This study was conducted to provide basic data on the dental hygienists Happiness Index and identify factors influencing dental hygienists A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted dental hygienists in Jeollabuk-do(Jeonju, Iksan, Gunsan) from October to November 2017. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression. As the result of study, Happiness Index of socioeconomic level has increased when the more work career, and more monthly wage, and better interpersonal relationship. Happiness Index of psychological well-being has increased when younger group and more monthly wage, and better interpersonal relationship. Therefore, in order to increase the happiness index of dental hygienists, economic compensation such as incentives and if the education of the communication method of the cases where the most difficulty case of the communication situation in the human relationship is confirmed is preceded, the quality of the medical service provided to the patient due to the happy working life will be improved. 본 연구는 치과위생사를 대상으로 행복지수에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고자 하였다. 연구 자료는 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였으며, 2017년 10월 1일부터 2017년 11월 1일까지 전북지역(전주, 익산, 군산)에 소재한 치과위생사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구결과 근무경력이 많을수록, 급여가 많을수록, 인간관계가 좋을수록 사회경제적수준의 행복지수가 증가하였으며, 연령이 낮을수록, 급여가 많을수록, 인간관계가 좋을수록 심리적 안녕감의 행복지수가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 인센티브 등과 같은 경제적 보상과 인간관계에서 의사소통 상황 중 가장 어려움이 확인 된 사례의 의사소통 방법에 대한 교육이 선행된다면 행복한 직장생활로 인해 환자에게 제공하는 의료 서비스의 질도 향상될 것이다.

창의성교육세미나 수업 과정을 통한 경력교사의 창의성에 대한 인식 변화 탐구

본 연구에서는 창의성교육세미나 대학원 수업 과정을 통해 나타난 경력교사들의 창의성에 대한 인식 변화 과정을 살펴보고 그러한 과정을 통해 드러난 의미를 파악하였다. 이 연구를 위하여 H대학 대학원에서 2016년 9월부터 12월까지 진행된 창의성교육세미나를 수강하였던 경력교사인 학생 12명을 대상으로 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 자료는 수업 중 이루어진 토론 및 토론보고서의 내용을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 창의성교육세미나 수업 과정을 통해 경력교사들은 창의성에 대한 개념, 창의성에 대한 실천, 창의성에 대한 신념 부분에서 변화를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 변화는 연구 초기, 중기, 후기에 따라 변화가 일어났는데 그 변화에는 창의성교육세미나 수업 속에서 경험한 다양한 도전과 적용의 과정이 의미 있는 작용을 한 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 창의성교육세미나 수업을 통해 경력교사들은 협력 공동체로서의 경험을 하고 창의성 교사교육의 필요성을 제시하였으며 그와 관련된 구체적인 내용과 방법을 제시하기도 하였다. 또한 유아 창의성 교육 실천을 위한 현장의 방해요소 사례들을 공유하며 창의성 교육 현장 적용의 노력을 다짐하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이를 통해 창의성 교사교육의 시사점과 방향성 제시를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. This study aimed to investigate the extent to which perceptions of creativity and its process change for experienced teachers. The participants were 12 graduate students who have teaching experience and were enrolled in a creativity education seminar. The data were collected through the graduate seminar from September to December 2016. An online discussion script and discussion report papers were the main data analyzed for this study. The research findings revealed that teachers’ perceptions changed in terms of concept, practice, and belief about creativity as a result of the seminar course. The teachers’ experiences of various challenges and applications in the creativity education seminar affected their perceptions of creativity as they became more familiar with this difficult concept. They became confident to apply creativity in their practice through the seminar. The reflective thinking process about their previous practices influenced these teachers, and they pledged to make greater efforts to apply creative education in the early years settings. Participants indicated the importance of creativity education in teacher education programs, and they provided various ideas about creativity education. Also, cooperative support groups in the graduate course provided positive effects to the experienced teachers. The study provided an implications for teacher education and further direction about creativity education.

