Laparoscopic Repair of Diastasis Recti: A Case Report and Literature Review

Diastasis recti is a state with separated aponeurosis between two recti caused by weakening of the intercrossing fibers in the linea alba and it causes abdominal protrusion. Common causes comprised of increased intraabdominal pressure, or congenital weakening of myoaponeurotic layer. We describe a patient who underwent laparoscopic repair of diastasis recti. A 30-year-old woman was referred to our outpatient department for an abdominal mass that had appeared 1 year earlier. Physical examination revealed an abdominal wall defect along the midline and computed tomography showed thinning and stretching of the linea alba. The patient underwent laparoscopic repair for diastasis recti. The stretched linea alba was approximated using interrupted sutures from the epigastrium to the suprapubic area. A dual mesh was applied below the peritoneum to prevent recurrence. The patient was discharged without complications, and was followed up for 1 year without recurrence. Laparoscopic repair could be a considerable is a treatment modality for diastasis recti.

목적: 이 논문의 목적은 전통적 수치료인 온천에 대한 치료 효과와 접근 방법을 연구하는데 있다. 방법: 이 논문은 전통적 수치료와 온천수에 대한 책, 세미나 공지와 인터넷 자료들을 참고한 문헌 고찰이다. 결과: 이 고찰은 온천수를 이용한 물리치료를 가능하게 할 것이다. 결론: 온천수를 이용하여 다른 수치료적 방법들과 접목시키고 좀 더 우리의 치료적 방법들을 개발한다면 온천수를 이용한 치료는 한국의 전통적 수치료로 맥을 이어갈 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study investigate method and therapeutic effects about hot spring water of traditional hydrotherapy. Methods: This is a literature review with books, seminar notice and internet research for traditional hydrotherapy and hot spring water. Results: It is possible that the hot spring water effect in physical therapy. Conclusion: If we develop more therapeutic method and graft other hydrotherapeutic method, therapy of using for hot spring water can continue spirit of korea traditional hydrotherapy.

염료감응 태양전지의 효율 향상을 위한 TiO<sub>2</sub> 나노구조체에 관한 다양한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 이 중 높은 비표면적과 공극 제어를 통해 염료 흡착량 및 전자전달속도 개선, 광산란등의 나노구조의 제어에 대하여 연구가 활발히 이루고 있다. 본 연구에서는 전기방사를 통한 TiO<sub>2</sub> nanofiber와 메조포러스 TiO<sub>2</sub> Bead를 광산란층으로 구성하고, TiO<sub>2</sub> Particle size, Pore size을 제어하여 TiO<sub>2</sub> Bead의 크기, 구조 및 비표면적을 제어하였다. 이들은 FE-SEM, TEM, XRD, BET을 이용하여 분석하였고 합성된 Mesoporous TiO<sub>2</sub> Bead와 TiO<sub>2</sub> nanofiber로 염료감응태양전지를 제작하여 EIS 분석과 태양전지 I-V특성을 바탕으로 나노구조체가 태양전지의 효율에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다.

