      • 연료전지용 몰리브데늄 질화물에 의한 NO 분해 반응

        자동차에서 배출되는 배기가스에 포함된 질소산화물의 제거를 위한 촉매로 몰리브데늄 질화물을 승온 탄화 반응에 의해 제조하였다. 몰리브데늄 질화물은 NH3(99.998%)에서 원료물질인 산화물, MoO3(99.99%, Aldrich Chemical Co.)로부터 승온 반응에 의해서 합성 되었다. 그 중에서도 공간 속도(space velocity)와 가열 속도(heating rate)는 가장 큰 영향을 주는 변수이며, 높은 표면적의 몰리브데늄 질화물은 큰 공간 속도 하에서 만들어진다. 제조된 8개 촉매의 BET 표면적과 산소 흡착력(O2 uptake)은 거의 선형적이며, 각 촉매에 대한 NO 제거 효율은 1% NO 가스로 350도, 450도, 500도, 550도, 600도에서 측정되었다. 측정 결과 온도가 증가할수록 NO 제거 효율은 증가하며 600도에서 가장 큰 활성도를 보여주었다. 또한, 촉매 표면적이 클수록 NO 제거 효율도 증가하였으며, 본 실험에서는 BET 표면적이 큰 촉매는 우수한 전화율을 보여주었다. 이것은 상용되고 있는 MoC(Aldrich Co.)의 30% 전화율이나 현재 자동차 촉매로 쓰이고 있는 백금 촉매와 비교하기 위해 제조되어진 5%-Pt/Al2O3 촉매의 32% 전화율과 비교했을 때 큰 반응 활성도를 나타냄으로 백금의 대체 촉매로서의 가능성을 보여주었다. 촉매의 표면적이 클수록 NO 제거 효율이 증가하는 것은 표면적이 증가함에 따라서 산소 흡착량이 증가하며 이것은 반응성의 증가를 야기 시킬 수 있기 때문이다. 몰리브데늄 질화물 촉매가 귀금속인 백금류 촉매와 유사한 반응성을 보인 이유는 몰리브데늄과 질화물 사이에 주고 받는 전자에 의한 촉매의 전자기적 성질에 의해서 백금류의 특성을 보인 것이다. 몰리브데늄 질화물 촉매를 상업화 했을 경우 1g당 0.5$인 몰리브데늄 질화물 촉매에 대해 염화백금은 1g당 55$로 원가에 있어서 약 100배 이상의 절감효과를 기대할 수 있다. 따라서, 현재 상업용 연료 전지의 전극으로 사용되고 있는 백금류의 미래 대체 전극으로서의 가능성을 보여준다.

      • 반발경도 비파괴시험법에 의한 터널의 콘크리트 강도 추정

        The measured values accumulated over many years for estimating concrete strength in objective and reasonable tunnels were derived through various statistical analysis techniques, the optimal concrete strength estimation equation was derived. The statistical analysis of the correlation between core compressive strength and rebound hardness accumulated over 10 years from line 1.2 of the Daegu Metropolitan Rapid Transit has derived an estimated equation with a slope of 0.4057 and a cut of 12.895, and the determinant of this estimation equation was analyzed as 0.696. To check the reliability and accuracy of the estimation equation derived from this study, the results of comparing the estimation of concrete strength with the estimation equation found in this study show that the equation of Japanese Architectural Institute, Japanese Materials Association, and Tokyo Material Office shows a significant difference from the compressive strength of the actual measured core, but the estimation of strength resulting from this study shows an estimated strength similar to that of the actual core compressive strength. The strength estimation equation in this study is shown as the mean deviation of 1.2. However, the other three estimates differ by 6.2 to 10.2. In particular, the materials office in Tokyo has very low reliability and accuracy, which will require limited utilization. Since it is analyzed that the "concrete strength estimation equation of tunnel" derived from this study has the highest reliability and accuracy, it is deemed that it can be used as an evaluation method for concrete estimation strength by rebound hardness non-destructive testing of tunnel.

