education activities and controlled group which is told nothing but fairy tales of young children's attitude of sex. Third, This study showed young children's knowledge and attitude about sex have been improved and the consistency of education effect also has been kept high.

      • 우리나라 공교육 제도 안에서의 가톨릭 학교의 정체성에 대한 고찰 : 대구광역시 내에 소재한 가톨릭 중.고등학교를 중심으로

        Public education can be defined as mandated activities that lead a human-being genuine. However, the meaning of public education can be applied to various perspectives based on which site of the essence of education is taken into consideration as the significance of education is composed of diverse sub-concepts. Amongst many concepts of education, the intellectual aspect is particularly emphasised in Korean public educational system. Thus, it is often argued that the educational institution centred on intellectualism may interrupt students to form right values along with the proper ideals to become an eligible social individual. So it is crucial to seek fundamental solutions of public education system to avoid students failing in shaping better characteristics in Korea. It is claimed that the reality of current Korean public education system is severe as it is thought to be facing no internal stability, also a lack of governmental finance support, an increase of early overseas students and a rise of private education and resulted fees. It is generally blamed on the public education system in Korea that is solely university preparatory and that ignores basic purposes of public education such as education for the whole and students’ self-realisation. In the mentioned circumstances, Korean public education is desperately in the need of changes especially on providing equal educational opportunities and also offering even intellectualities to the whole. In order to achieve these goals, it is important to value the process itself rather than the result which would bring better opportunities to shape up stable institutional backups and for students to open up a diverse way to the success and to accept a wide range of different values. In addition, it is also vital to develop and execute the whole-person education programmes that can assist students to respect each individual’s different characteristics and dignities of student. By doing so, the society finally would embrace individual differences not just with the academic achievements and value more on moral attentions and considerations. Therefore, this study proves the positive effects of catholic schools on both sides of education, intellectuality and whole-person which lead students to form community spiritualities in chapter 2. Then it will search the identity and the role of catholic schools based on the church literature to examine the beneficial influences of catholic schools and of both internal and external evangelisation work on bringing students of abilities. Catholic Church aims to enhance students to understand the effectiveness of welfare through catholic schools. It also tries for students to be prepared to proffer services and to be an apostolate role-model who is able to extend God’s world. Catholic Church emphases education not only through catholic schools but also with homes (parents), nations (societies) and churches all together. Church accents on the notion that every party should be a part of forming and developing right values and intellectual abilities of students to bring religiously faithful individuals to the society. In other words, the whole-person education should be delivered based on the Christian spiritualities to shape an individual who can serve a local evangelisation. This is to actualise the identity of catholic schools. The main educational purpose of the catholic schools is to form Christian individuals who have upright characters by focusing on educational efforts and Christian spiritualities. As mentioned this can be accomplished by educational programmes that are designed to build an upright character and self-actualisation and to fulfil right social duties along with the eligible catholic educators who are evangelised. It is believed when the educators to precedently be sincere and faithful in everyday lives of theirs’, schools would be filled with the evangelical spirits such as love and liberality. This is the key notion of catholic churches’ educational policy through the catholic schools. Catholic schools should seek for educational methods through catholic ideals, but it should be well-balanced in accordance with the Korean and church’s law as well as the public educational issues. Thus, in chapter 3 followings are discussed; first, the reality of catholic middle- and high- schools’ educational state, the history and the current conditions of Daegu Archdiocese’s catholic education, focused on the interviews with clergies and religious who are dispatched to catholic middle- and high-schools in Daegu. Statistically, there are 1.5% catholic middle- and high-schools in Korea, there are eight catholic schools in Daegu where happens to be the most schools out of all dioceses followed by the most of faculties and students. Among faculties, 71.2% are catholic believers where students only are 18.2%. This may show the severe needs of both internal and external evangelic missionaries. Schools applied to the research have shown diverse educational programmes by clergies and religious. Schools are to consolidate the existence of themselves along with their identities, whole-person and character shaping programmes which are built with the catholic spiritualities. By doing so, students can form upright personalities and become suitable individuals to evangelized in local communities. In order to accomplish this, it is important all members of a school to have inner catholic values. For example, teachers who seem to spend the most time with students be crucial in terms of shaping students inner completion of evangelization. Thus, clergies and religious who are dispatched to schools have to perform a certain role not only as a missionary but also as an evangelic role model for teachers. However, their efforts do not seem to be enough, every home, nation (society), and church should play it together to actualise and to make students’ dreams come true by establishing a solid identity of catholic schools. These efforts might support the identity establishment of catholic schools are proposed. As mentioned, it is vital for catholic schools’ own attempts as well as the local bishop’s support. Supports from the bishop can lead to a proactive pastoral with fostering trained or specialised priests for school pastorals. This can be flourished with the supports from the associate parties. Catholic Church and schools should priory take care of the poor who have been abandoned from love and supports with a firm plan to educate those students. Students classified with by the law should be selected and provided satisfactory supports both mentally and economically. Also, catholic schools should develop their own teaching methods to enhance the unique features of catholic schools. For instance, programmes like building characters, community spirits, preventative disciplines, reading comprehensions, underachiever cares, career shaping, life respects and so on. As a matter of fact, schools have applied those programmes to their curriculums in Daegu. This should be continuously managed by certain stages of planning, executing, and measuring. Despite the fact that catholic schools cannot completely ignore the Korean educational territories like examinations, schools should find a balance in between by accepting intellectual education for the whole. Consequently, this study suggests “AMOS gospel share” and “community response” programmes from small community program. These Christian gatherings can solve those issues with a perspective of evangelization. In the programmes, students can be taught that other students are companions who we have to love rather than competitors. These efforts are to flourish the humane relationship with the God and to fulfil the love with one other, consequently, to help students to be mature social individuals. In sum, this research suggests right directions for catholic schools to proceed in order to actualise the adequate identity in public education boundaries by giving catholic thoughts and literatures. Secondly, this study examines the current conditions of whole-person education as well as the personality shaping education of catholic middle- and high-school in Daegu such as Daegun and Hyosung Middle Schools and Daegun and Hyosung Girls’ High schools. Lastly, it recommends the efforts to helps students to have Christian spirituality to embrace the evangelization based on the interview with clergies and religious.
