IoT 센서 기반의 안돈 시스템과 생산현황 실시간 모니터링

본 논문에서는 기존의 수동적인 안돈시스템이 아닌 IoT센서 기반의 안돈시스템을 제시하고 있다. 먼저 IoT센서를 선택한 이유와 현재 제조업의 변화 및 전망을 제시하였다. 그리고 이러한 흐름에 맞춘 센서 기반의 안돈시스템을 구현하였고, 구체적 방법과 결과를 나타내었다. 3가지 품목을 생산하는 5개의 조립 라인 공정을 연구 대상으로 하여 IoT 센서를 이용한 데이터베이스 구축, 실시간 정보 전송 및 센싱방법을 기술하였다.

위 논문은 정수기에 사용되는 히터 온도퓨즈의 단선현상을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 온도퓨즈의 고장현상을 파악하여 고장인자를 도출하고, 본 시험에서 고장인자로 도출된 온도퓨즈의 습도와 온도 factor로 시험을 진행한다. 고장인자 별 단선까지의 시간을 알아보고 이를 통해 히터단선에 영향을 주는 요인을 확인, 검증 알 수 있다. 또한, 히터 안 가용체 물질에 대해 알아보기 위해 심화적으로 FT-IR(Fourier Transform-infrared spectroscopy) 기기로 성분을 추정하고 DSC (Differential Scanning Calorimetry), TGA(Thermo Gravimetric Analyzer) 열분석 기기를 이용하여 가용체의 특성을 파악할 수 있다. 이 시험 결과를 통해 향후 사용 환경에 따른 온도 퓨즈 고장분석원인을 파악하는 데 있어서 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다.

A Comparative Study of Storytelling on Goodbye, Lenin and A Family with a Big Liver This paper aims to compare the storytelling of Goodbye, Lenin with A Family with a Big Liver. In doing so, it demonstrates how important the storytelling is on movies nowadays. Good bye, Lenin combines a social problem with a family-love through the harmony of content and form. It expresses inter-generational conflict and understanding of the former East Germany by Alex, the focalizer of the movie. Good bye, Lenin acquires artistry and popularity simultaneously because of the strong basis of storytelling. On the other hand, A Family with a Big Liver dilutes concerns about reunification with aesthetics of lightness. It focuses characters’ ridiculous behaviors instead of the focus of specific figures. The lack of harmony of the content and form on the movie separates the boundaries of comic and drama. It means that the storytelling on the movie is failure. Good bye, Lenin and A Family with a Big Liver show that the strong basis of storytelling on movies determine the harmony of the content and form.

Thermal Shrinkage of Chemically Recycled and Virgin Poly(ethylene terephthalate) Blends

Blends of chemically recycled and virgin poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) were prepared using a meltblendingprocess. To enhance the physical properties, virgin PET chips were added to the chemically recycled PETin ratios of 20, 40, and 70 wt%. The mechanical and thermal properties, thermal shrinkage, and crystallinity of theblends were investigated. The thermal shrinkage of the blends decreased with increasing chemically recycled PETcontent. Tensile tests revealed that the tensile strength and elongation at break of the chemically recycled/virgin PETblends were increased by the addition of virgin PET. The melt flow index and melt density of chemically recycledPET were also investigated. The thermal stability of the blends increased as the virgin PET content increased. Theircrystallinity depended on the chemically recycled PET content because of the nucleating effect of nanoparticles inthat material, such as metal catalysts. The color index of chemically recycled/virgin PET blends showed yellowingby chemically recycled PET.

화장품 제형별 미세플라스틱의 정확한 검출을 위한 전처리법 확립 연구

미세플라스틱은 오늘 날 해양에 서식하는 생물들의 생태계를 위협하고 있다. 미세플라스틱에는 합성 단계부터 작게 만들어진 1차 미세플라스틱과 사용 후 물리적인 힘에 의해 작게 분해된 2차 미세플라스틱이 있다. 이 중 2차 미세플라스틱의 경우에는 비의도적으로 첨가되어 우리의 건강을 위협하고 있다. 본 연구는 화장품 용기 내의 재료로 많이 쓰이는 플라스틱은 첨가하지 않더라도 비의도적으로 함유될 수 있으며, 배합 금지 성분으로 지정된 미세플라스틱에 대한 정확한 검출 및 정량 분석을 위한 제형별 전처리법 확립을 목표로 한다.

This study was conducted to analyze the effects of peer tutoring programs and to introduce the peer tutoring program in medical College. Forty medical students participated in the study and data were collected through surveys and interviews. Through the interviews, we investigated the peer tutoring experiences of tutors and tutees, and what they perceived that they accomplished. Correlation analysis was conducted to investigate the tutoring process variables that affect the academic achievement of tutees. It was found that tutors and tutees reported achievements in the schoolwork, relationships, and emotional aspects.

출판물에 의한 명예훼손죄에 있어 정보제공자·편집책임자·언론사(법인)의 형사책임

Therefore, the editor of the media companies to prevent a crime if, and the media should also be punished as an accomplice. Therefore, In the case of libel by publication, articles informer, editor, and the media to distinguish between criminal law and criminal liability argue is consistent with the principles of self responsibility. 언론사는 기사내용의 정확성을 검증하고 공익성 여부를 판단한 후에 보도하여야 할 책임과 의무가 있다는 점과 독자적 편집권을 가지고 있다는 점에서 판례가 출판물에 의한 명예훼손죄가 간접정범의 방식에 의해서 성립하며 그 결과 피이용자인 언론기관은 불가벌이 된다고 결론을 내린 것은 적절하지 못하다. 나아가 언론사와 편집 책임자의 책임을 분리하여야 할 것이다. 따라서 언론사가 정보제공자로부터 기사를 받았다고 하더라도 편집책임자에게 비방의 목적이 있는 경우에는 제309조가 적용되어야 하며, 비방의 목적이 없는 경우에는 제307조가 적용되어야 한다. 이때 기사를 제공한 자는 공동정범, 교사범 또는 방조범의 책임만을 지게 된다. 반면 언론사는 편집책임자를 관리 감독하는 지위에서 그러한 구성요건적 결과발생을 방지하지 않은 책임이 있는 경우 부작위에 의한 공범 성립을 검토하는 것이 타당하리라 본다. 요컨대, 출판물에 의한 명예훼손죄의 경우 정보제공자 뿐만 아니라 편집책임자, 언론사를 세분화 하여 각각의 형사책임을 논하는 것이 형법의 자기책임 원칙과도 조화를 이루는 것이며, 나아가 언론사의 객관적이고 책임성 있는 보도라는 관점에서도 합리적이라 생각을 한다.

Due to rapid technical advances, steeply declining sequencing costs, and the ever-increasing number of targeted therapies, it is expected that extensive tumor DNA or RNA sequencing will be applied in standard of care. Clinicians will thus be confronted with increasingly complex genetic information and multiple test-platforms to choose from. General medical training, meanwhile, can hardly keep up with the pace of innovation. Consequently, there is a rapidly growing gap between clinical knowledge and genetic potential in cancer care. Multidisciplinary Molecular Tumor Boards (MTBs) have been suggested as a means to address this disparity, as a multidisciplinary approach to keep pace with the growing knowledge of complex molecular alterations in patients with advanced solid cancer. MTBs are designated to interpret these data and provide clinical recommendations. Not all patients with cancer have access to advice of an MTB. We aimed to determine the current status, opportunities, and challenges of the organization of MTBs in the Korea.
