        호텔종사원이 지각하는 고용불안정성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향 : 회복탄력성의 조절효과

        The purpose of this study were to investigate the effct of employment unstableness and organization commitment. due to social losses and economic caused by the COVID-19 pandemic around the world. As a result, This study was found that the employment insecurity of hotel employees affects organizational commitment, and it was concluded that measures are needed to solve this problem. In addition, as a result of analyaing whether the relationship between employment instability and organizational commitment can be adjusted according to the variable of resilience. it was found that it was no moderating effect except for conductivity. Based on these results, it is necessary for hotel companies to establish human resource management measures considering resilience.

        비정밀 실시간 스케쥴링에서 선택적 태스크들의 지연 방법에 관한 연구

        The imprecise computation technique ensures that all time-critical tasks produce their results before their deadlines by trading off the quality of the results for the computation time requirements of the tasks. The NORA algorithm produces minimum total error but has low schedulability problem by prior executing the optional parts of the earliest deadline tasks than the mandatory parts of the latest deadline tasks. To improve this problem, the DOP algorithm which delays the optional parts of the earliest deadline tasks but this algorithm seems to be almost similier with the previous famous SMF(Schedule Mandatory First) algorithm. Therefore, this paper proposes a new method which delays the optional parts of the earliest deadline tasks and demonstrates several superior advantages by comparing and analyzing in the aspects of the schedulability and total error with previous the NORA, DOP(SMF) algorithms.

        A Study on New Defering Method for Optional Tasks to Improve Schedulability

        The imprecise computation technique prevents timing faults and achieves graceful degradation by making sure that an approximate result of an acceptable quality is available to the user whenever the exact result of the desired quality cannot be obtained in time. In the imprecise scheduling, NORA algorithm can find a schedule with the minimum total error for a task system consisting solely of on-line tasks that are ready upon arrival. But the NORA algorithm has low schedulability problem. Then, DOP algorithm delays the optional parts of the earliest deadline tasks as many as possible but the algorithm is almost similar to SMF(Schedule Mandatory First) algorithm. Next, DMO algorithm showing similar total error and schedulability to DOP algorithm preserving deadline order of tasks is proposed. To improve schedulability of DMO algorithm, this paper proposes a new algorithm which delays the optional parts of the earliest deadline tasks as many as possible. The proposed algorithm showes higher schedulability and similar total error than DMO algorithm.

        종이팩의 재질ㆍ구조 개선을 위한 연구 - EPR 대상 품목을 중심으로 -

        The carton for liquid products are divided into ‘gable top carton’ and ‘aseptic carton’. Currently, these packages are being recycled in the toilet tissue manufacturing process. The recycling of the carton aluminium laminate is the most important problem facing the recycling procedure of the carton packages due to the reduction in quality of recycled materials. The polymer structure with synthetic resins being used mainly in beverage packaging is also one of the important factors for the procedure for its recycling. The objective of this study was to investigate the package material and structure of the carton for liquid products through marketing research and suggest the supplementation in the work processes of production, use, and recycling. The results represent to improve the recycling profit and the quality of recycled materials when a laminated aluminium of carton for liquid products is replaced to the transparent polymer film. The improvement of the sorting and recycling process may help their recycling efficiencies. In addition, the limited use of synthetic resin molded packaging and increase of wood-pulp collection rate will provide the improvement of the recycling profit and the quality of recycled materials.

      • An Efficient Algorithm to Minimize Total Error of the Imprecise Real Time Tasks with 0/1 Constraint