역세권 청년주택 공급활성화를 위한 제도개선 방안 연구 - 서울시 송파구 잠실동 역세권 청년주택 사례를 중심으로

This research, as the way of residents stability of young households, aimed to examine the improvement of the operating system of housing supply for young adults. This study intends to activate the housing supply for young adults in the subway station areas. By analyzing the current situation and problems of the case study of young adults housing, this study suggested the improvement plans for the change of land use to the general commercial zone to prevent incongruity in urban planning and the legal standard of the public contribution rate according to the actual increase in floor area ratio(FAR). This study proposed management plans such as car-free living culture for creating the sustainable settlement environment and community activation. Furthermore, this study suggested the specific plan to increase the effectiveness of the housing supply for young adults by providing incentives for private businesses with an additional 20 percent FAR for the municipalities which have a proportion of young households higher than the average in Seoul. Yet, since this study has analyzed the target area by the end of December 2018, additional research about young adults housing should proceed after this study. In addition, the young adults housing which is supplied in the subway station areas should be studied along with the prevention of CBD's decline and preparing sustainable settlement environment that contributes to the community as well residence stability of the young adults housing. 본 연구는 청년가구의 주거안정을 목적으로 하는 역세권 청년주택 공급활성화를 위한 청년주택관련 운영제도의 개선방안을 연구하는데 그 목적이 있다. 청년주택사업의 추진현황 및 사례를분석을 통해 도시계획적 부조화방지를 위한 일반상업지역으로의 용도지역 변경기준과 실질적인증가용적률에 따른 공공기여율 확보기준에 대한 개선방안을 제안하였다. 또한 지속가능한 정주환경 조성을 위해 차 없는 생활문화 및 주민공동체 활성화를 위한 운영지원방안을 제안하였다. 그리고 청년 1인가구 비중이 서울시 평균보다 높은 자치구의 경우 용적률 20%p를 추가 부여하는 인센티브계획으로 민간사업자의 공급 유인책을 마련하여 청년주택 공급의 실효성을 높일 수있는 방안을 제안하였다. 그러나 본 연구는 대상지를 ’18.12월말까지로 한정하여 분석하였으므로, 연구 이후의 청년주택들에 대한 추가적인 연구의 필요성이 있다. 또한 청년주택은 역세권내공급되는 주거로써 청년주거의 안정뿐만 아니라 도심공동화 방지 및 지역사회에 기여하는 지속가능한 정주환경 마련이라는 측면에서도 함께 연구되어져야 할 것이다.

공공주도형 미국 도시개발사례의 특성 연구 -공공적 가치 추구를 위한 사업의 구조적 특성 중심으로-

Historically, Socio-economic paradigm for large scale urban developments has been continuously evolved to meet various demands of the times. Accordingly, with regards to appropriate development methodology, various modifications in development typologies and business structures have to be accompanied along with those evolutions. Recently, tendencies on domestic and international urban development show increasing importance on balance between achieving social values for public and development profits for private developers. Moreover, the importance of creating virtuous circle by leading roles and supports from public sector inducing more active participation from private sector is getting more emphasized. These phenomena might be understood as the same manners with growing needs on public-led developments from considering domestic development’s private-led situation. Therefore, this study selected 3 current development cases located in NYC and analyzed its public-led characteristics to understand its business structures pursuing values of social regeneration. In its final analysis, the study identified public-led characteristics by following criteria as an implication possibly reflected on domestic situations. (1) Public sector’s leading roles by utilizing public authority, (2) Virtuous circle supported by self-financing, (3) Creative establishing development sites & leased provision. 역사적으로 다양한 시대적 요구에 따라 대규모 도시개발사업의 사회-경제적 패러다임이 지속적으로 변화해왔고, 그에 따라 적합한 개발방식에 대한 다양한 유형적, 구조적 변화가 함께 수반되어야 하는 필요성을 가진다. 최근 국내외 도시개발사업의 경향을 살펴보면 공공을 위한 사회적 가치 증대와 개발사업자를 위한 현실적인 개발이윤 추구를 동시에 만족시켜야 하는 시대적 요구를 직면하고 있고, 공공부문의 주도적 역할과 구체적 지원으로부터 민간부문의 적극적 개발참여로 이어지는 선 순환적 구조 형성의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 이는 국내 대부분의 개발이 민간주도적 개발현실에서 노출되는 문제점을 고려하여 국내에서도 선진국 공공주도적 개발의 필요성이 강조되고 있는 시점에서 이해될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구는 현재 진행되는 공공주도형 미국 도시개발사업에서 나타나는 구조적 특성을 이해하기 위하여 뉴욕에 위치한 3가지 대표적 도시개발사례를 선정/분석하고 사회재생적 가치추구를 위한 공공주도적 특성을 살펴봄으로, 국내에 참조 가능한 시사점을 다음의 특성에 준해 도출하였다. (1)개발공사를 활용한 공공부문의 주도적 역할 (2)자가재정을 활용한 선 순환적 구조 형성 (3)다양한 부지 확보 및 임대방식을 활용한 사회-경제적 건전성 확보
