카지노 복합리조트 방문객이 지각하는 회복적 서비스스케이프가 장소애착 및 장소 충성도에 미치는 영향

이 연구는 카지노 복합리조트 방문객이 지각하는 회복적 서비스스케이프가 장소애착 및 장소 충성도에 미치는 영향과 회복적 서비스스케이프-장소 충성도 간의 관계에서의 장소애착의 효과에 관하여 살펴보았다. 이 연구를 통하여 카지노 기업의 서비스 환경을 효과적으로 조성할 수 있는 방안을 모색하여, 차별적‧경쟁적 우위를 가질 수 있는 효율적인 장소마케팅 방안을 수립하고자 한다. 먼저, 선행조사를 통해 연구대상의 개념 및 특성을 고찰하고, 이를 토대로 고안된 설문지를 이용하였다. 이 연구의 설문지의 유효성을 높이고 카지노 복합리조트라는 개념에 대한 이해도가 높은 표본을 추출하고자, 인천 영종도의 파라다이스 시티 카지노 복합리조트 관리부문 종사자를 대상으로 면대면 오프라인 조사(face to face off-line research)를 실시하였다. 그 중 만 20세 이상으로 최근 2년 이내에 마카오, 필리핀, 싱가포르, 베트남, 라스베가스 등의 해외 카지노복합리조트를 방문한 경험이 있는 방문객을 표본으로 추출하여, 2020년 7월 3일부터 8월 11일까지 총 410부의 설문지를 배포‧회수하였다. 회수된 설문지 410부 중 부정확하거나 불성실한 경향을 보이는 36부를 제외한 374부의 유효 설문지만을 사용하여, SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0, 구조분석모형(structural equation model), Sobel’s Z test를 활용하여 실증 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 카지노 복합리조트 방문객의 지각된 회복적 서비스스케이프는 각각 장소애착과 장소 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치고, 방문객의 장소애착은 장소 충성도에 긍정적으로 유의한 영향을 미침을 규명하여, 장소애착은 회복적 서비스스케이프와 장소 충성도 간의 관계를 부분매개(partial mediation)하는 변수임을 확인하였다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 이 연구의 학문적 시사점과 실무적 시사점을 제시하고, 연구의 한계점과 향후 연구 방안을 제시하였다.

Based on the results of the research on the need and purpose of providing the basic data on objective basis for the grading of freestyle poomsae through the recognition of the existing standards of freestyle poomsae grading and the recognition of the methods for improvement of freestyle poomsae judgment, the following conclusions were obtained. First, the freestyle poomsae referee's perception of freestyle poomsae game was analyzed for the characteristics, advantages, disadvantages, visibility, acrobatic awareness, the need to secure safety and maintain identity. Second, the perception of freestyle poomsae grading by freestyle poomsae judges was analyzed in terms of directing, orthodoxy, proficiency, accuracy, expressiveness, writing evaluation, acrobatic addition, and acrobatics standard. Third, it was revealed that the freestyle poomsae game's development plan in freestyle poomsae's mind needed to find direction for development of development possibility, improve regulations, separate scoring, oppose scoring separation, strengthen professionalism of judges, strengthen identity, and standard of scoring.