        부정확한 실시간 시스템은 시간적으로 긴급한 태스크들을 융통성있게 스케쥴링해 줄 수 있다. 총 오류를 최소화시키면서 0/1 제약조건과 시간적 제약조건들을 모두 만족시키는 대부분의 스케쥴링문제들은 선택적태스크들이 임의의 수행시간을 갖고 있을 때 NP-complete이다. Liu는 단일처리기상에서 0/1제약조건을 갖는 태스크들을 총 오류가 최소화되도록 스케쥴링시킬 수 있는 합리적인 전략을 제시하였다 또한, 송 등은 다중처리기상에서 0/1제약조건을 갖는 태스크들을 총 오류가 최소화되도록 스케줄링 시킬 수 있는 합리적인 전략을 제시하였다. 그러나, 이러한 알고리즘들은 모두 오프라인 알고리즘들이다. <중략> 두 알고리즘들 사이의 성능비교의 결과로서, 선택적 태스크들이 그들의 실행요구시간의 임의의 순서대로 스케쥴될 때는 제안된 알고리즘이 NORA 알고리즘과 비슷한 총오류를 산출하지만 특별히 선택적 태스크들이 그들의 실행요구시간의 오름차순으로 스케쥴될 때는 제안된 알고리즘이 NORA 알고리즘보다 더 적은 총오류를 산출할 수 있음이 밝혀졌다. 본 논문에서 제시된 알고리즘은 레이다의 추적, 이미지 처리, 미사일 제어 등의 응용에서 효과적으로 적용될 수 있다. In the NORA algorithm, the EDF strategy is adopted in the optional scheduling.<중략> The algorithm, proposed in this paper, can be applied to some applications efficiently such as radar tracking, image processing, missile control and so on.

      • 멀티미디어 실시간 태스크 집합의 스케쥴가능성 알고리즘

        본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 데이터들로 구성된 부정확한 실시간 태스크 집합들을 여러 가지 인자들을 사용하여 생성하고 생성된 부정확한 실시간 태스크 집합의 스케줄가능성을 이 태스크 집합의 실행 이전에 분석할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 또한 태스크 집합의 생성 시 사용된 인자들의 값의 변화에 따른 태스크 집합의 스케줄가능성도 살펴보았다. 실험결과에 의하면 태스크들의 필수적 부분들의 실행요구시간이 커질수록 그리고, 임의의 시점에서 스케줄 될 수 있는 태스크들의 개수가 많아질수록 태스크집합의 스케줄가능성은 희박해진다는 것이 입증되었다. 본 논문에서 제시된 스케줄가능성 분석 알고리즘은 멀티미디어 데이터들의 005 서비스에서 유용하게 활용될 것으로 기대된다. In this paper, An imprecise real-time task sets composed of multimedia datas are generated using several parameters and an algorithm which can analyse schedulability of generated imprecise real-time task sets before execution of this task sets is proposed. Also, The schedulability of task set depends on variation of parameter values which were used during the generation of the task set is studied. As a result of experiment, It isproved that the schedulability of task set is more and more weak as large as execution requirement time of mandatory subtasks and, as many as the number of tasks which can be scheduled at some instant. The schedulabilty analysis algorithm which is presented on this paper is expected to use effectively on QoS service of multimedia datas.

        An On-line Algorithm to Search Minimum Total Error for Imprecise Real-time Tasks with 0/1 Constraint

        The imprecise real-time system provides flexibility in scheduling time-critical tasks. Most scheduling problems of satisfying both 0/1 constraint and timing constraints, while the total error is minimized, are NP complete when the optional tasks have arbitrary processing times. Liu suggested a reasonable strategy of scheduling tasks with the 0/1 constraint on uniprocessors for minimizing the total error. Song et al suggested a reasonable strategy of scheduling tasks with the 0/1 constraint on multiprocessors for minimizing the total error. But, these algorithms are all off-line algorithms. On the other hand, in the case of on line scheduling, Shih and Liu proposed the NORA algorithm which can find a schedule with the minimum total error for a task system consisting solely of on-line tasks that are ready upon arrival. But, for the task system with 0/1 constraint, it has not been known whether the NORA algorithm can be optimal or not in the sense that it guarantees all mandatory tasks are completed by their deadlines and the total error is minimized. So, this paper suggests an optimal algorithm to search minimum total error for the imprecise on-line real-time task system with 0/1 constraint. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm has the same complexity, , as the NORA algorithm, where N is the number of tasks.