      • 수치영상을 이용한 콘크리트 구조물의 균열정보 분석

        최근 콘크리트 구조물은 건설 기술의 발달로 인해 고층화, 대형화가 급속하게 진행되고 있으며, 인간의 공간적 생활 영위를 보다 편리하게 하기 위해 계속적으로 개발되고 있다. 콘크리트 구조물에 있어서의 노후화는 표면균열의 형태로 가장 먼저 시각화 되어지며 이들 균열은 구조물의 품질성 및 상품성을 저하시킬 수 있다. 또한 시기 적절하고 효과적인 보수가 구조물의 수명과 품질을 향상시킬 수 있기 때문에 이러한 균열들에 대한 정밀측정 및 안정성 검토를 통한 보수대책의 수립은 반드시 시행되어져야만 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 수치영상을 이용한 측정기법을 적용하기 위하여 수치영상 획득 및 영상의 기하보정 그리고 영상으로부터의 균열 추출을 위한 윤곽선 추출 기법 등에 대한 연구를 수행함으로써 콘크리트 구조물들의 균열 추출을 위한 기초 자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 실제 콘크리트 구조물에 대한 균열폭 및 길이 요소에 대한 정보를 디지털카메라 및 저해상도 CCD 카메라를 이용하여 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 통해 균열분포도를 작성함으로써 균열 진단에 있어 보다 과학적이며 합리적인 방법임을 확인하였으며 객관적 평가방법으로 제시하고자 하였다. 디지털카메라 및 저해상도 CCD카메라를 이용하여 콘크리트 구조물의 균열폭 및 길이에 대한 분석을 수행한 결과, 수치영상처리기법에 의한 실 균열 추출의 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 균열망도의 제작과 관리에 있어 균열폭별 색인 및 레이어를 달리 부여함으로써 균열조사시 균열의 크기에 따라 전체적인 분포양상과 빈도의 분석을 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 균열분 포도 작성에 있어 측정자의 주관적인 개입을 최소화함으로써 균열 측정의 정확도 향상 및 객관성을 유지할 수 있었으므로 구조물안전성 평가의 기본자료구축 분야에 있어, 현행 균열조사방법의 한계를 극복하고 이를 대체할 수 있는 조사 방법으로 제안할 수 있으리라 사료된다. Recently, concrete structure Manhattanizes by development of a construction technology, and is continuously developed to run spatial life of human more conveniently. Deterioration in concrete structure is visualized for the first time in form of surface crack and these crack can deteriorate quality of structure and commercial value. Also, because well-timed repair can improve life and quality of structure, establishment of repair countermeasure through detailed survey and stability examination for these cracks may have to be enforced certainly. In this study, I wished to present basic data for crack extraction of concrete structures by achieving study about contour extraction technique for crack extraction from image and digital image acquisition and geometric correction of image to apply measurement technique using digital image. This study analyze crack width and length for actuality concrete structure using high resolution digital camera and low resolution CCD(Charge Coupled Device) camera. Through study, I confirmed that this is more scientific and reasonable method in crack diagnostic by making crack distribution chart and present by objective valuation method. Result that achieve analysis about crack width and length of concrete structure using digital camera and low resolution CCD camera, could confirm possibility of crack extraction by digital image processing. And crack distribution chart give differently index and layer differently by crack width. Thus, this study can efficiently achieve analysis of whole distribution aspect and frequency according to size of crack. Also, It will sure the improvement of efficient in safety inspection and can be efficiently applied to outside investigation in the concrete structure.

      • 사회복지 사례관리자의 개인적 특성이 사례관리 수행에 미치는 영향 : 직무동기의 매개효과와 기관특성의 조절효과를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study was to make a contribution to the settlement of case management performance in more professional and systematic methods of social welfare practice in its field. For that purpose, the study conducted empirical analysis with the personal characteristics of case managers(self-efficacy and professionalism) as independent variables, job motivation(intrinsic and extrinsic motivation) as a mediating variable, institutional characteristics(institutional supports, networks, and job guidelines) as moderating variables, and case management performance as a dependent variable. The study thus identified a mechanism to influence case management performance by checking the mediating effects of job motivation and the moderating effects of institutional characteristics as well as the effects of case managers' personal characteristics on their case management performance. The subjects include social workers in charge of case management at social welfare facilities around Gwangju Metropolitan City. A self-administered survey was conducted with them based on a structured questionnaire. Total 302 questionnaires were distributed to them on May 6 ~ 27, 2016, and 244 were returned and 235 were used in final analysis. Collected data were put to the t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and regression analysis with the PASW Statistics 18 program. The findings were as follows: First, self-efficacy and professionalism, the personal characteristics of case managers, had significant positive(+) effects on their case management performance. Second, the study analyzed the mediating effects of job motivation and found that intrinsic motivation had mediating effects on relations between the self-efficacy and professionalism of case managers and their case management performance, whereas extrinsic motivation had no mediating effects between them. Third, the study also analyzed the moderating effects of institutional characteristics and found that institutional supports had moderating effects only on relations between self-efficacy and case management performance, between self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation, between professionalism and intrinsic motivation, between professionalism and extrinsic motivation, and between extrinsic motivation and case management performance. Networks had moderating effects only on relations between self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation, between professionalism and intrinsic motivation, and between extrinsic motivation and case management performance. Job guidelines had moderating effects only on relations between self-efficacy and case management performance, between self-efficacy and intrinsic motivation, and between extrinsic motivation and case management performance. Finally, the study analyzed the effects of institutional environments and case managers' personal backgrounds on case management performance and found that such institutional environments as types of institution, organization of case management team, preparation of job manual, and number of case meetings had impacts on case management performance. As for the personal backgrounds of case managers, the grades of social worker qualification and experiences with case management education had impacts on case management performance. Based on those findings, the study discussed the following implications: as for theoretical implications, it first empirically examined the level of case management performance in various areas of social welfare practice; secondly, it demonstrated once again that the personal characteristics of case managers were important elements in efficient case management performance; and finally, it verified the mediating effects of job motivation and the moderating effects of institutional characteristics on relations between the personal characteristics and case management performance of case managers. As for practical implications, it first raised a need for the standardization of case management fit for the situations of the nation; second, it raised a need to organize a devoted case management team; third, there is a need for a clear job manual for case management; fourth, case meetings should be held regularly; fifth, it is required to set qualification criteria for case managers and provide them with education and training; sixth, it is needed to support case managers so that they can exert their personal characteristics fully; and finally, there is a need for plans to reinforce the intrinsic motivation of case managers.
