This paper represents the construction of laser beam writing system. laser lithography. using new method that guarantees convenience and accuracy in laser focusing. The X, Y translation stage using DC motors was controlled by the computer. Minimum Ire width of 1.6㎛ was obtained by the laser lithography system.

주기하중을 받는 철근콘크리트 기둥의 휨-전단간의 상호거동

본 연구에서는 주기적인 하중하에서의 철근콘크리트 기둥의 이력응답거동을 예측할 수 있는 해석적인 모델의 개발을 다루고 있다. 철근콘크리트 기둥의 비탄성 휨, 전단 및 휨-전단 변형은 개발된 모델을 통항 주기적인 변위하에서 검토되었다. 개발된 모델들을 포함한 해석치와 실험치와의 비교분석를 통하여 본 연구에서 개발된 모델들의 검증을 실시하였고, 이 비교분석을 통하여 휨-전단간의 상호작용의 중요성을 강조하였으며, 본 연구에서 개발된 모델들의 정확성, 효율성 및 타당성을 입증하였다.

This study analyzed the primary energy consumption changes according to the variable conditions for each household type of multi-unit dwelling. As a result of the analysis by household type, primary energy consumption decreased as the exclusive area increased. However, 59㎡ type has a larger A/V ratio than 46㎡ type, indicating that energy consumption is higher. According to the analysis by insulation criteria, the reduction in primary energy consumption was significant when the construction standards for energy-saving eco-friendly housing insulation, which is the insulation criteria in 2019, and the 2022 LH zero energy passive guidelines insulation was applied. The south-facing building orientation was the most advantageous, and as the number of floors increased, the A/V become smaller, and the primary energy consumption decreased. Overall, primary energy consumption decreased due to reduced light power density, but in some sections, primary energy consumption increased rather because heating energy increases are greater than lighting energy decreases

Primary Neuroendocrine Carcinoma of the Breast with Clinical Features of Inflammatory Breast Carcinoma: A Case Report and Literature Review

Primary neuroendocrine carcinoma of the breast (NECB) is a very rare type of invasive breast carcinoma. Most NECBs appear on breast imaging as solid masses of varied shapes and margins, and have worse clinical outcomes than does invasive ductal carcinoma, not otherwise specified. However, there have been no reports to date regarding NECB with features of inflammatory breast carcinoma. Here, we describe the clinical, radiologic, and pathologic findings of the first reported case of primary NECB presenting as inflammatory breast carcinoma. The patient complained of diffuse right breast enlargement and erythema. Mammography identified severe breast edema and axillary lymphadenopathy. Ultrasound detected an irregular, angular, hypoechoic mass with dermal lymphatic dilatation. On magnetic resonance imaging, the mass had rim enhancement and the entire right breast showed heterogeneous enhancement with malignant kinetic features. Pathology identified the mass as a primary NECB with positive for synaptophysin, CD56, estrogen and progesterone receptors.

한국 공무원연금의 규범적 평가와 과제

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate government employees pension system, and suggest a new pension scheme in Korea. Firstly, this article studies the theoretical backgrounds of civil servant pension system. Secondly, this paper reviews the history of government employees pension reforms, and especially evaluates the limits of 2015 pension reform scheme. Thirdly, this article explains the differences between national pension and government employees pension at the theoretical and normative perspective of public pension system. There are differences in aspects of purpose, collection and allowance between them. Lastly, this paper insists on the necessity to establish the civil servant pension philosophy, and suggests the parametric reform as pension reform model. The structural reform such as multi-pillar old-age security system will cause a great deal conversion costs. But the parametric reform will provide the normative foundation of government employees pension. To obtain citizen’s agreement to the parametric reform, government employees must push forward a reform of their consciousness and practice public ethics.

