A2/O process was adapted to investigate the feasibility of nutrient removal, i.e, nitrogen and phosphorus from nightsoil and to obtain the optimum operation parameters for nightsoil treatement in laboratory. The results of this study were as follows. 1) A2/O process could be applied to nutrient control from nightsoil. 2) The removal efficiencies of substrates and nutrients were increased as internal recycle rate was increased. The optimum rate of internal recycle was 300%. 3) The removal efficiencies of substrates and nutrients were decreased as organic loading was increased. The optimum F/M ratio was 0.2 ~ 0.3kg·BOD5/kg·MLVSS·d. 4) In the optimum conditions, which were 300% of internal recycle, 100% of sludge recycle rate and 0.2 - 0.3kg·BOD5/kg·MLVSS·d of F/H ratio the removal efficiencies of TBOD, TCOD, SS, T-N, and T-P were 98.6%, 93.8%, 98.3%, 83.4%, and 53.6%, respectively.

Building a low carbon and green growth society, that is to say, in order to be successful in the response to climate change, it is essential to build the governance of climate change. Responding to climate changes requires public-private partnership in all fields, starting from calculation of green house gas reduction goal, including utilization of the national territory, urban planning, low carbon lifestyle and culture settlement considering greenization of industry structure and low carbon, as well as risk management etc. which shall be necessary for adaptation to climate change. Upon enactment of “Basic Act on Low Carbon and Green Growth”, it is expected that activities to build a response system toward climate change would take place in a more active fashion. So taking this opportunity, we are required to establish the governance system for climate changes which would be connected to implementation of greenhouse gas reduction and achievement in such endeavors as well. There is no single standardized and correct answer in the method for establishing governance,for reflection of the characteristics according to each region thereto is a must, and thus we need to discover a model that would fit into the conditions of each region or terrain. In this paper, the researcher investigated the tendency of response toward climate changes of Korea by dividing it into government sector and private sector,and brooded over the method for establishing climate change governance, also proposed responding methods thereto according to each field. 저탄소 녹색성장 사회구축 즉, 기후변화 대응에 성공하기 위해서는 기후변화 거버넌스 구축이 필수적이다. 기후변화 대응은 온실가스 감축목표 설정으로 출발하여 산업구조 녹색화, 저탄소를 고려한 국토이용 및 도시계획, 저탄소 생활양식 및 문화정착,기후변화 적응에 필요한 위기관리 등 전 분야에서 민관협력이 필요하다. ‘저탄소 녹색성장기본법’ 제정으로 기후변화 대응체제 구축이 활발해질 것이므로, 이를 계기로 온실가스 감축 실천과 성과로 이어지는 기후변화 거버넌스 체제를 구축해야 한다. 거버넌스 구축방법은 지역별 특성의 반영이 필수적이어서 획일화된 정답은 없으며, 지역여건에 알맞은 모델을 발굴해야 한다. 본 논문은 우리나라의 기후변화 대응동향을 정부부문과 민간부문으로 구분하여 살펴보았으며, 기후변화 거버넌스 구축방안을 고민하고, 부문별 대응방안을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는, Nipkow 원판을 사용하는 공초점 현미겨을 구성하여 시료의 2차원 영상을 얻었으며, 이들을 간단한 알고리즘으로 연결하여 표면의 3차원 영상을 얻었다. 마이크로 필름으로 제작한 Nipkow 원판의 적절한 경로로 통과하는 빛의 투과율은 0.5% 정도였으며, 따라서 반사율이 높은 물체만을 관찰할 수 있었다. 광원으로는 파장 692.7 nm의 반도체 레이저를 사용하였다. 구성된 현미경으로 전산기용 기억소자 칩 표면에 식각된 회로의 깊이와 거칠기를 관찰할 수 있었따. 재생전용 compact disk(CD)도 표면의 보호막을 제거하였을 때 표면에 있는 pit들의 배열 구조가 관찰되었다. In this paper, the result of a performance study on a home-built spinning disk type confocal microscope is presented. The confocal microscope was fabricated with a Nipkow disk made of the made of the microfilm. The throughput of the disk was 0.5%, allowing the observation of specimen with higher reflectivities only. A laser diode at 692.7nm was used as the light source. The topographic structures of a PC ROM and the CD ROM were observed with sufficient reliability, while the effect of the convolution of the beam size with the finite object size was found dominant. Also the shadowing effect by the etched pattern was observed.
토지용도와 유역특성을 고려한 비점오염물질 원단위 산정에 관한 연구

For issues of integrated water quality management, a thorough investigation on both point source and non-point source of pollution loaded from streamlets to rivers should be conducted. Also, it is necessary to investigate the relationship between land use, pollutant discharge from non-point sources, and the unit load and its contribution to total pollution loadings. The objectives of this study is to estimate the unit load by land use and livestock breeding level in order to promote effective management of the non-point source of pollution in rural areas. The watershed under investigation consists of eleven sub-basins(smaller than 500ha) located in Chunchon city in Kangwon Province. Flow and quality parameters, such as biochemical oxygen demand(BOD), chemical oxygen demand(COD), suspended solids(SS), total nitrogen(T-N), and total phosphorous(T-P), are determined. The results are summarized below: 1. Annual runoff loading of SS. BOD, COD, T-P, and T-N were estimated to be 423.4, 20.0, 56.6, 2.6, 20.9㎏/ha.yr respectively. 2. Runoff loadings by landuse appeared to have following relationship. ·COD : L(㎏/yr) = 187.3 × Paddy + 110.1 × Field + 24.3 × Moun. (R² = 0.92) ·T-N : L(㎏/yr) = 77.8 × Paddy + 26.1 × Field + 11.1 × Moun. (R² = 0.96) ·T-P : L(㎏/yr) = 14.8 × Paddy + 4.3 × Field + 0.3 × Moun. (R² = 0.96) 3. Considering livestock breeding level, the runoff loading by land use were observed as below: ·COD : L(㎏/yr) = 173.6×Paddy+63.0×Field+24.8×Moun.+14.7LU(R² = 0.93) ·T-N : L(㎏/yr) = 74.3×Paddy+l4.0×Field+11.2×Moun. + 3.8LU(R² = 0.97) ·T-P : L(㎏/yr) = 7.7×Paddy+ 4.2×Field+ 0.3×Moun. + 0.3LU(R² = 0.98)
이산화탄소 열펌프 성능특성에 대한 수치 및 실험결과 비교

The experimental and numerical study under the same conditions was carried out to analysis the performance characteristics of the CO₂ heat pump. Based on the proved simulation, the performance characteristics were investigated with variation of EEV opening and compressor frequency. As a results, the COP of the simulation was 0.54 higher than that of the experiment. In addition, the optimal EEV opening of simulation was by 26%. The COP was decreased by 8.2% when the compressor frequency rose from 30 ㎐ to 60 ㎐ at the optimal EEV opening.
