This study focuses on how to use 『Mewurdang Kim siseup』's literatures classified by classicism which belongs to a epic series of biographies and Chinese poems. 『Mewurdang Kimsiseup』 as a epic series of biographies tells us to emphasize on mortal fidelity of Kim siseup as moral identity figuration. This art which defines Kimsiseup to protagonist of moral identity, arranges many anecdotes, reiteratedly, which are told of him as moral identity to his content of art . Chinese poems as them self as object of aesthetics are para text which is self-satisfied and simultaneously, make the total meaning of content of Chinese poems completed. These poems which is symbolize on a man of integrity and fidelity make clear to the characteristics of non-noble. A epic series of biographies and Chinese poems dedicate to formalize the consistent subject underlying the total content of the arts , that is, implication of premodern humanics.
삶과 예술의 갱신 -최인훈의 「하늘의 다리」를 중심으로-

Choi In Hoon has been considered as one of the best writers since Korean War, whose artistic activities has been decreased dramatically, though. However, the researchers have still shown great interests in the characters and distinctive features of his writings. It is true that such interests are limited to his special novels. Thus, the literary research for his works will be the same if we continue focusing only on the limited number of his novels. The reason for discussing " A Bridge of the Sky" published in 1970 here is to get over the problem of placing too much emphasis on few of Choi's writings and deepening the quality of the research for his literature. "A Bridge of the Sky" is the novel which tells the birth of the subject who tried to change both his life and art despite the social pressure under Korean modernization. I discuss the meaning of this novel based on two different perspectives. One is to internally analyze the subject, Jun Goo Kim, whose consciousness as a refugee and an artist were mixed up. The other is to analyze the illusion he often had. Through the analyses of these two points, I have learned that "A Bridge of the Sky" is the novel that didn't talk about the theory of Literature caught in a myth of autonomy, but explored the theory of Literature communicating with life. And, even though Jun Goo Kim seems to have repeated his alienation constantly, he is a true artist who tried to find the changes for both his life and art.

]Chae Ho Shin was the writer who used history as main subjects of his works. After throughly speculating about it, he discovered multilateral history and applied it to his works. Based on that, this thesis is mainly focused on how heroes of Goguryeo from 『The Story of Euljeemoonduk』 and 『Kkoomhaneul』 perceived history and what kinds of characteristics of history they revealed in the stories. Commonly the heroes of Goguryeo that Chae Ho Shin had pointed out as the greatest heroes among other Korean heroes were considered as an identical conception, which is not true. While Euljeemoonduk in 『The Story of Euljeemoonduk』 was a noble hero who didn't show any lack or discouragement, Euljeemoonduk in 『Kkoomhaneul』 displayed his limits. Whereas the former talked about the history of a modern nation founded by a modernized Korean people, the latter talked about the ancient Korea history as an origin of the nation. The history mentioned by these two Euljeemoonduks seems to show little difference in terms of dealing with our history, but contrasts each other in their perspectives concerned in the development of history of our nation.