기술거래시장에서 기술판매자와 기술구매자간의 기술가치 평가요인의 중요도에 대한 인식 차이에 대한 탐색적 연구

[Purpose]Regarding technology transfer and commercialization of the results of national research & development projects, this study first identifies the perception differences between technology providers and buyers in terms of the importance of factors in technology valuation, and assesses the impact of technology valuation factors on technology valuation scores. [Methodology]The subjects of this study are supplied through national R&D programs, government-funded institutes and the University, and the users of commercializing companies. This study identifies perceptual differences in the importances of technology valuation factors between buyer and seller of technology, and shows empirical results supporting for it. [Findings]Hypothesis about statistical difference regarding importance of technology evaluation factors is accepted. The relation between past and present evaluation is significantly positive. However, the past evaluation score does not have significant impact on sales. [Implications]This study implies that more reliable future study is required to do for technology evaluation factors. [연구목적]본 연구는 국가연구개발사업의 연구 성과를 기술이전․사업화하는 과정에서 요구되는 기술가치 평가와 관련하여 기술공급자와 기술구매자의 측면에서 인식되는 기술가치 평가요인 중요도 차이와 기술가치 평가요인과 기술가치 평가 결과와의 영향관계를 확인하는 연구이다. [연구방법]연구의 대상은 국가연구개발측면에서 공급자인 정부출연(연), 대학과 수요자인 기술이전․사업화 기업이다. 그동안 기술가치 평가에서 평가 목적에 따라 전문가에 의해 도출된 기술가치 평가요인을 기술구매자와 공급자의 측면에서 주로 고려되는 요인으로 실증연구방식을 통해 확인하고 체계화하였다. [연구결과]기술거래시장에서 기술판매자와 기술구매자간의 기술가치 평가요인의 중요도에 대한 연구결과 기술판매자와 구매자 각각의 중요도에 대한 통계적 인식의 차이는 부분 채택이 되었고, 과거시점과 현재시점에서의 기술가치 평가 점수 간에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 사업성 변수군에서 비용 외의 모든 변수와 환경성 변수군의 모든 변수가 정(+)의 영향을 미쳐서 부분채택이 되었고, 과거 기술사업화 당시 기술가치 평가 점수와 사업화 이후의 매출액에 미치는 영향은 기각되었다. [연구의 시사점]이 연구에서는 기술이전․사업화시 환경적 고려요인을 포함하여 기술판매자와 구매자간의 상호신뢰 할 수 있는 기술가치 평가 항목을 개발 및 개선하는 것이 필요함을 제시하였다.

과업중요성이 명예퇴직대상자가 될 인식과 조직몰입에 미치는 영향

This study examines the effect of early retirement plan on organizational commitment. 325 respondents responded to this survey questionnaires. Three hypotheses were generated as follows. First, task significance is negatively associated with the possibility of becoming the early retirement victims. Second, task significance is positively associated with the organizational commitment. Thirdly, the possibility of becoming early retirement victims is negatively associated with organizational commitment. This study directly examined these hypotheses. Results indicated that the first hypothesis was adopted. The higher is task significance, the lower becoming victims of the early retirement is. Then, results revealed that employees who are responsible for important jobs much more low perceived the possibility of becoming the early retirement victims. The second hypothesis was adopted. Task significance is positively associated with the organizational commitment. This result represented that employees who are responsible for important jobs increase the organizational commitment. The third hypothesis was also adopted. The possibility of becoming early retirement victims is negatively associated with organizational commitment. The higher the possibility of becoming early retirement victims is, the lower organizational commitment is. Further discussion, limitation of this study and future direction were suggested in the text. 본 연구는 직무특성변수 중 과업중요성이 명예퇴직대상자가 될 인식에 미치는 영향과 명예퇴직대상자 될 인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향을 실증조사를 통하여 분석하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과, 과업중요성이 명예퇴직대상자가 될 인식에 미치는 효과와 명예퇴직대상자가 될 인식이 조직몰입에 미치는 효과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중요한 직무를 담당하고 있는 사람일수록 명예퇴직대상이 될 가능성을 낮게 지각하는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 중요한 직무를 담당하고있다고 인지하는 사람일수록 조직몰입이 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 명예퇴직대상이 될 가능성이 높다고 지각할수록 조직몰입은 낮아지는 것으로 확인되었다.

2016년 경주지진에 의한 중층 RC 건물의 내진 성능 평가

In this paper, seismic performance assessment has been examined for a mid-rise RC building subjected to 2016 Gyeongju earthquake occurred in Korea. For the purpose of the paper, 2D external and internal frames in each direction of the building have been employed in the present comparative analyses. Nonlinear static pushover analyses have been conducted to estimate frame capacities. Nonlinear dynamic time-history analyses have also been carried out to examine demands for the frames subjected to ground motions recorded at stations in near of Gyeongju and a previous earthquake ground motion. Analytical predictions demonstrate that maximum demands are significantly affected by characteristics of both spectral acceleration response and spectrum intensity over a wide range of periods. Further damage potential of the frames has been evaluated in terms of fragility analyses using the same ground motions. Fragility results reveal that the ground motion characteristics of the Gyeongju earthquake have little influence on the seismic demand and fragility of frames.