        디지털시대의 호텔 인적자원 계발 연구

        Digital mans a method of data processing in the form of numbers. Today the entire world is undergoing profound transformations brought about by digitalization, new information and communication technologies, and widespread use of computers. This is a so-called digital age, which is witnessing massive changes brought by globalization such as more powerful civil society, the rise in win's social status and more common phenomena of pursuit of pleasure. In order to cope with these enormous challenges triggered by new technologies, the companies are continuously expected to reform their human resource management. Without exception, the hotel industry is trying to promote expertise of personnel management. The recent trends and conditions for personnel management in the hotel industry are to find more diverse ways of recruitment and retainment of qualified human resources, to transform the pay system form rigidity into a new and flexible one such as performance-related pay system, to make labor-management relations more cooperative, to create more open and democratic working atmosphere. In the process of implementing innovation and reform, tackling challenges in the digital age, above all, the hotels should try to cultivate originality and creativity of their workers harboring more generous attitude towards differences among workers and some failures made by them. Secondly, the hotel industry should foster well-educated human resources with expertise who can share and skillfully utilize new information and knowledge, thus contributing to the company making a good profit. If the hotels are to secure more competent workers with expertise, they should respect each workers individuality and provide a good atmosphere where the workers can cultivate their originality and study themselves. And thirdly, the hotels should nurture highly-qualified workers who can even make up for the employers shortcomings. Fourthly, they should uplift the workers ability to deal with e-commerce. Fifthly, they should get the workers equipped with a variety of knowledge. Sixthly, they should improve and make a full use of potential capacity of women workers. Seventhly, they should encourage the workers to learn foreign languages by which they will acquire an international way of thinking. Among foreign languages, English, Japanese and Chinese languages are strongly recommended.

        고환종양 발생과 관련하여 소아 고환미석증의 임상적 의의

        Purpose: The object of our study was to examine the clinical significance of pediatric testicular microlithiasis(TM) as it relates to testicular cancer. Materials and Methods: Seven boys in whom TM was incidentally detected were followed for a mean of 51±44 months(range: 9-119 months) for testicular cancer surveillance. The average patient age at the initial diagnosis was 9.8±2.5 years. The frequency of coincidental TM detected on scrotal ultrasonography performed for all clinical purposes at our institution between January 1997 and January 2008 was investigated. Eighty-two testicular cancer patients and 1,006 noncancer patients underwent ultrasonography between 1997 and 2006, and these patients were divided into two age groups(children, age <15 years; adults, age ≥15 years) for purposes of analysis. Results: Of the seven patients followed solely for TM, none developed testicular cancer during the surveillance period. Coincidental TM seen on scrotal ultrasonography was significantly higher in the testicular cancer patients than in the noncancer controls(11%(9/82) vs. 3.5%(36/1,006), p<0.0001). According to the age groups, TM was found in 6% and 5.8% of the testicular cancer patients and the noncancer controls, respectively, in the children’s group, whereas in the adult group, 11.6% and 3.3% of the patients in the respective groups were found to have TM. Conclusions: The incidence of testicular cancer development in children with incidentally detected TM was very low, and the incidence of coincidental TM in children with testicular cancer did not differ from that in the noncancer control patients. However, the significantly higher incidence of TM accompanying testicular cancer after puberty may suggest an association of the two pathologies, which would then mandate cancer surveillance in cases of incidentally detected TM in this age group.         관광동기에 따른 관광행동이 지각된 가치에 미치는 영향

        This study intends to examine tourist behavior in a tourist site with the classification of a positive tourist behavior and a negative tourist behavior. The study develops a model that explains how tourist motivation influences tourist behavior, how perceived value is influenced by tourist behavior and how they influence to satisfaction. The participants were 387 adult tourists who had traveled over the last two years from the current year 2017. The study used SPSS 22.0 for Window statistical package for empirical analysis. To accomplish the research goal, 22 hypotheses were developed. 18 hypotheses out of 22 hypotheses were accepted. The hypotheses testing outcomes are summarized as follows. First, as to the hypotheses “tourist motivation significantly influences to tourist behavior”, Tourist site visiting motivation was not influential to negative tourism motivation, tourist site attraction negatively influenced on a negative tourist behavior. That is, the higher tourist site attraction was the lesser the negative tourist behavior was. Thus, it is recommended to create unique and entertaining contents in a tourist site. Second, as to the result of “tourist behavior is influential to perceived value” showed that a positive tourist behavior was influential to perceived value. A negative tourist behavior was not influential to emotional value, and it negatively influenced social value and positively on functional value. That is, when negative tourist behavior was conducted people tend not to feel happy nor perceived that they had a good memory after the tour. The more negative tourist behavior the lower social value was. That is, tourists might recognize that a negative tourist behavior was not matched to one's identity or self-image. The limitation of this study lies in response reliability, because the personal inquiry asks about a negative tourist behavior that may cause respondents hesitant to reply. A future study may provide models with higher explanatory power with more influential variables if it overcomes such limitation.