맞춤형 수업 장학을 통한 영아 보육교사 전문성 인식 및 교수 실제의 변화 연구

본 연구의 목적은 맞춤형 수업 장학을 통해 영아 보육교사의 전문성에 대한 인식 및 교수 실제 과정의 변화를 살펴보는 것이다. 본 연구의 장학대상 교사는 서울시에 소재하는 어린이집의 만 1세 영아반 교사이다. 2011년 9월 7일부터 12월 3일까지 교사의 전문성 발달 평가, 교육 활동 동영상 녹화자료, 교사 면접과정에서 수집한 녹음 자료, 참고 도서, 연간 주간 일일 계획안, 연구교사와 장학요원의 저널 자료를 통해 장학 진행의 초기, 후기의 변화 과정을 교사의 전문성 인식 및 실제를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 연구 결과 첫째, 수업 장학을 통해 보육교사의 전문성 인식 전체와 각 분야에 있 어서 전문성 발달이 나타났다. 둘째, 교수 실제에서 주제 선정, 수업 방법, 평가의 과정에서 변화가 나타났다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement of preand in-service training for professional development of teachers working children under 3. The changes in perceptions of childcare on their profession and teaching practices were analyzed after training of instructional supervision. During the instructional supervision, interview transcripts, reflective journals, video clippings and lesson plans were collected and analyzed. The results indicated that the teacher's professional perception and teaching practices were positive through the supervision process. The study suggested that childcare staff training curriculum needs to include more information on infant/ toddler's development and practice. Moreover, specific needs of individual childcare teachers should be reflected in the planning of customized instructional supervision.

The Positive Feedback Loop of Korean English Teachers’ Knowledge and Resilience Systems

This study analyzes the relationship between the teacher knowledge (technology, pedagogy, content, and the intersection of three components) required for the development of curricula, the external environment (perceived school technology infrastructure), and emotional factors surrounding it (teacher self-efficacy, teacher resilience). Survey data from 400 Korean English teachers was analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). A total of 10 hypotheses were proposed following a review of the extant literature. This study, building on previous research on teacher resilience, proposes two models: a recursive model that returns to teachers’ knowledge systems, and a linear model in which resilience is unilaterally burned up. Only one path associating Korean English teachers’ technological knowledge with perceived school infrastructure was found to be invalid. Moreover, the Goodness of Fit Indices of the recursive model is effective in explaining the relationship between variables. In other words, teacher resilience affected by technological pedagogical content knowledge (the intersection of three components) shows the characteristics of a relationship that could strengthen a teacher’s knowledge system by reflecting the technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge of English teachers. This study found that teacher resilience is an essential factor that can help Korean English teachers overcome the adversity they may face in the classroom or school environment.

음성학적 연구에 기반 한 중국어 3성 교육에 대한 재고

The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of tone3 in textbooks for native speakers and foreign learners and to compare the characteristics of the three characters defined in the textbooks and the actual features of the three characters recorded in the textbooks through phonetic analysis. In case of pronouncing singly, the tone curve is low and smooth. Most of the tone is not more than 1-2 degree. In other words, the stable characteristic of the three is in 'low' rather than 'rising'. When the tone3 is located in the front syllable, most syllables are pronounced as '21' or '32', as described in the textbook.When the tone3 is located at the end of the back syllable or sentence, similar to the result of (1), but a little more various numerical values due to the intonation of the sentence, the characteristics of the low elliptical tone are unchanged, which was also different from the description of the textbook. If you give up the characteristic of 'rising', students can distinguish it from 'tone2. According to the results of the above analysis and the discrimination characteristics of the tone3 revealed in the previous study, the characteristics of the tone3 defined by many textbooks do not accurately reflect the pronunciation of the actual Chinese speaker, and the tone curve depicting the tone3 , The textbook contents have to review, and the teacher should exclude the "rising" characteristic to be emphasized.

Purpose - This study starts with the question of whether the capital market is likely to give positive valuations to companies that pursue diversity in their management and corporate governance structure. In this study, minority gender identity is considered as a diversity issue in management that has a socially negative perception. Design/methodology/approach - This study analyzed the relationship between corporate value in the capital market and the policies of companies that advocated minority gender identities, based on listed U.S. company data. Findings - This study finds that companies that support minority gender identities had a lower Tobin’s q value than companies that did not. However, in the case of authenticity in terms of corporate governance diversity, the study finds that companies that advocate minority gender identities rather receive high firm valuation. In particular, companies with a high percentage of female directors show high corporate value even when implementing policies that support minority gender identities. Research implications or Originality - This study explores the capital market’s response to diversity using past data in the U.S., but provides more practical implications for how companies should respond to a situation where an advocacy policy, based on more social recognition, for LGBT groups is established in Korea.
