In this study, to choose the drilling m/c with analysis model for dynamic design of machine tool strctures, are used substucture syntheis method for reduction to degrees of freedom of dynamic model and analysis evaluation of substructures The dynamic factors of substurctures are examined by substructure synthesis method. And that dynamic design of structures for energy balancing are performed. The computer program for calculated of the dynamic and energy distribution analysis was developed. Result of numerical analysis by developed program obtained to conclusion as following. The design of machine tool structures by dynamic avoid the resonances, and are known to considered based on the energy balancing. These methods can be used effectively for the performance evaluation, design modification and improvement of dynamic performance evaluation, design modification and improvement of dynamic performance of machine tools.

Square-shaped moated burial precincts(方形周溝墓) can be classified into type I that has bridges only at the corner,type Ⅱ that has bridges at the corner and side, type Ⅲ that has bridges only at the, Ⅳ that is surrounded by the moat without bridges, type V that has its sides less than those of type Ⅰ~Ⅴby 1 or 2, and type Ⅵ that has the round-shaped ground. But the time differences among the types are known yet. For the burial appliances of square-shaped moated burial precincts, there are stone coffins, pit burials and jar burials. The major burial appliances situated in the mound are stone coffins, pit burials and jar burials are subsidiary appliances that were buried at the shoulder part of the mound or at precincts. According to the case of Gwanchang-ri KM423, grave mounds, which are closely related with the burial appliances, were built by heaping up the earth in and around the precinct as low as only enough to protect the burial appliances. Considering the relics unearthed in the burial commpartment of KM437, the time when square-shaped moated burial precincts were formed is estimated to be the age when Songguk-ri type earthenwere and clay sripes earthenwere co-existed. It was the early Iron Age when ironware began to spread in this country. Emerging first in that age, square-shaped moated burial precincts were presumably formed until around the end of BC or beginning of AD, when KM404 and KM423, which were unearthed with plain earthenwere, grey earthenwere and ironware, were formed. When analuzing the form of small-sized graveyards in precincts, the unearthed relics and the location, the people who formed square-shaped moated burial precincts were considered as those who had a culture comprising clay stripes earthenware, which appears newly in the Songguk-ri type earthenware of native, and ironware, and settled agricultural socuety based on paddy fields and labor forces of family units.

국내 돼지 유산태아에서 원인 바이러스 검출과 유병률 조사

This experiment was conducted to investigate the presence of recognized abortifacient viruses from aborted fetuses and stillborn piglets in cases of reproductive failure in sows by PCR. A total of 219 samples of aborted fetuses or stillborn piglets, submitted to the School of Veterinary Medicine of Kangwon National University between 2006 and 2009 May, were collected from 5 provinces in Korea. Abortifacient virus infections were detected in 82 (37.4%) out of 219 aborted fetuses or stillborn piglets as well as on 39 (40.2%) out of 97 pig farms. The major viral infections were porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2), porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (PRRSV) and Aujesky`s disease virus (ADV) for which 46 (21%), 19 (8.6%) and 16 (7.3%) were positive, respectively, with 9 fetuses had complicated infection of PCV2+PRRSV or ADV or both. And 8 (3.6%) for SIV, 3 (1.3%) for PPV and 1 (0.4%) for JEV were positive as minor viral infection. The results suggest that PCV2, PRRSV, ADV is apparently the most important viral infectious agents associated with fetal infection leading to abortion or stillbirth in Korea. SIV, PPV and JEV might have a minor impact on reproductive disease.

This study is carried out to observe and compare the morphology of male genital organs such as testis and epididymis in premature and mature rats. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into two groups; premature (2 weeks of age) and mature (8 weeks of age). Rats were anesthetized with ethyl ether and male genital organs were removed. Light microscope specimens were prepared by routine method: fixed in 10% formalin, embedded in paraffin block, cut with microtome, and stained by hematoxylin and eosin. The testis of premature rat (2 weeks of age) showed to be at the early stage of spermatogenesis and appeared less layers of germ cells. Primary spermatocytes locally observed at the lumen of seminiferous tubule were translocated to the tubule wall with the increase of the cell population. No sperm cells could be seen in the epididymis of premature rat. In case of mature rat (8 weeks of age), germ cell layers increased and spermatogenesis was active. Numerous sperm cells were concentrated at the center of seminiferous tubule. And interstitial cell of Leydig could be observed outside the seminiferous tubules. The epididymis of mature rat showed folded mucosal layer and stored many sperm cells. This differentiation of testis and epididymis is seemed to be accelerated by gonadotropic hormones at the beginning of puberty.
